Der Kontakt mit Sarah war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr schöne und zentrale Lage, wodurch alle attraktiven Orte der Altstadt fußläufig gut erreichbar sind. Sarah war sowohl beim Check-in als auch beim Check-out sehr flexibel. Sie hat uns sogar die Möglichkeit gegeben später abzureisen, als ursprünglich geplant. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür 😊

We stayed here for five days and had a superb time. The apartment is in a great location, very close to the beach and lots of restaurants. It had very good air conditioning and good self catering facilities as well. We would definitely return!

Massimo ist ein toller Gastgeber, war immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Als es ein Problem mit dem Wasser gab, war es 15 Minuten später gelöst - an einem Sonntagmorgen um 7! Die Unterkunft ist vor allem aufgrund der Lage toll - man kann morgens über dem Meer den Sonnenaufgang sehen und dann den ganzen Tag zwischen Terrasse und Strand pendeln. In der Umgebung gibt es so viel zu entdecken (Noto, Siracusa, Modica…), dass einem auch an Tagen ohne Strandwetter nicht langweilig wird. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

We hebben echt een super fijne ervaring gehad hier! Op airbnb raden ze aan om hun te contacteren 2/3 dagen van te voren op whats app om de sleuteloverdracht te regelen. Dit was in ons geval niet nodig, ze namen de avond van te voren met ons contact op. We hebben een tijd afgesproken en ze gaven al veel tips over parkeren, etenstentjes en bezienswaardigheden in de buurt. Super leuk! Locatie is top! De accommodatie zelf was prachtig! heel mooi ingericht en heel schoon. Het huis heeft een automatisch sluitsysteem vanaf binnen. Dit geeft je ook een extra veilig gevoel. We konden streamen naar de tv en Netflix en youtube stonden er ook op, super fijn! De bank zat heel goed, het bed lag lekker, de keuken was goed! En de badkamer was ook fantastisch. Heerlijke douche!! Hou er alleen rekening mee dat je je eigen afval weg moet gooien. Dit waren wij niet gewend en hebben het in een openbare prullenbak gegooid. Ik raad zeker aan om hier te verblijven. Het was voor ons veelste kort!

Great apartment in a very walkable location. Had everything we need. Also have to call out how incredible the amazing pillow setup is (there are many different kinds to choose from) -- better than even many 5 star hotels! Only knock would be the TV setup - but was not a problem for us. Would definitely recommend!

Diese Wohnung ist sehr gut geeignet für bis zu vier Personen. Es sind zwei Doppelbetten vorhanden, wobei eines über eine steile Treppe erreichbar ist und sich im gleichen Raum befindet wie das andere. Wunderschön ist die Dachterrasse, die mit anderen Mietparteien geteilt wird, die wir allerdings fast immer für uns alleine hatten. Die Wohnung ist in einer kleinen Seitenstraße gelegen und daher recht ruhig. Man erreicht leicht die vielen schönen Orte auf der Insel Ortigia. Der Bahnhof ist 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ein Auto abzustellen ist deutlich mühsamer, die großen Parkplätze am Fuße der Insel schienen überfüllt zu sein.

Magnifique terrasse sur le toit avec dégagement sur la mer et vue sur l’Etna. Les salles de bain sont neuves. Superbe appartement très bien situé

The pictures can’t do the huge, beautiful terrasse justice enough - it’s simply the most amazing view of Noto and Domenico was so kind and picked me up from the bus stop and drove me right to the apartment. Can’t recommend highly enough.

숙소는 번화가에 있으며 찾아가기 매우 쉬워요. 건물에 엘레베이터가 있고 - 엘레베이터까지 계단 약 7개 있음. 객실로 향하는 통로가 안뜰을 사이에 두고 있어 아주 조용합니다. 내부 외부 모두 소음이 없었어요. 전망은 2개의 테라스에서 via dione 가 내려다보입니다. 욕실과 객실 주방 모두 아주 청결해서 쾌적하게 잘 지냈습니다. 세탁기 사용시 추가요금이 있고 (1주일 10유로) 잘 작동합니다. 체크인할때 객실관련, 주변 즐길거리 관련 상세하게 안내해주셨고 마실 물도 넉넉하게 제공받았습니다. 숙소 바로앞에 쇼핑거리이고 수산시장도 아주 가깝습니다 바로 앞에는 까페가 있어서 30초내에 도착 가능합니다. 대성당까지 도보 10분거리. 오르티지아 내에서 어디를가도 가까워요. 저는 성수기를 지나서 여행했기때문에 주차도 큰 문제가 없었습니다 talete 주차장에 주차하고 easy park 어플로 주차비를 결제했어요 주차 자리도 많았고 오가는 사람들도 많아서 무섭지 않았습니다. 호스트가 주차와 ZTL 관련 친절하게 설명해주었기 때문에 주차장소에 대한 걱정이 많았던 저에게 매우 큰 도움이 되었습니다 깨끗하고 좋은위치에 있는 숙소덕분에 시라쿠사 여행이 아주 즐거웠습니다 ^^

This was a perfect location in Ortigia, on a characteristic narrow street but close to many shops including a small supermarket which was literally 30 mt away from the flat. But what really stood out for us was Carmelo’s availability and hospitality. We rented a car and got a fine because of a misunderstanding. Carmelo went personally to the local police station and managed to get it cancelled. He went well out of his way to help us. Unprecedented in our experience. Thank you so much!

