Our beach guest house is an oceanfront dream for a couple's retreat. Come relax by the sea. Listen to the waves crashing right outside your door. Disconnect or work while here we have fast WiFi for you. Enjoy this gem of a place on the coast of Maine as a year round escape. Come make some memories to cherish for a lifetime. All 4 seasons are beautiful here. Pro tip: Wake up early and observe the beautiful sunrise over the ocean. It is totally worth getting up early and will not disappoint.

Brenda and Phil's Place

Your rooms are isolated from the rest of the house on the second floor with a separate entrance that opens to a shared hall and laundry. The bedroom is large with an en suite bathroom and queen. The living room/ bunk room has two single beds, fridge, toaster, microwave. We have a wonderful, wooded location near Maine beaches and the University of New England. We are just minutes from Hills Beach and Fortunes Rocks Beach. Kennebunkport the city of Portland and Old Orchard beach are close.

With panoramic views and the ocean just steps away, you won’t forget this one of a kind experience. Tucked away in the hidden gem of Camp Ellis, you’ll enjoy a lively beach scene in the summer and a tranquil retreat in the off season. Just a short trip away to Old Orchard Beach and 30 min to Portland you’ll never be in need of fun activities.

Large Studio, 1 mile from the beach

Large Studio Room with 2 King Beds with very comfortable mattresses. Studio is half basement with windows, 4 steps down into the basement. Inside the Studio we have Small kitchen area with Coffee Machine, full sink, small refrigerator, toaster oven and microwave. Private Restroom with Shower are just outside the Studio, down the Hallway. Studio with bathroom and hallway has separate and private entrance that only used by guests. This apartment is attached to the house where owners live.

New home built in 2023- walkable to Old Orchard Beach! Two queen bedrooms with their own temperature controls. The master has a private balcony. One and a half bathrooms- modern, with clean lines and minimalist design. Includes plenty of closet space, a stocked kitchen, dishwasher, front load washer and dryer, high speed internet, 55" Roku TV, and fenced in backyard area with a private hot tub, large grill, outdoor dining table, fire pit, and loungers to enjoy Maine starry nights!

Bayview Beach 3 miles OOB Pier 4.4 miles Private entrance and deck with outside fireplace. Hosts, Melissa and Doug, are quiet and considerate early risers with 2 friendly pups

Enjoy a wooded retreat just minutes from Maine's stunning Fortune's Rocks beach. This newly constructed tiny home welcomes you for a memorable stay near the coast. We strive to offer a thoughtful balance between modern amenities and a natural setting. This space is perfect for two guests, with a maximum of four who are comfortable sharing tiny accommodations. We are pet friendly for an additional fee - one dog maximum per reservation.

A "kitchenette" located within one of the 2 bedrooms for our guests to enjoy in a farmhouse style family home built in 1850. Located on a quiet street 3 miles from Biddeford Pool Beach. 1 mile to the UNE Biddeford campus. 10 minutes to Saco train station. 15 minutes to Old Orchard Beach and 25 Minutes to the city of Portland and the Jetport.
