Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con alberca en Forte dei Marmi

Un grand merci à Ernesto pour son accueil chaleureux ! Nous avons eu un petit couac de GPS à notre arrivée et avons dû effectuer un petit retour en arrière, mais Ernesto était là pour nous accueillir et nous faire découvrir le logement. Dès qu'on passe la porte d'entrée, on sent que l'hôte que tout a été pensé avec beaucoup de soin. Un joli petit cocon pour terminer nos vacances en dehors (mais pas trop) de la ville. Très facile d'accès avec notre voiture pour visiter Lucca, Pise, etc. Le logement était également très propre et tout était prêt pour nous accueillir dans les meilleures conditions. Une belle découverte !

Siamo stati nell’appartamento per una breve vacanza. Gino e Calogera ci hanno assistito come ci si aspetta da dei host preparati e premurosi. Si è respirato tutto il soggiorno un’aria di famiglia. Consiglio vivamente a chiunque di soggiornare in questa Casa, spazi ampi e non manca nulla. La posizione è strategica per chi gli piace visitare i splendidi luoghi toscani.

A great place for those who seek greenery, peace and quiet. Beautiful garden with many different places to sit a d a good sized swimming pool. At night you hear only birds, insects and wild pigs which ve ture looking for food. So not for faint hearted :) Apartment has everything that is needed and the bed is very comfy. Hosts are very nice and helpful. A great place in the countryside, recommended!

We have fallen in love with Tuscany, thanks to Klaus's place and Francesco, the friend of his down the road who looks after guests and house. Everybody so kind, beautiful countryside, delicious food, and stunning Lucca not far. We were 4 couples, 3 stayed at Klaus's place the other two at Francesco's Antica Pergola, 200m away. This was ideal. We spent a lot of time in the large house with the big kitchen, garden and pool, or left together to explore Tuscany. What a lovely time we had!

Monica was very nice and communication was easy. We had a good time. She even left the pool open for us. Unfortunately it was too cold and rainy that week but we still enjoyed the stay.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Traumhaus! Herrliche Aussicht, wunderschöne Einrichtung und gute Ausstattung, viel Platz drinnen und draußen, herrlicher Garten, toller Pool, freundliche (wenige) Nachbar*innen. Rundum wunderschön! Erholung und Ruhe für die Erwachsenen und Spielmöglichkeiten am Pool für die Kinder. Das Dörfchen ist bezaubernd. Der Weg zum Einkaufen und nach Lucca ist absolut machbar, wenn man sich an die Serpentinen gewöhnt hat. Und schön ist der Weg auf jeden Fall! Die Abgelegenheit macht die Besonderheit & Schönheit des Ortes aus. Lucca ist eine wunderschöne Stadt! Vittoria ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Alles ging einfach und der Kontakt war zu jeder Zeit sehr angenehm. Wir sind begeistert und wollen gerne wiederkommen!

Siamo stati solo 3 giorni e purtroppo abbiamo incontrato cattivo tempo, ma questo non ci ha impedito di sfruttare l'immenso giardino che con due bambini piccoli è stata la salvezza🙂 La casa offre molti spazi (eravamo due famiglie) lasciando modo di avere la giusta tranquillità e privacy all'occorrenza. Alessandro è stato molto disponibile e gentile e la sua mamma, che abbiamo conosciuto prima di andarcene, è una signora molto simpatica e affabile.

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Cristinas Haus in Fabbiano verbracht und dort unsere Auszeit vom Alltag sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön in den kleinen, ruhigen, sehr romantischen Ort eingebunden. Man geniest vom Garten aus einen wunderbaren Blick in das Tal und die Berge und kann vom Haus aus auch gleich eine schöne Wanderung aus unternehmen. Cristinas Empfang war sehr herzlich und gab uns das Gefühl, uns in ihrem Haus wirklich willkommen zu fühlen. Wir konnten sie jederzeit fragen, wenn wir Rat benötigten. Der Garten ist traumhaft. Leider war es für den Pool schon zu kalt. Dafür haben wir den Kamin sehr genossen. Trotz des durchwachsenen Wetters haben wir viel unternommen denn das Haus liegt zentral zwischen Meer, den Bergen und einiger sehr schöner Städte (z.B. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Da der Garten komplett eingezäunt ist, konnte sich auch unser Hund die ganze Zeit frei bewegen. Für kleine Familien, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit lieben, ist das Haus ideal

Le cadre était très chouette. Nous avons passé une agréable semaine en famille. L'environnement est calme et agréable. Le logement est idéalement situé : proche des commodités et des visites notamment Lerici, La Spezia,Sarzana,Bocca di Magiore,Arcola. Bref un bel emplacement et un cadre agréable. Nous garderons un très beau souvenir des Cinque Terre

Fijne plek als uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen. Mooie heuvel achtige omgeving. Dorpje Pietresantra verrassend leuk! Bedden een beetje zachter dan wij zelf fijn vinden en de aanrijd route met een lage auto was uitdagend, maar verder een fijn appartement!! Fijne communicatie met Fulvia.

