Sleeping up to 5 adults in 3 bedrooms this cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay, underfloor heating, log burner. Patio looking over the fields and a garden shed for bike storage. Bathroom upstairs and a downstairs loo. There is a pub serving food in the village and a farm shop and cafe at Sledmere house which is a 5 min walk away.

The ground floor comprises a generous entrance hall and large open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. There is ample seating for both dining and relaxing and 3 sets of bifold doors open onto a patio and BBQ area with outdoor seating. There are unrestricted sea views and a large grassed area which is perfect for children and our furry friends to play on.

Elm Tree Cottage at Cottage Farm has been beautifully restored to a very good standard, with quality furnishings and décor which retains the traditional cottage feel. The cottage is all on the ground floor, has its own beautiful private garden and parking for 1 car. Directions it is in the village of Foxholes please turn into Cottage Farm off the main road and Elm tree cottage is in the far left hand corner of the forecourt just up the 2 large steps , you will see the cottage sign.
