Awesome place! Great location! Most well thought out Air BNB that I’ve been too! Great layout, kitchen well supplied. Super atmosphere!

My wife & I really enjoyed our 3 nights at the Carriage house. Everything was top notch. Updated Kitchen and kitchen appliances. Updated shower including good water pressure. Even the stair way and the lockbox were updated. Coffee beans ready to be ground and brewed. The location was perfect - walking distance to both Old Town and CSU. The is separate from the main house - located atop a garage. Super quiet during the day and evening. Parking spot right outside the gate at the base of the stairs was super convenient. At 6 foot 4, I only bumped my head twice on a few of the angled ceilings. But all good and I would definitely stay here again!

This was a fantastic property with a great location right by the mountains. Nice access to Longmont and Boulder. Really super clean, the most comfortable beds EVER encountered on the road, and the AC is fantastic during summer heat waves. Pool and diving board were great! Really enjoyed our stay. The Ranch Retreat is a delightful place to stay when traveling in northern Colorado! The Ranch is surrounded by peaceful views of the Rocky Mountains and stargazing in the evenings. It is a short drive to wonderful stores and coffee shops in downtown Windsor. Deena is an excellent host and created an incredible Airbnb experience. We plan to return to the Ranch Retreat for future visits to the area!

I loved the cottage. I did have a hard time getting in and this was super frustrating after a long day. The cottage has a Yale lock so it is easy for the host to send a unique code; however, the process she set up required that I download an app and it wouldnt download on my phone. Thankfully her painter was there and let me in. Beyond this frustrating part of my trip, the cottage was fabulous - the bed was amazing!

We had a really good stay at Jason's. The place was clean and as described with many amenities. Jason is a very communicative host. Home and neighborhood is quiet except of course for the occasional close by train. We walked to Georgia Boys down on 3rd Ave and Main Street for various restaurants and coffee shops. A fun stay.

Very comfortable and cozy studio, well located. And the hosts were very attentive and friendly. I would definitely use their services again.

Great spot in Longmont. Everything inside felt high end and thoughtfully done. Having a private deck and yard was amazing for morning coffee. Very private.

Check-in was easy and flexible. The house is in a very nice area, walking distance to old town and close to CSU's campus. Michelle was extremely nice and attentive throughout our stay. Any questions or concerns we had received a quick response. The unit itself was clean and well-maintained. Despite the cool fall weather during our stay, the unit kept a comfortable temperature and the air/heating worked well. Would definitely stay again when I am back in the area.

Loved the rustic decor and the private entrance. So far my favorite place to book in Ft. Collins.

Oh my gosh! What to say?? We absolutely adored Jennifer's place. Seriously one of the cutest little BnBs we've stayed at. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious even though it's essentially a studio apartment. The bed! We were contemplating how to pack it up and take it with us! Hah! But seriously, it was an adorable space, within easy walking dinner to some cute shops and great eateries. My husband and I stayed there while visiting for a friends wedding and it was just perfect. Our hosts were super responsive and the space easy to get to/find. They even had recreational things in their shed for you to use! Seriously, very welcoming and gracious hosts! They also had a late check out automatically and honestly, that was a huge blessing after an exhausting weekend of wedding festivities. What a great surprise to not have to rush out! We truly loved it so much and added it to our list of places to come back to!!!

We fully enjoyed our weekend stay over the Easter weekend while visiting our daughter at CSU. The space is clean, comfortable and well-appointed for every need. We loved the close proximity to the school and downtown yet still feeling private in a lovely surrounding. We would highly recommend and would love to return! Thanks Jenny!

Abby and Kyle were responsive and friendly. Thanks for a great stay. We rented during graduation weekend, so all hotel and AirBnB rentals were more expensive than typical.

Great host! great setup and accommodating for dogs, very responsive and helpful with issues that arose during our trip that were completely unrelated to our stay at the Funk Casita

The Carriage Haus was such a cozy and comfortable experience. I stayed for 2 months while I was working on assignment out of state and I felt very much at home. Stephanie was very kind and easy to reach if I need anything at all but everything I needed was easily available to me already in the apartment. The neighborhood is beautiful and very peaceful. There are some restaurants, coffee houses, bakeries within walking distance and plenty more around with a short drive. Stephanie also prepared a binder with recommendations, instructions, and general information for the stay which was very helpful. I had an amazing time and would be more than happy to stay again in the future :)

Very clean, comfortable and easy to check into. Location is very close to our family so was very convenient for us. We will definitely look to book again when we're back in town.

Our stay at the Little Luck Farmette over the weekend was great. The place was clean and cozy. It wasn’t too far from Boulder and other local sites and activities which was a bonus for us. Our overall stay was amazing and we would definitely return in the future.

The room was great for the price. It felt like I was staying in a very nice apartment. There is central cooling and heating. The kitchen and bathroom were very nice. This complex is in a nice location. There is a bagel shop known as Big Daddy's bagels that is about a 5 minute walk. Their breakfast burrito is awesome. The location is a 5 minute drive to Costco. It was a very nice place to stay.

Can’t say enough about how well this little house was set up — beautifully decorated yet comfortable with all the amenities you need. The hosts thought of everything a guest might need or forget to pack. They are thoughtful communicators and very welcoming. Loved the sweet and neat yard. Location for us as CSU parents was awesome — we could walk to campus or to downtown. If I could give them 10 starts I would!!
