From booking to check out, Teri, John, and their home exceeded all our expectations. Responses were always quick, the recommendations on restaurants and activities were amazing (Hoggys was the best), and their home was welcoming, clean, and comfortable. Highly recommend staying here when you are in Frankfort and we would love to stay again!

The place is walkable to downtown and only 2 blocks from a famous local candy shop with 20 minute tours of their production facility. It is worth trying. Downtown is a beautiful walk with art, historical signage near the buildings, nice shops, coffee, ice cream, and an art walk. This is a beautiful little town with easy access to the Bourbon Trail. The house is clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the well stocked kitchen with plenty of coffee and tea to get you going in the morning.

This place is in a great spot, has a beautiful backyard, beautiful kitchen, very spacious and I loved the hot tub! would come again!

My husband, infant daughter, and dog stayed here when we had to evacuate our home in Frankfort due to flooding. The host was very accommodating, and their kindness was very much appreciated during a very difficult time for me and my family. The home and backyard were lovely as well. Exactly what we needed. Our stay was perfect.

Convenient location and cozy home. Home presented as shown on listing. Beds were comfortable with TV's in every room. Backyard was nice for our dog. Easy 8 minute drive to Buffalo Trace. Liked the bourbon theme decor! Would stay again.

The home appearers to be recently remodeled. It’s spotless and I have significant appliance envy. The deck is large and so comfortable. We had dinner on the deck and told stories around the fire pit. The perfect hub for the bourbon trail. Great trip!

Thea was a wonderful host. The home was perfectly as described. The added touches like labeling light switches, drawers, etc .. just so helpful. We can’t wait to return and will be sure to stay here again.

We traveled to Frankfort to celebrate my husband’s retirement on a recommendation from some fellow employees that lived in the area. I started my search and found the perfect place. It felt like home my home, I knew it would be big enough to accommodate my family and friends . It was the week after the flood and I was very concerned that we couldn’t go to BT and Brittany was very accommodating, reassured us that it would be okay but would assist in a refund if we wanted to go that route. She was right, we found plenty of things to do and see! We came in to find my daughter and husband already in the hot tub and we found the house super clean , nicely equipped and the “ extra touches” to welcome us of snacks and the fully stocked coffee bar! Better than expected. Fantastic and well-stocked kitchen - everything we needed for a full Thanksgiving feast. So many thoughtful details for a comfortable stay. Hot tub and backyard were awesome. Nice walkable neighborhood. Close to all things horses and handy to downtown. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again when in town.

Christine's guest home is very unique and cozy space. It is located on a working horse farm and has a big pool and hot tub for guest use. Christine was a very responsive and accommodating host, she was always around and responsive. I travel to the area often to visit family and I will definitely be staying here again!

Great place for large family gathering. Communication with the host was excellent. Would definitely come back.

The house was absolutely amazing for our group of friends. Our initial booking elsewhere fell through and this place came up; we were all more than thrilled and delighted because this booking was 10x better than our previous booking. Perfect house for a getaway.

This was our second time at Travis’. We love it! He’s a great host and the area is beautiful and close to some many great things to do. We love the park and being able to bring our dogs is a super bonus. They love walking around the park. Will definitely be back again.

William’s home was the perfect vacation spot! Quiet and peaceful! We spent most of our time in the pool or sitting outside with our dogs. With the fenced in yard, it made it so easy to have them out there with us. William was extremely responsive to any questions we had. House was very clean and very welcoming! We hope to be back sometime soon!

Our stay at Anne’s was perfect! She was very responsive and accommodating from the moment we booked, through check out. The property was exactly as described.; cozy and comfy! The location was ideal for our family to stay during opening weekend of Keenland. Short drive to the track and town. The country setting is gorgeous and very private. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend! We will definitely return.

We had a lovely long weekend stay! Very walkable to coffee shops and restaurants! We attended a concert in Lexington one evening and it was only a short drive to get to University of Kentucky’s Kroger Field, which is where the concert was located. Definitely a comfortable and relaxing space to stay!

My boyfriend and I had a great stay here as we explored the neighboring bourbon trails! A walkable location to downtown Frankfort and perfect place to unwind/relax between tours!
