Had a great time at the property. We were served really yummy breakfast. The property was clean and serene. Totally positive vibes. Must stay if you visit Kochi.

This is such a gem of a house. Located within the heart of the city and yet just away enough that you will never be bothered by traffic and pollution, this house offers the best of both worlds in many regards. The house is sprawling with 2 floors and huge bedrooms. In addition to all the amenities mentioned, the host makes the extra effort for the guest - cookies and sweets for the guest, detailed instructions and numbers of nearby hospitals and stations in case of an emergency, clean linen and towels, coffee and milk powder - the attention taken to make sure the guest has a comfortable stay is laudable. The fact that we could park 4 cars inside this space in the heart of Ernakulam is simply amazing and the best way to explain how much space. Will definitely be back here again.

We had the pleasure of staying with Deepu and his family whilst on our visit to kerala. From the minute we arrived Deepu and Christine made us feel so welcome and helped us so much . "The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. "Communication was seamless with the family . They invited us to meet friends and even go away to visit them on a trip we never would have experienced. I cannot put into words how special Deepu and Christine made our visit , Breakfast was absolutely beautiful and traditional I will certainly return. Thank you Deepu to you and your family and friends. I feel we arrived as guests but left as good friends . Highly recommend a visit to stay . It was a great experience staying in Jo &Sams villa it was very silent place and it is very ecofriendly place by nature it is great place to have a small family gathering and. Reunion we loved it and the rooms were very neat and clean. Thanks for the stay Danny John

Amazing experience

A great host. We expected a private and calm weekend with my family and we got it. Our trip coincided with heavy rains and due to strong winds causing power shutdown for nearly 24 hrs for the entire locality. They had a battery backup which helped us for the night and for the next day they had a generator. Breakfast is complimentary and they cooked delicious South Indian breakfast with some continental options. When we asked for some extra items for breakfast, the staff even drove to a restaurant to pick what we asked for. I'll pick them up again for my next trip without hesitation. Really friendly and caring.

A perfect weekend private getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. A sweet little space nestled amidst luscious greenery. Gopan was a perfect host, and always ready to help! Highly recommended.

Maya was the best host we had during our trip across all the stays. She made our check-in process incredibly smooth. The house was simple, beautiful, and impeccably clean—honestly, it looked even better in person. She went out of her way to guide us on where to go and how to travel around Kochi. The best part? They welcomed us with kindness and even shared helpful recommendations for our trip, which made exploring the area much easier and more enjoyable. Although this property is out of town, but no worries Uber is available for transportation convenience. If you're looking for a quiet and beautiful place to unwind, this homestay is an excellent choice. Would definitely love to visit again.

Aunty Mary is a gem of a host and a wonderful person. Her home is full of family memories and you feel like you are family during your stay. she is a proactive caring host for whom nothing is too much. The home is large. You have access to the whole upstairs including large kitchen with good equipment provided. Aircon worked well in the bedroom. Restaurants, Malls, Metro Train Station, Fabric Shops, and Taxis are all available right on the doorstep. It serves as a great base to travel Kochi. We have already started to plan a return. Jacob was always reachable, responded very friendly and polite and took care we had everything needed. Hence, a great host. The apartment is very impressive and taken care of with a great view. Every room has its balcony to enjoy it. The location at the waterfront is very nice of course. One gets around easiest with cars, auto rikshaw.

We came to Kochi for treatment and stayed here for a month. The apartment is well furnished with good facilities. The extended spacious balcony provides a great view of the surrounding city. Well-maintained kitchen and bathrooms, comfortably designed bedrooms made our family's stay quite comfortable. The apartment complex has friendly security, staff and other facilities like swimming pool, Jacuzzi, okay area and games. Our kid had a good time here and that was important for us ☺️. The place is easily connected and close to main points in Kochi - Lulu, Oberon, Metro, Amrita, Aster, etc. and good online delivery serviceability. We had a great stay at Khadija's duplex! The space was exactly as shown in the pictures - beautifully designed, cozy, and very spacious. The interiors really made it feel like a home away from home. Khadija was a responsive and helpful host throughout our stay, and the caretaker was available whenever we had any questions or needed assistance. Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable experience. Would definitely recommend to others!

My family and i had a wonderful stay at this place recently. The place looks exactly like its pictures and is located in a peaceful location. The host is responsive as well so I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cool spot in kochi to hangout with your family or friends

Friendly host who ensured check in easy . Apartment as described. Need to hire an uber to step out and explore kochi but bother uber , Swiggy all are being serviced at this area . Therefore no hassle

Madhu is the perfect host and even treated me to two wonderful meals in the short time that I was there. His place was really "Home away from home". His place is super clean,tidy , well furnished, ,killer view, we'll situated....... and having work to complete, I was overjoyed that the room had a work-table , a electrical plubgboard and an office chair. He even offered a large screen , external monitor, since my laptop screen is damaged. Madhu is warm, friendly, considerate and ultra responsive to one's needs . I wish I had about a week more to stay there. If that beautiful, quiet area is where you wanna stay, Madhu's place is 100%, "best pick". I will always check there for availability when in town.
