My family had a great stay at the Secret Garden. Kathleen was communicative from before the trip began and easily accommodated a late check-in. The house was charming with visual interest everywhere. Our kids really loved the fun paintings and decor. The kitchen was suitable for making a few meals and reheating food. The only quirk with the house is that you have to go through one bedroom and the bathroom in order to get to the second bedroom. (Not a problem for us.) The hot tub was a real highlight. It was spacious, clean, and it afforded us the rare opportunity to stare up at the stars through the redwoods while soaking in hot water. What's not to like? The house itself is situated about five minutes outside of Fort Bragg off a country road. The combination of seclusion and proximity to town, beaches, and sand dunes was incredible. We would stay at the Secret Garden again.

I enjoyed my stay in this cute cottage in the woods. Daphne was a super responsive host. I felt right at home.

This cabin was perfect for our family of four - and we’ll definitely bring our dog along next time! The bunk beds in the wall were a definite highlight for our boys. Internet speed was great. Access to Sea Ranch’s amenities, like the pool and close-to-beach parking, were awesome. We will definitely be back!

Exceeded my expectations...perfect cozy private getaway...was visited by tuxedo kitty..loved the animals...will visit again soon.

The house was perfect getaway for a relaxing spring break with my two tween kids and dog. It's definitely a place you want to cozy up in and read a book when it rains. It was decorated beautifully. The master bedroom was great, best night sleep and the little hidden loft was great for my kids. Did not miss having a TV, loved the record player and it offered us time to disconnect and play a lot of board games. However, wifi was strong when the kids did want to play/watch things on their tablets. Scenery around the house is stunning and it's close by the Sea Ranch Lodge if we wanted to go out for breakfast or dinner. Not too far from Stewarts Point General Store as well which was a cute spot. My kids loved the place so much they asked if we could move there!

This 4 bed downstairs unit was great for our crew of 4 guys on an XC motorcycle trip. The cedar hot tub was an epic bonus.

This was our third time at Renee and David’s. It’s become an annual visit we so appreciate and look forward to. Their space is incredibly peaceful and well thought out. Each time they have added a new upgrade that makes the space feel even more like home. We can’t wait to visit again!

Peter’s place is brimming with authenticity. The pictures don’t do it justice — it’s cozy, warm, and full of heart. You can truly feel the love that built this home. The large window looks out onto a beautiful native landscape filled with tanoaks and blooming rhododendrons. We walked his property and even found two types of native orchids! Peter kindly started a fire for us without us even asking and made us feel incredibly welcome. The kitchen had everything you could need, all natural — no Teflon in sight. A huge bonus: no stinky plug-ins or heavily-scented linens. Everything felt fresh and clean. We can’t recommend it enough!

Zendo was a dream. Cabin/glamping at its best. Large house and I woke up in the midst of the forest with lushes greenery. Also that bed was so comfortable!!!!! WiFi worked well, the host had the sweetest gift basket for us when we arrived. It truly was a house of Zen. We drank coffee, made smores by the fireplace (they include the wood and all), read, relaxed and admired all the windows 🪟 and the greenery. Amazing this was real life and not a green screen. The hospitality, the host helped us with parking and we arrived late in the rain. Thank you ZENDO for an incredible weekend!

What a lovely little cabin! It's just the way it looks in the pictures - cozy, with beautiful views from every window. It's just a few minutes from town but feels completely private and peaceful, and everything was very clean and well-explained. Laurie was a great communicator and everything went really smoothly.

Probably the most well stocked kitchen I have ever experienced at an Airbnb. This place truly has everything you need to be a home away from home and more. My kids loved the sea ranch kids park near shell beach. The hosts we're extremely kind and responsive, even on Christmas day for our arrival. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Andiron was unbelievably magical! My only wish is that we had discovered this gem sooner. Madeline was such a warm and welcoming host, and the place was not only impeccably maintained but also absolutely adorable. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Madeline!

We had a nice stay and Matt was great during our power outage. Probably best as a summer destination but we liked the rain.

The cabin was so lovely and cozy! The wood stove/fireplace was truly amazing, the cabin was so warm and toasty throughout the night. Laurie, Greg and Skip are all so great and accommodating. The bathrooms were always so clean, with hot water showers. The location is amazing, everything is close by: gorgeous hikes at Hendy Woods State Park, and near some amazing wineries for wine tasting. We absolutely loved our time here!

Cute and comfortable cabin. Can get cold at night, that's normal. Bathrooms were clean and showers were nice. We really enjoyed spending time down by the river. My two-year-old had a lot of fun.

Lovely little cabin in the woods that was the perfect landing pad for my friend and I while we explored Mendocino and Fort Bragg. Especially enjoyed the sun coming through the trees in the morning and the cozy fireplace!

Tenaya's cottage was the perfect getaway for a long weekend. The cabin itself is cozy, warm, has a well stocked kitchen, WIFI, clean bathroom, and is decorated nicely with books, and artwork. The gardens are tranquil and beautiful. The dunes are only a walk down the street and are quite an experience to hike around. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful as well. Tenaya was very welcoming, informative, and made us feel comfortable. Would love to stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a getaway in the Fort Bragg area.

We secretly want no one to know about this. The location is sick! Wild and exquisite! Grounds planted & tended accenting what nature chose. A daydream to paint, write, roam, breathe. Our little red cottage had artistic simple charm - vibe is reclaimed romantic eclectic finesse (clawfoot tub w silver candleholder & candle!). Shower was great. The kitchen has all to cook a storm (we did - w/sunset out the window). The insane view IS yr front yard: chairs face across vast garden property to a heath coated in wildflowers to bluffs high over the ocean w/waving paths…a bench to take in what the sea is doing, birdlife (def ideal for whales) & just feel amazing. A short walk over to the lighthouse - picturesque in the day, a beacon at night. And stars! From the super cozy n comfy bed, we cuuld hear waves hit the cliffs & echo in this exhilarating way. It was so too short and we didn't want to leave, but lucky to have found this place & hope to get back soon as we can! Please don’t tell.

Great location. Short walk to beach. Close to Fort Bragg & Mendocino. Rustic, yet very cozy home. Our family of 5 enjoyed our 4 nights there over Labor Day weekend. We even got to enjoy the annual Paul Bunyan festivities in Fort Bragg. Location made it easy to go back & forth from downtown easily when we wanted to take a break or if needed to get something from the house. Would definitely consider returning if staying in FB.
