This is the second time I have stayed at Jodi's bungalow. It's so comfortable and in such a great location! The fenced-in yard is such a great bonus since it has grass and is shaded a good portion of the day. And she has chairs and loungers in the yard, too!

The place was so nice and clean. The neighborhood was very quiet, safe and clean. It was a nice place for families … The beds are very comfortable and the house is very modern and the decor is so cute. The televisions are wonderful and the sauna is amazing. The house is very spacious . The only changes I would make are some type of patio chairs on the front porch , to set in the evenings and the couch was not very comfortable.. The hosts were very friendly, attentive and responsive. I would not hesitate to stay at any location they own . I know it would be well maintained ..

I wish we could have stayed longer!!! I knew this place was going to be a Haven from the photos… but it exceeded expectations in every way. I’m going to have to hunt down more weekends away in Spokane just to get to stay here!! Perfect couples get away. Very private and peaceful. It has all the amenities to rest and relax. I was surprised how close it was to a local grocery, downtown dining, and state park trails! You feel nicely secluded out there, but need to run for eggs and butter… it’s just down the street! Thank you Dolly!!!! So welcoming!

The place was beautiful and fit our family perfectly. Nicely furnished and the fish tank was a fun addition.

I spent a couple nights here with one of my dogs, perfect place to decompress. We loved hiking around the frozen lake. Everything was easy to find and clean.

My fiance and I stayed here for two months and had an absolute blast. Jen is so nice and gave us great recommendations for the area. We felt right at home and the house was extremely nice and updated. Just the right size for what we needed to work remotely. Movie theater upstairs was AWESOME. Didn’t think we’d use it that much but we were up there every night watching shows and films. We biked on the Route of Hiawatha, rented a boat on Coeur d’Alene lake, went and had Hudson’s hamburgers, saw the craziest fireworks show for 4th of July that we’d ever seen, drove 3 1/2 hours to Glacier National Park, hiked Tubbs Hill… the list goes on and on. One thing to mention is I wouldn’t come here with the intention of having a loud or rowdy group. The homes are close together and while we made great friends with the neighbors, most people living in this gated community are older so it wouldn’t be wise to do something like a bachelor party here, etc. Thanks again! What an amazing place to live.

A wonderful place to stay for a weekend with friends. This home is beautiful with amazing character and coziness with just a bit of fun quirkiness thrown in. I felt very comfortable with plenty of space to relax and be together or go off an be by yourself for a bit. The neighborhood is great and close to the Lake. We walked everywhere. I will definitely keep this place at the top of my list if I need a place in CDA again. David was very responsive and friendly. The cost may seem a bit high but, compared to staying in a hotel, it is a bargain with all the space, amenities and fabulous kitchen and yard.

Had a wonderful stay here! I felt very comfortable and the place was very clean and cozy. Close to the lake and so many other things to do all around. Definitely recommend!