This place is what I was looking for, very close to the beach (literally 20m) but still not far away from other hotspots such as Noto. It was very clean and well equipped. Also communication with the hosts has been perfect. The host helped me book a parking spot for the week right in front of the Appartment which was convenient.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und liegt zentral in Siracusa. Man kann in ca. 15 Minuten auf die „Insel“ gelangen. Wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt.

Superschöne Wohnung nahe am Zentrum/Ortigia. Gut zu Fuss erreichbar, gleichzeitig nicht direkt im Touristenrummel. Direkt unter der Wohnung liegt ein nettes Café mit leckeren Croissants, Keksen und natürlich Kaffee. Die Wohnung ist extrem schön, blitzsauber und die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Zu Anfang gab es auch ein paar Kapseln Kaffee, Tee, leckere Kekse, Olivenöl, Salz, Pfeffer, etwas Marmelade und Nutella. Vielen Dank hierfür. Wir haben eine tolle Woche dort verbracht und würden auf jeden Fall wieder hierher zurückkommen. Parken kann man einfach an der Straße (kostenlos). Wir hatten nie lange Mühe einen Parkplatz zu finden.

Etant une famille de 3 personnes (dont un enfant de 2,5 ans), nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’appartement de Sara et Chiara qui est propre, moderne et calme. Il dispose de tout ce qu’il faut pour le quotidien. Pour accéder à la chambre qui est à l’étage, il faut utiliser l’escalier en colimaçon. Il est très étroit mais cela ne nous pas du tout gêné au quotidien, ni même notre enfant. La chambre est quand à elle très grande. Nous avons également pu bénéficier gracieusement d’un lit bébé et d’une chaise haute. L’appartement se trouve au 2e étage sans ascenseur, ce qui ne nous a pas gêné non plus. Il est par ailleurs très bien situé et très central. Tous les points d’intérêts touristiques, les restaurants et supermarchés sont à environ 5 minutes de marche. Pour le parking, nous avons opté pour le parking Talete qui est à 7 minutes à pied. Nous recommandons fortement cet appartement !

We had an outstanding experience here. Was excellent. Giuseppe was so welcoming and oriented us to the area and gave us recommendations. He really took pride in his and had a great personal touch. The space is very large and airy, I would say here without hesitation in the future.

Federica’s apartment is even better than the description! After Naples and Palermo, this was just perfect for some time relaxing. The pool is lovely and overlooks the sea, you can swim at anytime. You can also go down some steep, narrow steps to the beach and swim in the sea with little fishes! The house is spotless, has a very comfortable bed and best of all, mosquito screens meant we didn’t need to use the air-con and could fall asleep listening to the sea! There is a lovely balcony set up with chairs and a table where you can enjoy the sea view and sunrise if you’re up early enough! All in all, perfect, a lovely bottle of wine was left for us too. I really didn’t want to leave!

Francesco war sehr freundlich, schnell und flexibel. Typisch italienische Hilfsbereitschaft und Gastfreundschaft. Die Wohnung ist toll, sehr ruhig, sauber und perfekt zum Entspannen. Wir waren zu zweit dort und hatten daher extrem viel Platz. Auch zu viert kann man dort ganz sicher sehr gute Tage verbringen.

I had an amazing stay at Alfredo's place in Syracuse, Sicily. Alfredo was an outstanding host, always incredibly helpful and quick to recommend the best local experiences. He suggested a wonderful wine tasting that was a highlight of our trip and guided us to beautiful nearby destinations like Noto and Ortigia. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and perfectly located for exploring the area. I highly recommend staying here for an authentic and enjoyable Sicilian experience! Thank you Alfredo!

Le gîte est à 15min en voiture de Syracuse. Nous avons apprécié les recommandations de Roberto et nous avons pu profiter du jacuzzi à tout moment de la journée.

Attention juste à la communication sur les frais annexes (linge et ménage) qui ne sont pas compris dans les tarifs de location. Ce n’était pas clair pour moi quand j’ai loué ce logement. Sinon le logement était top et bien placé !

Marta jest wspaniałym gospodarzem! Bardzo dobry kontakt zarówno przed przyjazdem jak i w trakcie. Mieszkanie jest bardzo komfortowe, ciepłe i posiada mnóstwo sprzętów codziennego uzytku i wszelkie udogodnienia dla małych i większych dzieci (nawet zabawki!). Wspaniały widok z okna, lokalizacja w centrum, idealne miejsce dla rodzin! Dziękujemy za gościnność, czuliśmy się jak w domu! Napewno wrócimy.

La casa de Alverio es increible! Las vistas frente al mar, la luz, tiene todo lo que necesitas! Alverio fue muy majo, nos recibió en persona y dio algunas recomendaciones de Siracusa, muy útiles ya que era nuestra primera vez y nos sirvió para ubicarnos. Levantarse todos los días mirando al puerto con los barcos en el mar... ojalá pudiera quedarme más! Si puedo, volveré sin duda!
