Loved the location to a variety of distilleries and local restaurants. We also loved the extra bathroom and kitchen amenities provided like bottled water, coffee, toothpaste, etc. Parking space was great, place was very clean, we’d definitely recommend it to our friends and if we’re in the area again we’d check to see if Shane’s place was available. All the people we met in town were nice and made us feel welcomed into the community.

Exactly as described and impeccably clean, great direction to park and entire the unit. Host was available when any questions came about, I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Nestled amidst vibrant shops, eateries, and coffee spots, the location felt like home and brought back nostalgic memories with its historic charm. The convenience of being steps away from bourbon tastings and delightful confections added so much surprise and delight to our stay. Craig’s unique space was both cozy and serendipitous, making our celebration truly special. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Frankfort!

30 minutes from Lexington airport and 1 hour from Louisville airport giving us options for flights. Sarah was very responsive and kept us up to date on the flooding situations and was willing to offer us a refund if we wanted to cancel due to closures from flooding. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

We loved staying here and felt right at home with all necessary amenities. Very conveniently located to many restaurants/bars and close to many distilleries.

We had a lovely long weekend stay! Very walkable to coffee shops and restaurants! We attended a concert in Lexington one evening and it was only a short drive to get to University of Kentucky’s Kroger Field, which is where the concert was located. Definitely a comfortable and relaxing space to stay!

Craig was beyond accomodating. We used the place while exploring the bourbon trail. It was perfectly located. I loved that we could walk through town. Very clean, super comfy bed. Craig makes it super easy to check out. We felt very spoiled. Will stay again if we can get it available or if not, maybe one of his other options. Would love to work with him again.

Our stay was a fun overnight trip for a friend’s birthday. Our host was very helpful and friendly. The home was very clean with lots of accommodations. We would stay again in the future. Highly recommend. Only negative was if you have a hard time with stairs this might not be the place for you but there is handrails and wide steps. 10/10

Our group of eight stayed at Ben’s third-floor unit in downtown Frankfort for a bourbon and golf trip, and it exceeded all expectations. The space is incredibly spacious—far larger than the photos suggest—and comfortably accommodated our group, with room to spare. The location is perfect, just minutes from Buffalo Trace and in the heart of downtown. While the restaurant scene didn’t blow us away, there are a few solid options, and the bourbon bar downstairs was a highlight. Dave, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable about bourbon history, and his selection includes some truly unique pours. Highly recommend staying here—we’ll definitely be back!

Had a great stay. The location couldn't be beat-close to the horse park and walkable to everything in town. Some have mentioned street noise and parking but neither were much of an issue.Noise wasn't too much of an issue. A little in the early morning as people were heading to work but we are early risers so not a problem. We were able to park right in front of the building all but one day but used the parking lot on the other day. The apt actually has two 1/2 baths. one with a vanity and toilet, the other with a shoeer/tub and vanity. This was great for having separate areas for getting ready in the morning. All in all a great find and if we come back to Georgetown, we will definitely stay here again.

This Airbnb’s stay was super spacious! My friend and I only stayed one night but we would love to stay here for an extended weekend. The area is very peaceful and safe and while we did not use the kitchen and living room area I’d love to in the future. The shower here was my favorite in that the water was very hot and the water pressure was nice and hard. It was great after a long day of exploring. The bed was comfortable and the hosts were very responsive.

John’s place was great. Very convenient to get to with lots around and easy to walk to great restaurants and activities. Beds and furniture all very comfortable.
