We absolutely loved our stay! It was our Texas Honeymoon get away and we could not be any happier. Located close to absolutely everything in town, everything was very easy to get to in walking distance. Which also helped since we had our two dogs with us. The suite was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be coming back and recommend it for any couple looking for a place to stay in Fredericksburg.

Amazing stay at Kate’s place in Wimberley. She was very responsive to a few minor issues and we really enjoyed our stay and the location. Very comfortable space to stay and some thoughtful details. Would highly recommend!

Simple and completely relaxing. The bed was outstanding. We enjoyed the quiet and the relaxing atmosphere. Very peaceful. The host was so accommodating and proactive to our needs. Loved the body wash and hair care products. The induction hot plate made it easy to prepare a simple meal. And a thumbs up on the selection of teas. We will keep this one on our list for the next time we come to the area.

Extremely responsive and proactive hosts for a gorgeous property. They even setup their green egg for grilling. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

Loved our stay at the Blanco Rapids Ranch!! Beautiful property with amazing views of the Blanco River and lots of room to roam! Perfect for a romantic sunset walk and wonderful to wake up here, it was all we imagined and more. Loved the peaceful vibe of the place, and the goats all around. Even made friends with the owners' dog who we took a walk with--- Definitely want to come back again! Thank you for an amazing stay!

We stayed for Labor Day weekend and the ease of access to the river made for the perfect weekend. No worrying about parking, renting tubes, getting picked up by a van- just walk in and walk out back to the house. It is a beautiful little gem.

My daughter and I loved it! The cabin was gorgeous and spacious with quality and high end decor and linens. The grounds were so awesome and peaceful with unique art and other structures to explore. The hosts were very kind and responsive. I highly recommend!

This was a last-minute stay for my daughters and me, and Jose’s Guesthouse was absolutely perfect for our needs. The host even allowed me to check out later than the scheduled time, which was greatly appreciated. They are a very nice couple, and I would definitely recommend this place to others and return myself. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!

We had a great stay! The accommodations were spacious and lovely. Fresh clementines were left in the kitchen for us, which was a nice touch. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, as well as full sized stove and refrigerator. I enjoyed a good cup of coffee each morning and often sat outdoors, with the chirping birds and friendly cat, at a private little table and chairs. The bed was comfortable, as well as the coach. There was a huge walk in closet that was very convenient. We felt very much at home. Although our stay was short we enjoyed several local restaurants, the LBJ Museum, Glass Bottom Boat Tour, and walk along the river. San Marcos is a great little college town. We would definitely stay with Alex and Lenicia again.

My two children and I enjoyed our stay so much, we miss it already! The location was about 32 minutes away from the event that we came for, but when I tell you I am soooo thankful that we booked this unit? I mean it! The location made the trip feel like a true vacation. The Hills, the view, the wild life(we saw plenty deer), and the peaceful neighborhood! PERFECT! I’ve never heard my children express NOT wanting to leave, but I get it because deep down inside I wanted to stay too! Mrs. Elizabeth was super responsive and very kind! Oh! And If you think the upstairs unit is something, please have a look at the bottom unit, it is equally beautiful and more spacious (that’ll be where we book next). These hosts truly outdid themselves and we can’t wait to return, we are already planning for the summer! Thank you all again!

I have a daughter graduating from Texas State in May and I came for her graduation pictures on campus. It was a perfect place to stay right outside of town and easy to get to San Marcos and San Antonio. It was a quiet place a little out in the hill country so great escape from the city. I would definitely stay there again and recommend this place. It was perfect for two people and my daughter and I had a great weekend.

Despite the freezing weather, this was an awesome experience. Definitely want to come back when it’s warmer though

The place was very peaceful and the area was beautiful. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding areas and the land around. It’s nice to get away from the city! The area is very quiet and you see a lot of animals roaming around. Andy was very friendly and responsive, overall recommend to anyone looming for something peaceful! Lots of swimming spots too !! They were also pretty stocked up on everything, even makeup removing wipes which is very thoughtful.

Laurina (Rina) is a magnificent host. She made us feel like family even before we checked in. Her place is spacious, she has thought of practically every kitchen amenity you could want, including stocking the fridge with all sorts of condiments and the bathroom with lots of extra items. The bed is comfortable, there are lots of towels and her place is private and quiet. A+++

Great host. Great rental. Great neighborhood. Rental was clean, spacious and perfect for a sisters' weekend. The beds were incredibly comfortable (even the sleepers), and with 3 of them, we all got to enjoy our own sleeping space. The AC and ceiling fan kept us cool & comfortable throughout our trip. The kitchen had all we needed for our morning breakfast and evening dessert/wine. The neighborhood was safe, quiet & super close to everything in Boerne. Shaded streets in the evening made it perfect for getting our walking steps. Overall, we could not have asked for a better place or host in Boerne.

Claire is just Wonderful. Was there to greet us upon arrival. Full tour of our unit. Explained everything. Huge parking lot. Quiet, Peaceful, and full of charm.

Le canoë barn est un super logement à Fredericksburg : il est facile d'accès, à distance de marche de la rue principale et ses restaurants. De plus il est dans un quartier extrêmement calme et paisible, au coeur du quartier historique. On a aussi adoré la décoration et plus généralement l'atmosphère du logement. on s'y sent très bien! Enfin il est très propre et on y trouve tout le nécessaire pour y passer quelques jours.

Stayed here a second time for my fiancé’s birthday. First time we came here was our first date 4 years ago. Still as pretty as we remembered it!! Carol Ann was super nice and responsive. 100% would stay a third time!
