We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. There is also covered parking available for the guests. Caesars Head and Table Rock are only 20 min away. A lovely golf course is located right around the corner, 4 min. away. Local residents within one hours drive from the property will not be considered.

Looking for a new adventure? Come stay on our working farm. Learn about dairy sheep, raising chickens and gardening, or just relax and listen to the water rushing on the creek trail. The apartment is located in the front of the property. This property overlooks a small pasture and surrounded by woods with several small creeks and trails. More pasture is in the rear of property. Large porch off the apartment for sitting and bird watching.

We have electricity, good well water, laundry, and WIFI! Escape from the storm with everyday luxuries, and a gorgeous view. Check out nearby area's open for business, including Black Mountain, Marion, Blowing Rock, Nantahala, and our sweet local Brewery Hillmann!!! Limit one load of laundry per night. FYI, you share the yard with our other guests and our 3 sweet dogs.
