Katouni Bridge Villa

Kythira is a paradise. The island where the Goddess of love, Aphrodite, spawned from the shores of Paliopoli and where Paris and Helen escaped from Sparta and were married. Katouni is a smaller village of Livadi, connected to it by the famous Katouni Bridge - built by the British during occupation, as the general fell in love with a girl on the other side. Our house is an oasis within an island of natural beauty, with views compared to Tuscany. Katouni is the birthplace of my grandfather.

Terra Oliva Country House

Terra Oliva Country house is one of the 5 houses of the property. The village is Agios Ilias and it is in the center of the south part. The location is very convenient for your daily trips. Our house is newly constructed and very well equipped. It has two main areas, bedroom and living room area. The house has a full kitchen , bathroom area and its private veranda with mountain view. The location is very quiet and safe at the same time.

Villa Anastasia is an 1801 historical family home, fully restored in 2021. A celebration of natural materials with a modern rustic aesthetic, the overall result is a calm and sophisticated space offering a breathtaking sunset view of the Mediterranean Sea. Located in the most idyllic spot in the town of Kalokairines, the house features two separate stylish apartments both fully equipped with modern amenities.

Only 5 minutes by car from 3 stunning beaches and 10 minutes from the bustling commercial town of Potamos, the house is situated on a hill with 180º views of the Mediterranean.

Welcome to our beautiful, newly renovated Arch house. Nestled within a beautiful historic stone complex, this serene apartment exudes island elegance with its stone vaulted living room and kitchen, adorned by a centuries-old fireplace. Stone arches frame the bedroom and private patio, adding to its allure.

Karmella’s House

Karmella’s house is a cute, small apartment at the traditional and quiet Fratsia village, in the center of the island. Is next to Livadi and about 12 klm from the airport, 20 klm from Diakofti port, 10 klm from Potamos, 12 klm from Kapsali and 12 klm from Avlemonas.

Spiti Mou-Kythira, Greece (updated 2026)

This 250 year-old property consists of a cluster of renovated “kamaras” linked by various courtyards. It is a compound of structures rather than one single dwelling, allowing for individual areas and privacy while sharing common spaces.
