One of the best places we've ever stayed on vacation! The house was beautiful and kept very clean. So much character and history. Peter and Darlene were gracious hosts, very welcoming and helpful with local recommendations. Would absolutely stay there again!

This is an outstanding house with amenities for a large group of people or a big family visiting the Kingston, Ontario region. We had a wonderful visit, cooking in the very well appointed and laid out kitchen and dining room. We enjoyed sharing a slide show on the living room television which we plugged into with our computer. Within a short drive are several nature areas, which we explored. Old Kingston is 15 minutes away, and well worth the drive in. Parking in Kingston is not difficult, and there are many historic places to explore. Our main comment is that the host is amazingly communicative and accommodating. Everything we needed was met with pleasant help.

5 of my best friends enjoyed a 50th birthday getaway to The Sheldon Manor immensely! The manor is breathtakingly decorated and any possible needed amenity is there. We enjoyed dips in the hot tub and loads of giggles in the sunroom. The manor is perfectly located a short drive to either Perth OR Newboro & Westport for a little girl's shopping and or wineing and dining. All the ladies want to come back in the summer to enjoy the swimming pool. I cannot recommend The Sheldon Manor enough for your next to stay!

Claudia’s house was fantastic! Claudia made a great impression for us as a first time Airbnb traveler. Great Host that was very responsive to our inquiries and was helpful in pointing out some of the area’s attractions. The house was perfect for our family. It was Roomy, Updated and SPOTLESS not to mentioned Welcoming and homey. They had everything in the house that we could need…felt like home. Kids were really excited and enjoyed the pool. We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the Kingston area. Thank you for a memorable stay, and definitely would be our first choice when we return to Kingston.

Our group had an absolutely delightful experience during our quick getaway trip! From the moment we arrived, the accommodation exceeded all our expectations—it was spotless, spacious, and radiated a cozy warmth that instantly made us feel at home. The hot tub was a particular highlight, providing the perfect relaxation spot after a day of winter fun. Though we weren't able to gather around a bonfire due to the snowdrifts reaching knee-high, we transformed the snowy landscape into our playground, joyfully "swimming" in the powdery white depths and laughing at each other’s antics. One of the most memorable aspects was the basement area; it evolved into a lively entertainment hub filled with laughter and cheer. Both kids and adults engaged in a variety of games, bonding over shared moments that will undoubtedly create lasting memories. Without a doubt, we are already planning our next adventure at this wonderful place!
