Overall, it was a great place to stay. The theatre room was awesome, kids loved the climbing wall and playground equipment outside, there was plenty of space for our group of 8, and the furniture was comfortable. I did wish they had a regular coffee maker available instead of just a keurig. And the kitchen could have been a little better equipped. I like to cook, and found myself looking for many basic things like a whisk or a 9x13 pan that just weren’t there to use. But that’s not a huge deal. All in all, a very nice place and nice neighborhood. It was easy to get to. I felt the price was a bit high as well, but then again, everything is expensive these days when traveling. Hosts were helpful and friendly. 😊

Loved the house and the area. Can't wait until i have a summer event to attend in Indy so I can stay again and actually do some fishing and use the lake. The hot tub is just the cherry on top. I will definitely stay again.

The home was super cute. Lots of vintage charm and character. We enjoyed the large front porch. They supplied a lot of items, that for the most part we didn’t use, but we appreciated that they offered. We enjoyed playing some of their albums. They moved the tv from the bedroom to the living room upon our request which was super nice. They responded quickly and the house was clean. I wish the water in the shower was warmer, but it was manageable. A note, if you’re a coffee drinker you’ll need to bring some. We definitely enjoyed our short stay here. Thank you to the hosts!

This home was immaculate - very clean and beautiful. We appreciated the ability to book last minute when our plans unexpectedly changed. It was close to restaurants and in a nice, quiet neighborhood - which is exactly what we were looking for. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family!

Dimitar and his wife Sylwia were wonderful hosts! Their house was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. It was perfect for my 1 month stay in Indy. They had lots of local recommendations and were so friendly and welcoming. I would absolutely recommend this house for long-term and short-term rentals.

We stayed one night driving through Indianapolis. Great fully fenced yard for the dogs was very helpful, comfortable beds, safe neighbourhood. The garage was unfortunately too small for our SUV. The door is too small to fit through with a bigger vehicle. But wasn't worried for a second about the car being parked outside. Would say here again

Home worked out ideal for us over Thanksgiving. Location was easy to access, Ben was very responsive and proactive in his communication. No issues at all during our stay. Will definitely utilize this location in the future.

Perfect location close to the Monon and City Center restaurants. Everything was clean and comfortable.

We LOVED Jill and Chris’s place. We visited with our 10 yo grandson and giant dog. Their place is very clean, well-organized (loved the coffees and teas especially) and loaded with art, games, conversation starters for the table. Best of all, their home is an urban “homestead” with free range chickens, a beehive, fruit and nut trees, raised bed gardens and native Indiana plants. Everything about their property and rental is a labor of love and it shows. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay! The place is nice, cozy, comfortable, and very clean. Molly is an amazing host—thoughtful and welcoming. I especially loved the little details in the bathroom, the great shower, and the super comfortable bed. The space is peaceful and relaxing, yet conveniently located with easy access to many places and parking in front of the house. Highly recommend!

Butler Villa is exactly what I needed. A clean, functional, temporary home that was clean, well maintained, and nothing missing. It checked all the boxes and made my relocation easy. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Had a Great stay. Was easy to get to and could walk everywhere. If you wanted to Uber it was super easy and affordable. The space was perfect size for us and our trip. The instructions for getting in were easy and clear.

I loved every bit of this stay. By far the most welcoming and made you feel like you made friendships and was visiting friends. Loved the place and enjoyed the company . The host went above and beyond. This is a stay I would suggest anyone to pick.

We were a group of 4 old friends and our younger kids. Everything about this place was perfect for our get away. There are essentially two sides of the house with 2 kitchens. So when some of the kids wanted to be wild, the others could retreat to the other side of the house for more peace and quiet. The hot tub was amazing for everyone. The swing is all it's cracked up to be - a must try. We LOVED the beds - I am very particular with beds and these were wonderful. They are not too firm, but firm enough with what felt like a bamboo foam topper - perfect. Kitchens were perfectly stocked with all the supplies we needed. This really is the best place to go if you want to unwind and relax with friends and family. Remote enough to feel like an escape, but not too far removed that it's hard to find. The only thing we regret is not staying longer! We will definitely be back. Thank you Ken!!

Very beautiful home! One of the most beautiful we ever stayed in Indiana. Interior and exterior of house were perfect. We travel a lot, almost every month and got spoiled with beautiful locations/houses/details. And this house deserved to be one of the best. We love the comfortable furniture, beds and even bed sheets. It was nice to see Christmas tree already set up during thanksgiving week! Kids and us loved it Thank you very much!

Exactly what we were looking for to celebrate our anniversary. Quiet and private, this property was well maintained and cared for. Beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of bath towels and toiletries for the entire stay. The outdoor area(s) was exactly as described in the listing. We will rent this place again! If I had any complaints, water pressure in the shower, but that was not a big enough issue to affect my stay, my desire to return, or this review! After a few negative experiences with past Airbnb stays, this has renewed my faith in utilizing this platform. Thank you for the great hospitality that was shown to us.

My family has stayed in this cabin 3 times. It’s absolutely beautiful. Everything you need is right there. 15 min to town which is perfect. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

This was the perfect location for a women’s retreat weekend. With 9 of us, we were all comfortable and had plenty of space. The lodge was beautiful and the area is so peaceful. Elaine sent very clear instructions before check in and check out, and there was no need for additional questions or communication. We will definitely keep this as a favorite!

This is a very beautiful place with plenty of privacy and beautiful surroundings. The host "Apolonia" is a very kind, responsive, and understanding host. Unfortunately there was some storm damage from the storms that came through in the days prior to our stay that the host was unaware of. However, when I contacted Apilonia in regards to these issues she was extremely responsive and apologetic. She was very understanding when I vacated my reservation early due to said storm damage and very helpful when it came to me getting a refund for the days I was unable to stay. I hope someday to revisit and get the full enjoyment this place has to offer. This is definitely a place I would recommend to anyone wanting a getaway from the everyday life. It offers beautiful scenery, the cabin itself is absolutely gorgeous and the host is exceptional.
