The Carrabassett Valley Mountain Trail Network offer activities including Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, mountain & fat tire biking, and hiking on an extensive trail network, accessible year-round from our parking lot. You can bring two cars. You can responsibly enjoy an adult beverage in our pool. We have A/C in the summer. This is a 2 bedroom unit with a queen pullout couch. 10 min drive to Sunday River. 5 min from Sunday River Brewing. 5 minutes from Grafton Notch State Park.

Sugarloaf Mt: on the mountain, pool, hot tub

Note: the sauna and hot tubs are NOT available in the summer and fall. On a dead-end street abutting Brackett Brook in Snowbrook Village, it is quiet and secluded. We are right next to the cross-country skiing, walking/hiking, mountain biking and snowshoeing trails. Walk approximately 700’ (2-3 minutes) to the Snubber ski lift or take the free shuttle that stops at the corner of the road and our parking lot every 20-30 minutes, depending on time of day.

Ski all day on a nationally ranked mountain and then enjoy the active night life with live music playing at several venues on the mountain. Trails for hiking and mountain biking are right behind the condo for the summer/fall.
