STAY HERE - no regrets. The apt building was easy to find with a pull thru drive to unload luggage and a lobby for my family to wait in while I parked. Parking was affordable and close by using the app as suggested, many within a 10-minute walk. Getting the key was easy and the apartment was clean and tidy, exactly as described. The city view was stunning, you can see Lake Michigan and on a very gusty morning we could see the massive wave whitecaps from the window. Plenty of household items available from plates and cups to linens and soap. The building was well maintained, safe and the residents friendly. The amenities (pool, gym, bball court, *jacuzzi was not open yet) and the rooftop lounge and views were all great! Stephanie was attentive and touched base a few times to check in, but we didn't need anything! Location is walkable to much of the city-the Willis tower, Millenium Park and the Shedd Aquarium/Field Museum. Train is close too! Target is literally next door- so handy!

I had surgery at the hospital around the corner and stayed here for few days as I couldn’t climb the steps to my apartment post surgery, highly recommend. There are two steps down into the apartment that I was easily able to handle, the shower in the back of the house has grab bars, and overall the house was very accessible and easy to navigate with my walker. Would stay again!

Let me just say, the pictures don’t do this cute, cozy place justice! I’m big on hospitality and customer service, and Johana and Akos were beyond accommodating and communicative. I would dare to say this is the most accommodating place I’ve experienced so far! The space has such a good energy and flow to it — cozy, inviting, and with a beautiful sunset view from the kitchen window that you can enjoy right from the living room sofa. The views are stunning, and the building itself is upscale, clean, and even smells great! I enjoy playing some of the games that were pervaded( Uno and Jenga) and I appreciated that the TVs had all the apps, HBO, Disney, prime, Netflix etc. It’s in a great location, and I felt very safe throughout my stay. The only con would be some city noise, but it didn’t bother me at all. There’s a nearby train that doesn’t pass often, and again, it wasn’t an issue for me. I would definitely recommend this place!!

We had a wonderful family vacation at this charming condo. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, and we were so grateful for the waterpark passes included in the stay. The condo feels secluded, tucked away behind the main streets, yet it’s conveniently located just minutes away from all the attractions and activities we wanted to enjoy in the Dells. Would definitely recommend and hoping to come back soon to enjoy the summer festivities!

This condo was perfect for our needs! It was spacious & comfortable for 5 of us on our girls weekend away. The location is excellent for anything you want to do in the Dells area! We used the pool & hot tub which was conveniently located and added the extra relaxation we needed. We would definitely stay at this condo again!

We stayed here to be close to the hospital in Madison. It was the perfect place to rest, relax and recharge. I loved watching the people ice fishing on the river too! The pool was always a good temperature and inviting. I feel like we really lucked out!

We stayed for a week as a family of 4. It is more like a studio apartment with two queen beds but had everything we needed. We were able to accommodate every need for the whole week with where we were. Right across from the laundry area and not far from the hot tub. A walk across the street and you’re at Starbucks and the resort restaurant. Super convenient and out of the crazy town spotlight but still within a short drive. Everything was so clean. Smelled extremely clean when we got in. The host is so responsive and even asked if we needed anything while she was in town. Will definitely stay here again if we get the chance. Everything was perfect.

Clean, roomy place. Short drive to stores or walk/shuttle to resort pool/restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. The only disappointment was the golf course was closed.

Curtis' place was perfect! Being our first time in town, the place was pretty much central to anything we wanted to check out. Lots of variety of good local food nearby. Place was clean and well decorated with a chill vibe, felt right at home. Lots of of cool art, good selection of reading. Curtis was highly communicative. Would stay again!

Our host was extremely tentative and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay at the home. It was big enough to accommodate our family plus a few other visitors, plenty of beds, plenty of living space so people didn’t have to be on top of each other. Very close to downtown and the blue line which made going to the airport and downtown much more accessible. we didn’t even have to rent a car.

It was lovely but the highway is noisy outside. You look at the highway.

We loved the home, and enjoyed our peaceful time there. The patio was great!

What an amazing place! We had a friends game night here and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Bob is wonderful, easy to communicate with and he’s so lovely and kind. We easily got food delivered, came and went without issue and enjoyed all the incredible details that make the loft a cool and special location worth every penny! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thanks Bob!

It's a huge and enjoyable property! We had a great time, and our group (11 people) had plenty of room to sleep, eat, and hang out without feeling cramped. I'd recommend this place to someone hosting a large group like 10+, that wants to stay in Rockford!

Great location, clean and most important affordable.

We had such an amazing stay! My only regret was that it wasn’t long enough. The property was SO gorgeous and our host was so kind and helpful. I felt instantly welcomed and at home. Inside the home: The coziest theatre room, comfortable beds, lots of pillows, so many bathrooms, elevator, stocked with everything we needed, nice underground hallway to the pool house, beautiful pool/hot tub area Outside: So many cozy areas to sit and enjoy being outdoors, hammock, nice basketball court, walking areas, beautiful lakes, walking trails through wooded area 10/10 stay. Telling all of my friends about it and will definitely be back.
