The accomodation is in the heart of San Vito, with beautiful views from the roof terrace, walkable distance to the nearby beaches, and lots of space, perfect for a family vacation. The hostess is helpful, communicative, and will do everything in her power for you to have an amazing time in San Vito Lo Capo. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Fabio’s place was lovely, full of character & charm with views of the water. Having the washing machine was a real plus. The location was great for walking to restaurants & the pedestrian zone, easy access to the port for ferries & a good base to visit Erice which is a must. He was a wonderful & responsive host, giving us many helpful recommendations!

Unser Aufenthalt war wunderbar! chiara war sehr zuvorkommend und ist auf alle unsere Fragen eingegangen. sie organisierte uns eine Bootstour die ganz toll war. nuccio der Hauseigentümer war extrem lieb und total freundlich zu unserem kind. Auch Agilla der verspielte hund war zuckersüss. ich empfehle die Wohnung wârmstens. War nahe zum Hafen, Zentrum und Supermärkte. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und hatte eine Perfekte lage, mit Parkplätze welche wir benutzen durften. wir hatten eine seehr tolle zeit da! VIELEN DANK NUCCIO UND CHIARA

Fantastic place to stay in San Vito, easily walkable to the town, beach and abundance of restaurants and cafes in the local area which was brilliant. The home is beautiful exactly as in the pictures, and fantastically located to get to the local nature reserve quickly and easily. The only negative was the check in was not so smooth, as the "keyholder" will not respond to Airbnb messages and only via text/phone, we gave them 2 hours notice of our arrival time of 16:00 but had to wait for 45 minutes until they arrived, later in the evening they came back to the house to scan our passports, and then the next morning to collect tourist tax. All things that are expected, but could have all been done at once. Other than this small issue, the house is fantastic and the host was very responsive, check out was very easy and we had everything we needed. would definitely recommend.

A spacious, comfortable home with lovely facilities in a great location in Marsala. We had a lovely trip! The only downside was that the home was quite cold and had limited working heading south we were quite cold in March. Nevertheless we had a brilliant and enjoyable stay and our hosts were very accommodating 😊
