Ich war alleine in diesem riesigen Haus. Aber die Betten habe ich gezählt und stimmen mit den Angaben überein. Auch schön aufgeteilt für 9Gäste. "Tim" ist allerdings meiner Meinung nach keine Person, sondern ein Synonym. Das Haus wird von einer Verwaltung professionell gemanaged. Ich bin mir sicher mit keinem Tim kommuniziert zu haben. Telefonkontakt gab es nicht. War auch nicht nötig, alle Infos habe ich hier bekommen der Rest war selbsterklärend. Ich war auf jeden Fall zufrieden, auch wenn das Reihenhaus nicht ganz wie auf den Fotos ist. So Stand 80er Jahre aber ok und sauber in einer ruhigen Siedlung und das Geld auf jeden Fall wert. Wir waren 2 Nächte, war mit Oma und meinen zwei Jungs. Traumhafter Ausblick, ruhig gelegen aber trotzdem schnell an der S Bahn und tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Hübsches kleines Haus, sehr schön gelegen. Gute Ausstattung. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Accommodation was clean and well-appointed. Nice hot shower, good kitchen facilities. Bed was a fold out so not the most comfortable in the world but still fine. A bus stop is located just across the street which made getting into the centre of Munich very easy (tip: buy a daily pass and it can be used on all public transport). Thomas and Manuela speak great English and were friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

I stopped just for a night with my two children, the place felt comfortable and homy as soon as we entered. The check in was easy, Toby and his wife responsive. The only hic-up I had, is that I drove first one turn to early, but found the house straight after... As we stayed only one night, I don't know how the light is in the apartment during the day as it is a basement.

Great stay. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Easy check-in and good communication with the host. Would definitely come back.

Super Ferienwohnung für 6 Personen und Nähe zum See. Tim war sehr nett und bei Fragen gut zu erreichen. Aufjedenfall zum weiterempfehlen!

Lovely home with beautiful yard to enjoy. Home is within a 10-15 minute walk of store and train to Munich.

Wir hatten mit 6 Erwachsenen und 1 Kleinkind den perfekten Aufenthalt bei Agnes! Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten: Spielmöglichkeiten, Wickelplatz, Babybett, etc. Die Schlafräume sind großzügig und einladend, von den Balkonen aus hat man eine tolle Sicht und der Wohnraum ist ebenfalls gemütlich. Wir konnten uns immer an Agnes wenden und sie stand uns jederzeit zur Seite. Falls es uns nochmal in die Region verschlägt, kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder!

Sabine’s place was just what we wanted. Spacious, tasteful and well equipped, both adults and kids felt right at home - the sauna and pool were great relaxation opportunities. Sabines is also great as a base for exploring the German Alps and, of course, for enjoying Chiemsee. We’d definitely come again.

Very easy and smooth stay. Peaceful and spacious house with everything we needed.. clean and located in a very convenient spot, close to Munich Messe. Grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Small town, but big enough to find everything needed. I would definitely recommend this place especially if you’re in the area for a tradeshow and you have a vehicle.

We had an amazing stay! The space was immaculately clean, and the location was both peaceful and breathtakingly beautiful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Es war ein wunderschöner ruhiger Jahreswechsel! Eine spontane Buchung und nicht bereut! In den Sommermonaten sind viele Unternehmungen möglich! In der Nebenzeit ein wunderschöner ruhiger Platz zum entspannen! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Katharina has a nice place in a good location and is very responsive. The fact that this seems to be her primary residence makes it a bit difficult at times to know what you can and cannot use, but she was a very reasonable and understanding person when miscommunication occurred.

Wir waren begeistert, auch unseren beiden Kleinkindern hat der Urlaub total gefallen. Die Ferienwohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, uns wurden sogar zwei Babybetten und Hochstühle organisiert! Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und rundum ist alles sehr gepflegt. Das Schwimmbecken ist perfekt zum Baden und angenehm durch das Salz im Wasser, anstatt Chlor. Diese Ferienwohnungen können wir nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und die nächste S-Bahn - Station zu Fuß sehr schnell zu erreichen. Dadurch ist sie hervorragend für München - Ausflüge oder Ausflüge in die Alpen geeignet. Die Terrasse ist für abendliche Ausklänge toll eingerichtet.

Die Kommunikation mit den Vermieter ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung hat uns super gut gefallen und entspricht zu 100 Prozent den Photos auf der Website. Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Lage. Diese kann ich sehr gerne weiterempfehlen.

Sehr nette kleine Familie, mit toller sozialisierter Fellnase, Ausstattung der Wohnung war perfekt und alles vorhanden, was man brauchen könnte, Gartenmitnutzung war möglich, kleine überdachte Terrasse, die sehr geschützt und ruhig lag.

Liebe Petra Danke für den schönen entspannten Aufenthalt! Leider ging es mir gesundheitlich nicht so gut also haben wir es uns mit leckerem Essen (Küche super ausgestattet zum Kochen ) und Ruhe ,Zeit bei euch verbracht !Tolle Katzen und Hunde und Enten haben wir gesehen fanden es richtig Toll bei euch Danke !!! J’ai adoré l’appartement de Stefan & Jackeline! Il y avait tout ce dont on avait besoin et plus, avec petite attention à l’arrivée. C’était dans un quartier tranquille mais avec restaurant, boulangerie, bus au coin de la rue. J’y retournerais avec plaisir!

Monika is an excellent host. She is super kind and prepared our accommodation to be warm and cosy for when we arrived. The place is spacious, very pretty and relaxing. Excellent when traveling for business and want an alternative stay. There’s a station near by and also an amazing bakery/coffee shop to pick up all the goodies! Thank you Monika
