We are conveniently located 0.5 miles from the entrance to the fair as well as the Katy trail. We have a cozy 2 bedroom 1.5 bath unit with a 70” tv that can fit 4 individuals comfortably. Hungry? We are located 1 block away from Sonic, Subway, two Mexican and a Chinese restaurants. McDonald’s, Burger-King, TacoBell, Dominoes and Pizza Hut are less than a mile away.

We are located a few blocks off I-70 and can be at most area attractions, shopping and dining in less than 30 minutes. This updated downtown retreat has two bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen, living room, dining room and laundry. Off street parking is behind the house. This property has a large fenced in yard with deck and firepit. Majority of the time you can catch a nice breeze in the backyard while you relax. In the winter you can enjoy the gas fireplace in the living room and stay warm. Downtown is just walking distance way with historic sites and restaurants, coffee shops and shopping.

Charming Log Home

Come enjoy our log home! This home was built as a model log home. It has its own charm and beauty and is a great place to unwind if you don’t mind some road noise. High speed internet is available-but no TV The property is convenient and easy to access,with a large parking area, although being next to I70 it is not quiet and secluded, expect road noise.( ear plugs and white noise machines are provided.) There is no Laundry-A local Laundromat is available.

*New Beautiful Flooring *If you're looking for a quaint, comfy space right in town this is it! Great for girl's weekend to visit family and enjoy the local shops. *Farm Girl Flowers & More* is our favorite place to shop local. Hunters heading to Grand Pass Conservation area have plenty of room to park the truck and boat. Saline County Fair Grounds are a 4 min. drive. MO Valley College Families are welcome, perfect place to stay during games.

Sunset C B&B

Situated in the heart of Midwestern farm country, and located just minutes from I-70, Sunset C Bed & Breakfast is a working cattle ranch where owners Galen & Pam raise Akaushi (Red Wagyu) cow/calf pairs and market their own beef right on the farm. There are many opportunities for interaction with the farm animals and time to relax to watch the beautiful sunsets. Complimentary breakfast is available -visit with Pam to confirm .

Convenient and comfortable! Our Colorful Cottage is within minutes of UCM and about 10 minutes from WAFB. We have the Cottage with all the amenities needed for a nightly, weekly, or a monthly stay.