Nicola hat uns flexibel empfangen, wir waren etwas zu früh. Das war kein Problem. Er hat uns alles erklärt und gezeigt. Das Apartment war perfekt eingerichtet, sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Mit unseren zwei Kindern war Nicola auch sehr zuvorkommend. Wir haben nach einem Klapphocker gefragt damit die zwei flexibel an den Waschtisch gelangen können. Diesen haben wir sofort bekommen. Auch sonst hat Nicola sich stets erkundigt wie es uns geht und uns Umgebungstipps gegeben. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Die Gegend als solche ist auch sehr schön und Pisa, Florenz, Lucca etc. sind einfach zu erreichen.

Visiting this gorgeous seaside town in the off-season on the beautiful Italian coast was one of the best decisions we made on this trip! The penthouse of this historic hotel (just steps from the ocean) had the most spectacular views… not to mention they were from a warm and bubbling hot tub. The place had charm and personality — not to mention a sleeping situation that found us cozily slumbering for 12 hours each night. Everything was absolutely perfect. Our host, Martin, personally greeted us to let us in and made sure we had everything we needed. The town itself has very easy to access train transportation, which took us to a beautiful afternoon in Cinque Terre. The only thing we might have added to this stay was an extra night. Thank you, Martin. Your stay may be tough to beat! Hope to see you again!

Avons passé 4 nuits dans le logement, très propre, literie confortable, climatisé, serviettes de bain et de piscine, parking. Superbe vue, piscine exceptionnelle ! Giovanna (qui parle français) et le personnel sont très accueillants et agréables. Nous avons visité Lucques, Pise, Florence et Sienne et profité de la piscine en début ou fin de journée ! Nous y retournerions sans hésitation !

Un grand merci à Miriam et Andréa ! ils sont formidables ! Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans leur nid douillet ! Tellement envie de revenir ☺️

Ivana est la meilleure hôte que nous ayons rencontré. une très belle rencontre. Elle et sa famille sont tellement accueillants, disponibles, à l'écoute, plein de bons conseils et Allan cuisine très bien ! l'appartement est parfait. endroit paisible proche de beaux sites à visiter. Ivana sait bien conseiller. il est très rare de trouver une hôte qui parle 3 langues comme elle. Je ne sais pas encore à quel moment mais nous reviendrons probablement un jour.

A comfortable air conditioned flat with well equipped kitchen, little balconies. It is better than the pictures! We were 4 adults and there were 3 different areas to sleep which worked perfectly for us. Just 1 bathroom is a bit tight. The swimming pool is great! Sightseeing in Tuscany worked very well. Having a car is a must for this property if you want to explore. If I can suggest summer blankets would be a very useful addition. Rest was great. Giorgio was super helpful with suggestions on restaurants and beaches.

Wir hatten wirklich einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeberin hat uns unglaublich herzlich empfangen und uns gleich einen ganzen Plan aufgezeichnet, für Unternehmungen und Geheimtipps. Die Küche ist wirklich TOP ausgestattet. Einziges kleines Manko, die Matratzen sind leider sehr durchgelegen und man sollte viel lüften, da es im unteren Zimmer durch die Dusche sehr feucht ist. Dennoch ist diese Unterkunft SEHR zu empfehlen !! Es war toll

La casa è immersa nel verde, riparata ed è fornita di tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno confortevole all' insegna del relax. Ambienti puliti, luminosi e funzionali; esterni ben forniti e curati. L'host gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Un luogo in cui ci piacerebbe ritornare.

Ein Paradies! Schwierige Zufahrt, die belohnt wird. Eine traumhafte Villa mit spektakulären Blick auf die Hügel der Toskana. Toll restauriert mit modernen und klassischen Anteilen, dazu noch eine absolute Ruhe, rundherum wunderschöne Natur. Ein Highlight: Der großzügige Indoor-Jacuzzi, wir haben eine wunderbare Woche gehabt, danke!!

Wonderful place up in the hills. Beautiful scenery, tastefully designed houses and great with access to the pool. The host was very attentive to our needs and communication was easy. We are so satisfied with our week in Lucca and would love to come again.

Siamo venuti con un gruppo di amici per il weekend: la casa e il giardino sono molto belli, vista stupenda, immersi nel verde. Siamo stati molto bene, l’host è stato gentile e disponibile! Torneremo volentieri in Garfagnana

Wir waren zu acht in dem Haus, alles war ordentlich, gut organisiert und sauber. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und haben uns einmal sogar mit dem Auto gefahren, um eine Freundin abzuholen. Man sollte ein Auto haben, kann aber tolle Tagesausflüge von Massarosa aus machen! Insgesamt sehr schön, vor allem das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis super!!

Dobre miejsce do spokojnego odpoczynku. Daleko od turystycznego ruchu. Tylko miejscowi mieszkańcy, lokalne knajpy w sąsiednich wioskach. Minus albo plus daleko do głównych dróg, dużo serpentyn. Na pewno trzeba zrobić zaopatrzenie najbliższy sklep ok 15 min samochodem. Basen super - czysty zadbany, obejście również, polecam to miejsce.
