This place was immaculate! If I return to the area, this would be my first pick! I loved the complementary snacks and drinks and all of the included amenities. You can tell that great thought was put into making this Airbnb perfect for guests. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Super CLEAN with tons of room. Gorgeous home. Safe neighborhood. The heated pool was AMAZING we were hoping for a weekend full of sunshine but the weather had other plans but because the pool was heated we were still able to enjoy ourselves. Home is cozy and inviting. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed the stay, the backyard was amazing and perfect for our pup, the place was clean, peaceful and quiet and exactly as listed. The road you cross to get to the river is pretty quiet and when pulling in/backing out there’s plenty of view to do so safely. We loved having the front and backyard to enjoy, and the river was beautiful, we hope to visit again!

This was one of the most peaceful weekend getaways we have ever had! The phenomenal views outside were only matched by our host’s outstanding hospitality. Highly recommend!

Our stay here was wonderful! It perfectly accommodated our group’s needs! Great location and quick drive to Main St and wineries. Very tidy and host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

The place was very cute. I loved the location. It was close to Fredericksburg, but still far enough to be quiet. The place was clean and exactly as described. I enjoyed the coffee that was provided as well. The host was very responsive and quick to communicate. I would love to stay here again.

I booked this home for my family for a weekend together and it was absolutely perfect. It was spacious, the pool sparkly clean and instantly felt welcoming. The game room had something for everyone to enjoy. Our host was so kind answering any questions and was a pleasure to book with. We can’t wait to come back!

Phenomenal Airbnb stay! The home was absolutely adorable—every detail thoughtfully curated to create a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The house is bigger and more beautiful than the pictures provided. Plenty of open space for a large group. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking items such as pots, pans, etc. Beds were comfortable, water pressure was great, very clean and comfortable home. 10 mins from Sea World. Grocery, gas, restaurants are right around the corner as well. Would stay again at this Airbnb.
