Wonderful place to stay!!!! Amazing fews, good water, clean bathroom and house, and very well kept!! Definitely a good recommendation as long as you don’t mind driving.

My family of 4 spent spring break from Texas here & what a beautiful experience! It snowed a lot during our stay, so the views were breathtaking. The home was decorated to perfection with cozy beds, towels, nice appliances & plenty of cooking supplies for nice meals up on the mountain with my kids. Smart TVs in every room, shovels for the snow with salt, snacks & refreshments.. these hosts really thought of everything. We can’t wait to come back!!

The home itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our group had such a great time—whether it was relaxing in the common areas, enjoying the scenic surroundings, or simply soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was perfect for us. If you’re looking for a place that offers stunning views and a relaxing getaway with friends or family, this is it. Fantastic cabin for a ski weekend in nearby Winter Park. Theresa was incredibly kind, proactive, and responsive. The amenities were all as listed, and the cabin felt super spacious. Would definitely come back again! Thank you Theresa for being such a great host

We had a great experience. Winter park was very responsive and helpful. We let them know of an issue and there was a quick response and resolution to the problem. We will definitely look to stay with Winter Park again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at the "Blue Bear". The condo was warm and clean, the kitchen well stocked and the beds comfortable. The views as we traveled up the 20 minute mountain road to the condo were beautiful. We enjoyed exploring Idaho Springs, touring the Argo Gold Mine, visiting the cute shops, and eating at Beau Jo's, Clear Creek Cidery, and the Banana Leaf (so delicious). Of course, the biggest highlight was skiing at Loveland (and also Granby Ranch)!
