Nothing, but the peaceful sounds of nature for a relaxing retreat. Blue Grass Farm is home to expansive views of Otter Lake, valley mountains, fields of wheat grass, lush pasture, a pond and a bright post-and-beam barn. Our private farm is conveniently located 10 minutes from the city of Vernon and Armstrong, BC.

*BOAT SHUTTLE- Complimentary 15-minute boat shuttle to Cape Carraholly Retreat- a water-access only property, strictly at 4 p.m. for check-ins and 10 a.m. for check-outs. DO NOT BOOK without prior approval of a different time ($100). We may change shuttle time by 1-2 hours, depending on volume of guests. Our brand-new Kingfisher Yurt features a king-size bed, skylight, panoramic views of the surrounding forest and ocean, outdoor kitchenette, propane fire pit, hot tub, and open-air shower.

The yurt has a separate outdoor kitchen, washroom and an outdoor shower for your private use. The yurt is located on a peaceful 12 acre ranch overlooking the Okanagan mountains and valleys. Small Glamping Yurt

The Fawn is a romantic, very unique guest accommodation. As you lay in bed you can see the stars through the glass roof dome. Queen platform bed with drawers and a single suitcase stand to help you stay organized. Luxury bedding and towels . A small assortment of kitchen items and a Keurig coffee station. Floor fan works well; cools the space down quickly. Small patio with lawn chairs. Patio table set and BBQ supplied.

Large, secluded property with huge manicured grass areas for everyone to enjoy. There is another small yurt close by and dry camping at the back of property. We are a family of 2 (with 2 little doggys) and love to have guests. Enjoy the space and mingle with your neighbours if any.
