Better than expected. Fantastic and well-stocked kitchen - everything we needed for a full Thanksgiving feast. So many thoughtful details for a comfortable stay. Hot tub and backyard were awesome. Nice walkable neighborhood. Close to all things horses and handy to downtown. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again when in town.

Kathy’s home is the perfect place to stay. We had plenty of room, a lot of amenities. The outdoor space was fantastic. We felt welcomed and right at home and I would book with Kathy anytime I visit the area in the future. The home is gorgeous and in a safe neighborhood. I highly recommend this property for your next trip to Lexington.

We were celebrating a Batchelor weekend … the game room, pool and hot tub, and set up was perfect for what we wanted and did!

This was by far the best AirBnB my family has ever stayed in! From check-in to check-out Nicole was such a perfect host. The amenities at the peppermint cottage were absolutely perfect and all of the children’s items were SO helpful! We had the best week and will absolutely try to stay here again when in the area!

This house is fantastic. Comfortable beds, extremely clean, stocked kitchen utensils, and great instructions for everything in the house. This is a very nice neighborhood and we felt extremely safe. Close to restaurants and shopping. The house exceeded our expectations.

This was a fantastic airbnb. Great location that is close to historic downtown Georgetown and was very quiet and peaceful at night. The home was comfortable and well stocked with linens and restroom supplies. It felt like a home away from home.

Quaint historic house was great for a one-night stay with a family of 7. Right in the midst of a college atmosphere, but no issues with that. We were there on a Wednesday night, so not sure if weekends are different. The space was clean, parking in the back is tight but no issue, and the house was easy to get in. Would recommend.

This is my second stay at Dianas place, working on booming my third one. Vibrant and safe neighborhood, full of various restaurants, coffee shops, bars and funky boutiques. Very walkable. The space has luxurious shower, linens and a gas stove, home away from home. Friendly, and accessible host.

The property was exactly as listed and perfect for what we needed. We felt safe with the external cameras and other safety features. The bed was super comfortable and the space was very clean and well organized. The binder provided was clear and the included "In case of Emergency" plan was an appreciated add in, that we were glad wasn't needed but comforting to have. Added bonus for the garage space provided. Couldn't ask for better. Would 100% stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Our family gets together over the Easter weekend each year and our primary entertainment is bike riding and hiking. There is a large park that is super close to this home that has both a wonderful paved bike trail and multiple hiking trails so this worked out perfectly for us. It was also easy to reach downtown Louisville for additional biking and walking trails. Communication with Ross was great!

This place was perfect for our needs. We just stayed for one night to break up a long drive, and get some sleep. The location couldn't have been better. Very close and easy to get to I75, but enough away from it to be quiet and peaceful. There were many stores and restaurants within walking distance. The beds were very comfortable! I would highly recommend this place, and would not hesitate to stay again.

We had a wonderful time at Progress Park. A lot of thought and planning went into making this place perfect for family gatherings. So much to do and our grandchildren and family were always entertained with something to do. We did it all: Fishing was a hit since we never fish/CampFire and some-mores/ Corn hole/Pickleball/canoe…kids playground, and so much more. Made lots of wonderful lasting memories!

This is such a wonderful place to stay in Lexington! I am a repeat guest. After traveling hours to get to the city, walking into the home was just so soothing. Natalie is just wonderful as the host. She is very thoughtful, welcoming, and responsive. This home is very well appointed, and Natalie has added so many wonderful features. The location is very convenient and quiet which is great for being a tourist and resting after a full day of activities. I definitely enjoy the view of the tree and greenery in the back. It adds to the serenity of the home. The scrumptious treats from Natalie and Jason were so lovely and generous of them! I will definitely being staying here again. Staying at this Airbnb in Bardstown was an absolute dream! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable—every detail was clearly thought out with care. It’s perfectly located for exploring downtown Bardstown, bourbon distilleries, and local attractions. The host was welcoming, and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. We felt right at home and didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting the area—can’t wait to come back!
