The property is nice cozy and comfortable. I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and loved the coffee machine. Bathroom was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Overall stay was pleasant. I recommend this property if you have your own car to travel.

The Seaside Charm House was delightful. Set in a quiet, leafy street of Balnarring, it is great for walks and proximate to cafes, restaurants, Balnarring Beach (a short drive) and on to beautiful Flinders and Shoreham. Spacious home with excellent amenities, very comfortable space to relax in. Great location, 10 minute walk to the beach with plenty of shops and cafes nearby. Loved our stay and would be happy to return in the future.

Awesome house in cowes! Everything you could possibly need this house has. It is so family friendly, super clean and tidy, so much space with an excellent heated spa. Close to cowes and in a quiet community. We loved our stay there and would definitely book this house again!

My little family had a lovely stay at Rye Beach Shack between Christmas and New Years. It was nice to be able to walk to the beach and Woolies (about 10 mins) from the property, as it was so packed down at the waterfront parking was really hard to come by. Amber was very responsive about questions. A great place to stay and relax after Christmas :)

What a GEM of a place amongst the most beautiful trees. Every morning, I couldn't wait to go outside to sit amongst the trees and meditate to the wonderful bird sounds. The NATURAL LIGHT in this home is something else to behold. It was bathed in it! We, our teens and darling little dog felt very welcome in this home that was decorated with respect to the mid-century era it's been built in with a few modern and eclectic twists to make it not look and feel dated. We enjoyed inviting friends over to entertain in the garden with the bbq and lovely wooden garden setting. As it's only about a 5-min walk to the beach, my keen fisherman husband and son thought they were in heaven as they could peruse the nearby pier at the Blairgowrie Yacht Squandron every morning and evening. We felt very welcome and are looking forward upon our return!

This house was very comfortable and well equipped. The location was peaceful. The two outside deck spaces provided good spots to relax and the yard was secure for our little dog to roam free.

This is the perfect place if you're looking for a pleasant, semi rural location for a medium short or even a long stay. Alieh is the perfect host and the flat itself has everything you need. We were 2 Brits coming to OZ for a year and needed somewhere to stay for a month while finding out feet. This worked beautifully for us. The location is slightly out of the way which for us was fine as we could come back to our haven after job hunting and football training. Alieh was brilliant to deal with and took us under her wing. We had such a lovely time at Veronika’s home. The house truly feels like a museum with various antiquates and relics from all across the world. My partner was mesmerised by all these artefacts, the library which contained a vast array of books and the tranquil courtyard annexed to the bedroom. Waking up to the gentle morning light that filters through the branches and looking into the mossy courtyard was quite surreal. I was also in love with the pool area/ courtyard, with pink leaves, and the surrounding hills and gorgeous natural scenery of the property. The house itself is of course simply spectacular. The large windows allow you to see the landscape from any angle and when the sun filters in - it is simply stunning. At night, it is equally as gorgeous as you can see the stars from the living area. We were lucky enough to chat with Veronika herself to learn about the history of the house. If you go for an early morning walk you’ll see kookaburras and kangaroos - they were adorable

Absolutely lovely, very spacious and well appointed family home shared with us. Nice quiet surrounds with great outdoor areas. Being pet friendly was a great advantage. Everything was there, didn’t need for anything. Fully stocked pantry, toiletries and fridge essentials. Games and books in abundance. Entire property very clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated. Exceptional host. Will need to include the whole family for our next stay.

Property was great, nice and private with sounds of the ocean and wildlife. The bungalow with kitchenette near the pool was a great addition for our group . Great entertaining kitchen that is well stocked with lots of pots , pans ,serving platters ect. Lots of space inside and out of the house for everyone to relax . We had a great time there.

Our stay in Blairgowrie was wonderful. The house exceeded our expectations with spacious rooms throughout and plenty of amenities and some great surprises that were not listed. It is a two minute walk to the beach and a five minute drive to either Blairgowrie and Sorrento shops, cafes and restaurants. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing catering to our large family and two little dogs. We highly recommend this beautiful property. Thank you Dave for such a memorable stay. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at Ivys place for 24 days and it was perfect. As a family with 2 young kids, having a pool was ideal. It was very clean inside and welcoming. Ivy was very accomdating as we came to Australia for our best friends wedding, and allowed the groom to stay the night before the wedding. Ivy was very responsive. The house is in a lovely area and the kids were gutted when we had to leave. Would definately stay again and highly recommend x

Wonderful stay. Everything was as described and as pictured. Perfect for large family groups, plenty of space to come together and separate for quiet time. We had 3 young children and they made good use out of the upstairs living space (“playroom”) and trampoline. The pool once we got it sorted was the perfect temperature. Rooms were very clean and very spacious. Great kitchen and welll stocked with cleaning products as was the laundry. Check in/out was easy and Anna was friendly and a very responsive host.

Gorgeous place at the best location. 5 min walk to the heart of Cowes and 10 second walk to your own beach access. Couldn't get better. Really is the best Phillip Island has to offer!

A really easy place to stay. Outdoor area was a real bonus. Great backyard for the dog. There were unexpected bonuses that weren’t listed - such as Netflix, DVDs and quite a few games. Matt was a great communicator and made everything easy.

We travelled to the Mornington Peninsula for the Sorrento writers festival and it was a great location. Not too far away but still close to everything we needed. Cate & Jans place is absolutely lovely. You can tell the house was loved and cherished. They’ve done a great job doing it up and keeping the “beach shack” vibe. Clean, bright and perfectly appointed. Would have loved to stay longer. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Jacqueline’s place. The hero of the stay is the backyard - perfect for dogs, ideal for Santa’s BBL Beach Cricket set and we loved the hot tub. Would absolutely recommend.

Like many others have said the photos don’t do the place justice. A beautiful home, great host in a lovely secluded location. my family and I really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again soon.

My family and I had a very relaxing and fun filled week at Josh & Beck’s home. The house had everything we needed, between the basketball court, the large outdoor area for star gazing, a little reading lounge room and a beautiful kitchen for family dinners. We had a wonderful time and would recommend their home to others!

We had a wonderful stay in this airbnb in Rosebud over the Easter break. The outdoor area was a stand out and the property was very quick to reply and easy to communicate with!

we had an amazing weekend here with our little doggies. the place is comfortable and peaceful and so close to some amazing coastal walks. highly recommend it.
