Brand new home in a very safe neighborhood.

Property was a bit challenging to find using GPS. Felt VERY SAFE was Garage accessible and the Alarm!!! Was at least 30mins from places we wanted to visit!!! Beds are very comfortable. entire home spotless!! Would definitely recommend a tv in all bedrooms and full size living room furniture couch is very small! Overall we will book again!

Absolutely loved this property and beautiful home! Enjoyed the hot tub and the games. The fire pit was amazing.

We loved our stay at Raphael's home. The house is gorgeous. The neighborhood is beautiful. The location was great also. But the thing that made our stay was the pool. We spent many hours enjoying the pool and the patio area. It made our get away super relaxing. Raphael was a great host. He was very proactive in communicating with us and checking that everything was in order. As for the house itself, it was very clean and roomy. The beds were comfortable. The theater room was fun for watching movies. I would highly recommend staying here. You won't be sorry.

Kevin's place was amazing! There were five of us girls that flew in from all different states to enjoy the rodeo at NRG Stadium. We left snow and cold! This house was so perfect for our stay with all the amenities and location! Safe, cute, quiet neighborhood and the pool and privacy was fabulous! If we come back or when we come back, we will book here again! Thank you!

It really felt like I was in Nintendo world! I picked it for my child and the basketball game was a favorite! For my first experience this home was spacious and accommodating! Parking was great!

Perfect little place to stay! Loved being near all the restaurants & shopping stores. Parking garage is very close and super easy to get into the building. Had no worry about my car! The place was very neat! Would come again!

This place was the ULTIMATE home away from home. All I needed was my massage chair. The ambience was phenomenal. Beverly, was so attentive to my needs and was available for any questions. She was also very patient with me to assure I got to the place safe and without any hassles. I would definitely stay again. The place was just as she described it.

I had a really pleasant stay at Phoenician Gardens! Paul is a nice host and was always responsive. The adjacency of the place to a River Oaks neighborhood is really quite nice. I have a handful of critiques (1) there is a usable washer/dryer but they are separated and cost $ to use which I don't think that is specifically spelled out in the description (2) the A/C system is not up to the task of dealing with the Texas heat to the point where the living room became uninhabitable, I had to remain in the bedroom most of the time (3) the mat in the kitchen needs to be replaced, it is quite dirty (4) the internet was a bit slow. Because of (2) I do feel like the monthly price was a bit much. I wasn't able to reside comfortability during peak summer hours unless I wanted to stay in my bedroom the whole time. Overall though it was a good stay.

I really enjoyed staying at at Johnny’s place, he’s soo nice respectful, and very easy to communicate with. At the beginning I thought the neighborhood could’ve been noisy, overall I was very wrong; I never encountered any problems, very quiet, and very convenient for me who don’t like to drive too far. If I ever travel to Houston again, definitely I will get back to my same home .

I was so happy to find this place as I needed to be close to family without having to drive so far. The apartment was in a great location, very easy to find. Private secure parking close to the apartment. I had family with me and we needed extra parking. The host kindly went out of their way to do a pass for parking, and communicated everyday to update the pass. The apartment was comfortable/ cozy and had everything I could possibly need in the kitchen/bathroom/laundry room, also there was a great view of the pool. I did not get a chance to try out the pool but it looked wonderful. I am hoping to stay here on my next visit to Houston.

The space was beautiful. From the layout, to the decorations. I really appreciated having a space that felt like home, had all the needed amenities, and was safe. Definitely plan on staying here again if in Houston!

Enjoyed my stay at the Good vibes only condo. Our stay was comfortable and the host was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. The location has lots of shopping and restaurants around it so that’s a plus. Some parts of the outside aren’t aesthetically pleasing but the inside of the condo makes up for it! Beds slept comfortably, hot water was maintained and overall a really great stay!

This Airbnb was exactly what I needed. I stayed here with my friend for a month while I searched for a place to rent. The host, Mark, welcomed us to a clean, spacious, quiet apartment in a beautiful neighborhood. He was very attentive, respectful, professional and made us feel like home. Also, he was very understanding about my friend’s Chihuahua staying with us! We didn’t have any inconvenience of any kind (which usually happens on long-term stays). The instructions were very clear and easy to follow since the beginning. Check-in and out was super convenient and extra points for the keyless door! Mark and the complex neighbors are super chill and will make you feel safe. Glad I chose this location.

Everything was great , the only issue was the crew cutting grass blew tons of grass through the door I had to go outside and tell them to stop , other then that the host was extremely helpful especially with the issue I had with the lock first getting in ..

I had an incredible experience staying at Katie’s place! The home was spotless, stylish, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Katie was friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great visit. Greg's place was perfect for a weekend family getaway! My boyfriend and myself were visiting family in Houston for the first time, and this place was perfect for accommodating us with two dogs (a Doberman mix and chihuahua). The location was near great local restaurants, cafes, and boba shops. The place was clean with fresh bedding and towels. Kitchen stocked with cups, dishes and cutlery! Spacious fridge with a freezer. All that we needed. I must also mention there was a reserved parking spot for our stay, so we never worried about walking too far to the condo or parking outside of the complex. That was so nice! And considering the affordable price we paid for 3 days as dental students, with all that is included? This airbnb is THE place to stay. Greg, you go above and beyond for your guests. With your attentive responses to messages when we need you for help or anything for that matter--you are amazing. We will definitely be staying here again.
