Great place. Not extremely new but appreciate the heated bathroom floors. Bedroom are downstairs and upstairs. Bathroom only downstairs.

This property is at a beautiful location, sitting right in front of the stunning Wakatipu Lake. If you're seeking a peaceful and cozy retreat with your family, I highly recommend this wonderful getaway. On top of it , property was absolutely clean and all necessarily arrangement was in place.

Wonderful place! Great views, nice furnishings, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, great tub, nice towels and sheets. Bus stop close, grocery within 1/2 mi . Would love to stay here again!

Good accommodation in a good location for our family of 5. Walking distance / short drive to town and good location for being able to get to the ski slopes. Ged was always helpful and responsive. We had a great holiday.

Stephen is absolutely the BEST HOST I’ve ever encountered on AirBnB. He is the definition of a Superhost. He doesn’t treat you like another Queenstown tourist, he’ll treat you like you’re one of his close friends. I throughly enjoyed getting to talk to him in the evenings hearing all his stories, he has lived such a full and exciting life! His place has so much character. I love the backyard, the hammock was my favorite part. I worked remotely and being able to work outside in my own private space was nice. I stayed in February so it was amazing to lie outside and see the Milky Way from his backyard. The view of the lake from the front is absolutely stunning! I loved the small touches in studio: bed warmers, milo, ear plugs, sunscreen, bug spray. It’s a 10-15 minutes walking to the main part of town. You could easily grab a taxi up, but I walked every evening and I felt so safe. Next time I’m in Queenstown, I’m definitely staying with Stephen again. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and tidy, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The hosts were lovely and very responsive throughout. It’s in a good location—not far from the airport or the centre of town—making it easy to get around. We really appreciated the little touches like cooking oil and spices, even though we didn’t need them this time. They’d definitely come in handy for other guests. Would happily stay again!!

It was really nice stay and had perfect vacation there. All rooms were very clean and enough space for my 3 years old kid to play in living area. Key points are below. 1. Bus stop is just in front of place and we have traveled to city and other places easily. 2. All kitchen accessories help us to cook at home and bbq was awesome. 3. Good scenic view of lake and mountains. 4. Small park is available in front of the house to play with pets and kids. Regards Raushan

Location was great, a short drive to the heart of Queenstown, peacefully tucked away from the main road. The walk down from the carpark requires some effort if you have mobility issues or large/heavy luggage - well worth the effort once you reach the property. This may not be a matter much longer as we were informed that a funicular was being installed to assist with luggage. The bedding was super comfy! David was very responsive, friendly and helpful. His assistance went above and beyond. Would highly recommend & wish we could’ve stayed longer!

The views were my favorite part. It was so nice to relax. Nice walk to the city center. I would love to stay again. The beds are extremely comfortable!

we had an excellent stay at the Bay House. everything is as pictured— beautiful furnishings, spacious, super clean, uncluttered. the location also cannot be beat with the lake just across the road and an easy walk into town. there was plenty of room for the three of us, the kitchen was well equipped and the washer/dryer came in handy after going on rainy/muddy hikes. it was rainy a few days during our visit to Queenstown but we did not mind spending time indoors at this home playing board games and reading. highly highly recommend!

We loved our stay at The Prospector - it was top notch in terms of appearance and amenities, and with wonderful welcoming touches. We really appreciated the privacy and peacefulness and all the care that has gone into creating a wonderful experience for guests. On the sunny side of Queenstown and away from the business of the CBD, Brigit’s place was the perfect spot to get out and explore Queenstown and surrounding areas. It was also a neat and tidy place that came with all the essentials, a gorgeous walking track nearby and a super friendly and helpful host to make for a very enjoyable stay in Queenstown .
