Listed again after private use, this lovely accommodation is set in the secure, grass courtyard of our quiet family home, with a private entrance and parking. Beyond the courtyard, you can explore a private field with a lake. Located on the edge of the South Downs National Park, there are plenty of walking routes through fields and woodland. Isington is a quiet hamlet, conveniently located between Farnham and Alton. Bentley station (just over one hour to London Waterloo) is a 15 minute walk.

Self-contained annexe/games room with parking

Welcome to The Annexe, our 2-level detached annexe next to our family home. It is quiet, light and spacious, suitable for both home working and relaxing. It is easy to explore Farnham and the beautiful countryside on our doorstep. Guests who stay with us attend weddings nearby, are working locally, visiting friends and family or breaking up their journey if travelling from further afield. We are very close to Frensham Ponds, Alice Holt Forest & Hankley Common. We can accommodate late bookings.

A beautiful, brand new annexe with a fab bathroom in the stunning countryside backing onto the Alice Holt Forest on the Surrey/ Hants border, and close to classy Fanrham. The property has recently been renovated and includes wood floors, underfoor heating and an immaculate bathroom. Your space is a double BR with private entrance. It features a comfy King-Sized bed, table & chairs, fridge, tea/ coffee, a great shower and a quiet exterior space to chill. Cooking facilities are not provided.

The Corner House Guest House - stunning location!

The Guest House is spacious, comfortable and has loads of amenities. It is the perfect place to have a break and unwind. Enjoy being in the heart of the stunning Surrey countryside and walk around the lakes, forests, heathlands and hills right on your doorstep. You are surrounded by The Flashes, Frensham Common and Hankley Common which are simply beautiful. You can swim at Frensham Great Pond, bring the bikes, walk the dog/s, explore the local area and the excellent pubs. Just relax and enjoy!

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

Cosy log cabin with kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom. The residence has its own private front door and is set in a village location with stunning walks and cycling routes. Parking available in the drive and in the summer, outdoor seating available. Village gem of a pub, The Crown & green is 100 yards from the property and it’s a short drive to Ludshott Common, Waggoners Wells and The Devils Punchbowl. 1.5 miles or a 4 minute drive from the wedding venue Cain Manor. Easy access to the A3.

Blacknest Cabin with access to Alice Holt forest

The Cabin is a self contained space in the garden of a rural cottage in The South Downs National Park. It consists of a kitchen with oven/hob, fridge and microwave and table and chairs. A bathroom with a shower. A large space with a double bed, sofa, wood burner and tv, there is also a camp bed or travel cot available. It sits beautifully with views of fields and has access out of the back gate to Alice Holt Forest containing a historical arboretum, Go ape and the popular Gruffalo trail.

"Bumble" The Shepherd's Hut

This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. Separate from the main house, the annex is cosy, family-friendly, and fully equipped making it perfect for holidays, countryside escapes, wedding stays or a practical longer stay during renovations. Walk to the village pub, explore stunning local trails, or relax in your own peaceful space. A welcoming base to enjoy rural Hampshire or call home for a while.

The Old School House is a traditional and cosy one bedroom detached cottage in the grounds of our home on the western edge of Liphook village in Hampshire. Easy car access, just off the A3 and south of the Hindhead tunnel. The village has a train station. Situated in the South Downs National Park and ideally located for the market towns of Haslemere, Farnham, Petersfield and Alton, it is only 25 minutes from Goodwood. Great countryside and lots on offer locally for holiday or break.
