The house was even better than we imagined it would be! It felt more like a retreat than an Airbnb experience! The location was beautiful and easy to get around. The yard was beautiful and private. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked and clean. The washer dryer combo was also a cool feature. We loved our stay and will be back for sure!

Amazing experience. We had a girls trip planned and our other airbnb fell through at the last minute. Somehow, this home was still available and it really became a blessing in disguise! The home is absolutely gorgeous and the hosts are so so helpful! Answered every question I had before the trip very quickly. We had trouble connecting to the wifi and I sent the host a text and he called me right away to assure us he was on it and it was fixed within the hour! Would’ve loved to book this home again for my wedding but it’s already booked for that weekend.

Loved our short stay. Their place is beautiful and comfortable. They hot tub and amenities were wonderful and relaxing. Most of all they’re surrounded by trees and during Fall it was breathtaking and peaceful.

Peppermint Farm is an amazing place! Kathy, Scott, and Ann were amazing to work with. Friendly, helpful!! It was an amazing place to stay the night before my daughter’s wedding. I highly recommend the farm and we will be returning.

We spent one quick night during our spring break travels. Great versatility of beds for our family that worked well. Great value. Quiet at night. Quick on and off the interstate.

I rented the house for family to stay in while visiting me in Washington. They (5 people) all said the beds were comfortable and enjoyed the sitting area. Only issue they had was it's an older home and there weren't enough plugs to plug phones in. One room didn't have any plugs and they had to plug phone in kitchen. Plus, they wanted to plug a fan in, but had no outlet.

Excellent stay for the weekend. Close to all the wineries and attractions. Good music at the wineries. Friendly people in Augusta , MO.

This Tinyhouse was so adorable and absolutely perfect for us during our stay in Washington. My husband and I were happy to see that the home matched the pictures and description. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and such. We will definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed staying here for a dog show. It was a little ways from the venue but was private and relaxing. Very quiet and secluded.

Wonderful host. We’re from Florida and was staying at Jeffery’s bnb. We had some really bad weather and the tornado alarms went off. They gave us the code to basement just in case. It was clean and communication was great. I will be back.

Such a perfect home for our girls weekend in Hermann! The Uber drivers come up that way so it makes it really convenient. (If you’re going on a weekend and want to do the trolley, they book weeks in advance, only thing I wished we would have known.) however, we ubered to the closest winery and just got on the trolley from there. Everything was in pristine condition, felt extremely clean. The beds were comfy, we had everything we needed. Cool space utilized downstairs for a hangout area. Little details were thought of like extra blankets, tonsssss of towels, numbers for Uber drivers, etc. Check in was seamless and easy and he was even kind enough to let us check in a little early as we were ahead of schedule. Would definitely stay here again! Archie’s House gets a 10/10!

Beautiful and comfortable home with great amenities. Everyone in our party commented on how comfortable the beds are and how well they slept. Would definitely stay there again.

Our family all came to Washington to spend Easter weekend with our daughter who teaches at the local Lutheran school in town. The four bedrooms, spacious kitchen and two flat screens (Master's golf was on non-stop when we were home) more than served our needs. We'll return again in the future to this exact spot or one of Nat and Tyann's other places -- all depending on the number of visitor's with us.

This house was a great place to stay for the weekend. It exceeded our expectations from what the pictures showed. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance.

Nat and Tyann’s place was such a neat experience. We loved the look and comfort and appreciated the unique preservation of the vaults and news articles. Having the place decorated for the holidays was such a warm and welcome touch. We felt right at home. The well appointed kitchen had all of the needed equipment to cook at home (bring your spices and oils) and the large dining table was good for dinner and to catch up on work and meetings. Being able to walk to the Katy Trail for a bike ride or a nice walk, and to Philly’s for some delicious pizza, was perfect for the quiet days we wanted. We drove less than 10 minutes to Lake Creek Winery for another delicious meal with live music. Nat and Tyann are also very pup-friendly and the yard is fully fenced in—excellent for our little furry one! Great, communicative hosts, a cool space, and plenty to do! We look forward to coming back!

Great place! We were in town for a wedding and loved sharing this space with friends. There were ample beds for us all. We especially loved that the kitchen had so much cookware because we did not eat out during our stay.

I was able to check in the house on short notice. All my questions are answered very quickly. The house was a clean little cozy cottage. If I’m back in the area that’s where I’m going to stay!

Christopher was a wondeful host. Had everything i needed and more! Great location, well taken care of house, and super responsive host.
