In the ten plus years that my husband and I have been using AirBnB we can both honestly say that Sami’s home ranks in the top for us in terms of (1) value (2) communication and (3) accommodations. The property is simply super nicely setup with multiple modern considerations. The house is very cozy and welcoming which made us feel right at home. However, the best part was the communication. Sami was up front and forward with communication. They were simple, and he provided us lists and resources for restaurants and things to do locally. Even more, he was super accommodating in terms of flexibility—by far the most helpful we have EVER seen. We give Sami the absolute highest rating that we possibly can. 11/10!

If you’re looking to recharge and reconnect this is an amazing place to stay. Internet availability but free of TV and in a quiet, private lot in Prince Edward county, close to the main city so easy to pick up any needed supplies and very close to a distillery and brewery. The host is very responsive and the unit is as advertised. We had a wonderful stay and would consider coming back and recommending to others.

Heather’s place is very nice, comfortable and cozy. It’s the type of place you can make yourself at home, check in instructions were very clear and easy to understand. Host is a great communicator and quick to respond, would highly recommend. We really enjoyed our stay and will keep in mind next time we come to Kingston 😊

Ji was very responsive and helpful every time we contacted her. We noticed one item missing and they brought it to us within an hour. Overall she is very friendly and ready to help whenever we asked her for information. We had a great stay at their place and do not hesitate to refer it to whoever wants a stay in Kingston. Thank you Ji, we will not hesitate to return to your place when we go back to Kingston.

The girls had a wonderful stay at the North Sky Retreat. Julie was very helpful and her house was just perfect for four people to stay, each with their own bedroom. The house was exceptionally well stocked with supplies, linen, towels and those extras you may need. Julie accommodated the dog that accompanied on this trip as well. The fresh eggs were a bonus and the free range chickens were fun to watch. The grounds were lovely and the walking path was a perfect was to take in the nature around the house. Hopefully this stay will become a tradition! Thank you!

A bit of a drive but well worth the peace and quiet of this beautiful cabin in the woods! My friends and I spent our weekend kayaking, puzzling, and BBQing. Mike was so responsive and everything was very smooth. Would definitely come back!

One of the best places we've ever stayed on vacation! The house was beautiful and kept very clean. So much character and history. Peter and Darlene were gracious hosts, very welcoming and helpful with local recommendations. Would absolutely stay there again!

Our extended family stayed at Martin's over Easter weekend. It was the perfect location - private, yet close to services and amenities. The property has so many fun activities for everyone. He has put a lot of effort into his games house. Our adult kids spent hours there. The property is comfortable and a wonderful place to relax. Our family cooked every meal there and even made homemade pasta. The kitchen is well appointed for those who like to cook! Highly recommend Martin's place as a fun, comfortable getaway location close to Kingston and the wineries of Prince Edward County.

Our six weeks stay at Heathers place was amazing. She is one of the most accommodating hosts we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The house was supurb, well heated and cozy for our winter stay. The kitchen modern and well equipped. The two bedrooms we used were a little small but more than adequate for our needs and the yard spacious. A good location , with several parks nearby for dog walking. The house had all items required for a stay and everything was in good working order.

My mother and her friends had the most amazing girls' trip at this beautiful waterfront cottage in Napanee! The cottage itself was cozy, clean, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The view of the water was absolutely stunning — we spent hours just sitting on the deck/ hot-tub, chatting and taking it all in. We loved the little touches like the cozy throws, board games, and the fully equipped kitchen. A huge shoutout to Michelle, our host, who was incredibly proactive and welcoming. From the moment we booked, she made sure we had all the information we needed and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. You can really tell she cares about her guests' experience. This trip was exactly what we needed to unwind and reconnect, and we’re so grateful to Michelle for helping make it so special. Highly recommend this little slice of paradise — we’re already planning our next visit!

We had an amazing stay! Jake was incredibly responsive and provided very clear, detailed instructions for both check-in and check-out, which made everything so smooth and easy. The house itself is super cozy and well-equipped with everything we needed—it had all the comforts to make our stay truly enjoyable. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub after a long day. Thank you, Jake for being such an accommodating and thoughtful host. We’d definitely love to stay here again!

Words cannot truly describe how special this property is. We loved it from the moment we turned down the driveway and saw the stone guest house and adjacent stone main house. We felt privileged to be guests. The grounds and gardens were exceptional. The guest house was oozing charm as described and was private, well appointed and comfortable. We can’t wait to return and will!

Beautiful cottage right on the water. Unit was clean and well stocked. Amazing fishing right off the dock. Will definitely look at coming back again.

This is our second stay there within a months timeframe, this is how much we love this place! So beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by nature. The Hay Bay Hideaway exceeded our group's wildest dreams for the perfect End of Summer get-away. We could not have asked for a more peaceful and unique property and home, with exceptionally communicative, helpful, and gracious hosts. Our group of 10 slept comfortably in the 5 bedrooms this historic home offers, indulged in the well stocked pantries, utilized the gorgeous selection of vintage dish-ware, and experienced cozy nights by the beautiful wood stove fireplaces while enjoying a wide array of musical instruments available throughout the home. This property backs onto a private inlet with still, lily pad covered water, visited by blue herons, kingfishers, blue jays and many other woodland friends. We also enjoyed the various watercrafts, including a row boat, pedal boat, and canoe on the open water that connects directly to the small inlet. The experience was incredibly unique, absolutely smooth and accessible, and deeply memorable. A return trip is definitely in the works :)

Beautiful, peaceful, scenic cottage. Cozy and modern inside with a great enclosed porch overlooking the lake. Ample options for sitting outside, and lots of blankets and towels provided. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful through the stay.

The space was very clean, from the kitchen to the windows, and the beds were very comfortable! Check-in and check-out were very easy and the location is excellent. We went in winter, and it was a delightful weekend. I believe in summer it would be even more fun! I recommend it and hope to return when winter passes! :)

The stay at Allison’s house was very convenient! Very clean! Very welcoming & much nicer than staying in a hotel! We loved the fact that for 3 ladies we each had our own bedroom! I would certainly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Kingston Ontario Thank you Allison!
