I highly recommend this house for your stay in Tri-Cities area. We like it so much we keep returning. The house is absolutely perfect. Everything is clean. They recently painted the interior and it looks fabulous. The hosts are always super accomodating. We give it 5 stars! Thank you Larry!

Great place to stay in Kennewick. We locked ourselves out of the house and Whitney showed up with the key very quickly.

Ralph’s place was great. House was clean and spacious with all of the amenities I needed for a work trip (and more than I could even use). Ralph was proactive with instructions and house guide was prominent. Access was easy and flexible. No unreasonable/extensive cleaning requirements! A very pleasant stay with a very pleasant host. Hector is a very accommodating and flexible host. Responded quickly to text, or if I needed something restocked, it literally was on the porch within 15 mins. the area the house is located at is within a 5 min drive to coffee, restaurants, grocery stores, and more. Immaculate place. Our family had a great time with lots of room to play. I recommend staying here if you have a more prominent family. Great hosts and response time is extremely fast. Very friendly. All around 10/10. Quiet neighborhood, easy to find, fenced backyard with plenty of room for kids to play. Very clean and tidy. We absolutely enjoyed our short vacation here.

My family recently stayed at Katia's home and had a wonderful experience. After long days at the hospital it was nice to come "home" to somewhere inviting and relaxing. there was plenty of room for the 9 of us to stay comfortably. I whole heartedly recommend this home if you are looking for a place for your large family to kick back and relax.

Jo is an amazing host making our stay feel like a home away from home. His instructions for check-in and check-out made each one a seamless process. Anything and everything we needed was supplied in the cozy home to include a lovely bowl of snacks for us to enjoy. The yard was pet friendly and completely secluded from neighbors. We enjoyed restful nights sleep in the comfortable master bed with a swivel tv for convenient watching. The decorations throughout the home were beautifully chosen and placed. The home’s aesthetics were welcoming. Jo was available to serve making the stay and this home a top notch choice for our mini vacay.

My first time in Washington st. The place was nice, the front door needed weather stripping, because there was gaps that let air in all around. otherwise it was a great place to stay.

Aaron's place was in a quaint neighborhood that was just far enough away from hustle and bustle but still close enough to accoladate our needs for shopping and restaurants. a peaceful stay. would visit again

We had a wonderful short stay while visiting family in the area. Carlos's 2-bedroom, 3-bed, 1-bath home with a full kitchen, dining, living room, and laundry area was the perfect fit for my family of four and our two small pets. The pet-friendly environment was spotless and had no traces of previous pets, which speaks to how clean and well-maintained the space is. We really appreciated the extra towels and, as a coffee and tea enthusiast, I loved the variety of options provided. We definitely hope this location remains available for future trips to the area.

David was extremely helpful and welcoming during our stay. We are from California coming to Washington state for my husbands business trip and this was the perfect location with all the amenities we needed. It was our first time using AirBnb as well which was a good experience to find something on such short notice. David gave us clear instructions during Check in and was very responsive. Home has a spacious guest stay over 4 car garage. Million dollar view of the Columbia River. 5 minuites away from siblings home in west pasco that made this stay a true blessed experience . As visiting due to family medical issues . Was a peaceful place. So grateful
