Great location! 5 minutes from RJ Reynolds Auditorium. In the middle of everything, but very peaceful. Comfortable bed and free of clutter! Host is very responsive & helpful! We will 100% rent again next year m!

We felt right at home. Beautiful space that even seemed a little bigger than the photos. Was great to be near walking/biking paths. Kathleen is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend and hope to return.

Great space and location! It was great having two full bathrooms and the updated kitchen was a bonus for cooking/prepping meals. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay would 100% stay again

I've now stayed here twice (two years ago in 2023, and again now) when I'm in town for a business trip. For the most part, this place is really great. Great location, fairly solid place, most supplies you would need provided. Two minor disappointments: No tools provided to handwash any dishes that can't go in the dishwasher, and both times I've stayed here, there have been fairly large dust balls.

We loved the apartment—right in the heart of downtown and walking distance to everything. The host (Jeff) was very responsive and accommodated our requests to check in a little early and check out a little late. We would definitely stay here again!

Danielle was extremely responsive and gracious in her hospitality. She makes available to her guests her entire, very cool and elegant loft, while the bedroom given to the guests is so very comfortable and accommodating. The bed alone is worth the visit--four poster, with black-out shades atmospheric fireplace. She operates truly on the trust system, and offers abundant drinks and snacks to her guests, and only suggests a donation in exchange for her extreme generosity. She was continually available by text for any questions or direction. For guests who have time to explore historic Downtown Greensboro, I highly recommend the location. A visit to the International Civil Rights Museum is a must!

Exactly as described and the perfect place to stay with a short drive to the High Point Furniture Market. Karim added lots of extra little touches to make our stay comfortable. Thank you, Karim!

Beautiful, roomy with great amenities. Two full baths is so convenient, even for 2 people! Also loved having a washer and dryer in unit. Comfortable, quality mattresses, too. The master bedroom does experience road noise, but unless you are used to silent sleeping conditions, you should be fine. The second bedroom is quieter. For nature lovers, there are walking trails around Lake Brandt just a couple of minutes down the street. We saw and heard great blue herons, egrets, deer, and numerous native birds. I don't think you could go wrong staying here. We had a car but I believe there is even bus service right at the property.

Had a lovely stay at the aptly named Tranquil Haven. The apartment is cozy and charming. A few quirks of an old house, but everything else feels newish and comfy. The neighborhood is cute and having Double Oaks/Borough Coffee around the corner was an unexpected highlight. Tina is great and was very accommodating for a few of my requests

absolutely love your homes

Our family of four really enjoyed staying in this very cute apartment. Close to lovely Irving Park and walkable to the Sage Mule (great breakfast and lunch place) and Deep Roots (organic grocery store/deli). Also very close to Mose Cone Hospital if you are in town to visit anyone there.

Overall, I had a great stay. The space was sunny, clean, and comfortable. I felt right at home. Victoria was very responsive and helpful. There were thoughtful complementary gifts included such as candy and beverages. My only complaint is that the walls are VERY thin. This often disturbed my sleep scheduled because the neighbors were typically up early around 8a and my work requires me to go to bed late...so it was hard to sleep in. Other than that, I had everything I needed and enjoyed my stay.

Great price and a great price

Very quiet and cozy. It was very close and convenient to the activities my friend and I had planned for the weekend. I forgot to pack my travel fan for sleeping but we found a fan in each closet which was a life saver! This place was a perfect find.

Don was an amazing host. He was very responsive, even at 11pm at night and offered to hop on over to help with an issue I had. His place was very clean, and location was just a short drive away from so many restaurants and things to do.

We were in town for a soccer tournament and this was a great location and value. Enough space to spread out, cook meals, and get a good rest.
