Great view and perfect place to stay for adventures on the island. It’s cosy and has all the facilities you need. Recommendation!

Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di conoscere personalmente Michela e di avere da lei alcuni ottimi indirizzi . L’appartamento ha una vista meravigliosa e si trova nel quartiere ebraico di Modica , tranquillo e pulito . Lo consiglio

Wir waren mit unserem 6-Monate alten Sohn dort. Die Wohnung war sauber und der Garten gepflegt und super schön. Wir haben fast die komplette Zeit draußen verbracht. Drinnen ist das Ferienhaus eher funktionell, aber alles ist vorhanden und funktioniert. Einzig das Geschirr war wohl in der Spülmaschine vorher nicht 100% sauber geworden. Wir wurden von Domenico sehr freundlich empfangen und konnten bereits deutlich früher als beschrieben einchecken. Er hat uns ausführlich Tipps für Unternehmungen, den lokalen Restaurants und Spezialitäten gegeben. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut, während des Aufenthalts war er immer gut erreichbar und hat uns Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Man ist innerhalb von wenigen Minuten an einem wirklich schönen Strand. Als wir über Ostern da waren, war hier auch noch nicht viel los. Der Ort ist nett, aber recht verschlafen. Es gibt einen super Bäcker und eine ausgezeichnete Pizzeria. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

We loved Biagio’s apartment. Very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The bedroom in the lower level we called the cave room, it was dramatic and beautiful. Biaggio is a wonderful host. He responded to all of our questions almost instantly, and was proactive with recommendations. I would, of course stay at Biagio’s apartment if I get back to Ragusa.

Great house to spend holiday with family, well suited for all of us 9 . Giuseppe and Graziella, met us and introduced to the house, very friendly and helpful hosts. House has all necessary for a nice holiday to feel at home, pleased to find cold water in the fridge, nice sweet grapes, pasata and pasta for a quick lunch in the cupboard, tea and all other basics to cook like home. Coffe machine did not work on first day, but hosts were very responsive and brought their own, they even bought us the coffee pods, very generous of them, thank you we really appreciated . Well located for a beach holiday, only 7 min walk to a wonderful long sandy beach. We were out of season apparently and no restaurants nearby on walking distance, but not an issue as we had a car and many around within 10-15 min drive.

This is a lovely place to stay, location in Ragusa Ibla was perfect, with the added bonus of private garage on the ground floor. This made parking and unpacking so easy, recommend a small car, we had a Fiat Panda. The apartment has a lovely feel and is well designed, lots of restaurants within walking distance, and the countryside is stunning for walking. Emanuele is a great host who gave us a lovely welcome. Thoroughly recommended.

Modica is delightful and the apartment is a great base to explore it, ideally situated for both Modica Bassa and Alta. The living area and bedroom/bathrooms are across two floors linked by a fabulous staircase, with further stairs up to the terrace, which has great views across the town. Eleanora gave good recommendations for places to eat and drink - Bann bakery is excellent as is the Inno cafe and Casalindolci pasticceria in the same area. We had great pizzas at Sorsi e Morsi, all away from the throng of the main street. Definitely recommend the town and the apartment.

Apartment mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Großzügige Räume, gut eingerichtet, gute Betten. Küche top ausgestattet, absolut alle technischen Geräte haben gut funktioniert. Nicola war ein großartiger Gastgeber - immer erreichbar, super flexibel bei Check In und Check out, sehr hilfsbereit und mit guten Tipps. Als ein einmal die Heizung/Klimanlage nicht wollte kam Nicola in wenigen Minuten persönlich vorbei, organisierten einen Techniker und blieb, bis das Problem gelöst war. Wir hätten uns keinen besseren Gastgeber wünschen können. Tolle Sandstrände in der Nähe. Parken beim Apartment an der Straße ohne Probleme.

A comfortable apartment with a large balcony and a wonderful view! Easy walking distance to the town centre.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Matteo. Das Einchecken sowie das Auschecken lief flexibel und reibungslos. Matteo ist sehr bemüht. Die Lage ist 2 Minuten von dem Strand entfernt, der wunderschön ist. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und war gut ausgestattet. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Would be great for cooking & entertaining. Good to catch up on some laundry.

large bedrooms in a very walkable neighborhood. we loved having a view of Ragusa Ibla off the nearest terrace. parking was never an issue and walking to Ibla was easy. the apartment is large and the layout worked well for us (one bedroom on its own and two bedrooms closer to each other.) we'd highly recommend it.

I stayed for a month remote working and had a lovely time. Vittorio and his sister Barbara were so kind and helpful. Apartment well equipped and wifi super fast. There are good amenities close-by such as a bar, fishmonger and butchers. You are near the bus train station where you can easily travel to places like Modica, Ragusa and Catania (it is possible to travel around without a car). My personal highlight was the roof terrace. Coming from a cold climate, Sicily in November was warm and I spend lots of time up there eating breakfast, lunch etc.

Accoglienza amichevole con dei dolcetti di benvenuto. Consigli sui luoghi da vedere nei dintorni e indicazioni per i servizi di ristorazione nei dintorni.

Casa ben arredata comodissima per due coppie che tengono alla privacy. Posizionata al centro di Marina di Ragusa consente di arrivare in centro e nel lungomare senza prendere alcun mezzo. Host disponibile ad ogni richiesta.

Nulla da dire, appartamento molto accogliente, curato, pulito e confortevole. Scicli stupisce per la sua bellezza ed eleganza, negozi aperti anche di sera...da visitare! Host molto gentili e disponibili. Ci ritornerei volentieri!

Perfect appartment. Salvatore was very open and communication with him was excelent. Appartment looks much better than in photos. Very cosy, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Parking lot 100m from flat, beach another 150m+. Many places to go, lunapark for children open daily and was next to the parking lot. We really enjoyed the stay here. Thank you very much.

Letizia is a wonderful person. We had problems with our rental car as it was electric and couldn’t find a point to charge the car. Letizia went out of her way and called the rental car company to see how we can resolve this issue. Thankfully she came with us to charge the car as the charging point was around 3 kms and gave us a lift back to the Centre. Thanks Letizia . The apartment is in a central place in Modica. It’s a lovely apartment with magnificent views.

Wir waren für vier Tage Maddys und Guidos Gäste. Der Empfang war ausgesprochen freundlich und es ist alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Fotos beschreiben die Unterkunft sehr genau. Und die Lage ist einfach fantastisch. Guido gab uns noch Restaurant Tipps. Wir können es einfach nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten als Familie zu viert eine tolle Zeit! Die Unterkunft von Stefania war sehr sauber, hatte eine super Ausstattung wie beispielsweise Strandspielsachen für die Kinder, sämtliche Küchen- und Kochutensilien. Das Haus war gemütlich und hübsch dekoriert. Die Außenbereiche waren ebenso schön! Stefania war eine perfekte Gastgeberin, die immer erreichbar war und tolle Tipps für die Region gegeben hat. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich willkommen geheißen, ein kleiner Willkommensgruß wurde uns ebenso überreicht. Eine absolute Empfehlung!
