This stay was wonderful. Our family was there to attend a funeral and this was just the cozy home base we needed. I'm super grateful for the house and all the amenities provided. Anastasia and Dmitriy were so responsive to little questions we had along the way and very accommodating to all our needs. Note: the primary suite does not have a shower. I enjoyed the lovely soaking tub, but some folks don't like a bath. I would absolutely stay here again next time we need a place in the area. Thank you!

This was one of our most amazing stays. The few was spectacular and the whole area was so serene. Close to anything you might need even though you felt like you were a million miles away. The deer and birds made me feel like a Disney princess lol. We were able to walk around the whole property including there other spots. I can’t express how breathtaking the views were and how lovely it was to wake up to it. We will definitely be back!!!

Peaceful Granite Bay Getaway – A Perfect Stay! Staying at Sharalee’s place in Granite Bay was an absolute pleasure. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had such a warm, welcoming vibe. It’s tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, making it a perfect spot to relax, yet still close to everything we needed. I’d definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-appointed stay in Granite Bay. I’d come back in a heartbeat!

This was the perfect home away from home for a work trip recently. The beautiful backyard was an amazing restful sanctuary to revitalize at the end of the day, with beautiful bird and creek sounds. Lovely and accessible with big rooms and a nice spacious kitchen.

It was just what we wanted! All in all a wonderful stay. The only change I would make is the hot tub was too full, hard to get more than one person in at a time

Mike is really what makes this place so special. He is the most accommodating host I have ever worked with and I have been using AirBnB for almost 10 years now. If you need anything, he really wants to make sure you have your needs met. The carpet is really soft. The patio area with fake grass is great for the dogs to run around in while still being able to keep an eye on them. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, pots and pans. There was only 1 knife and no cutting board, but I'm sure had I asked for more he would have grabbed me some from the main house or went and bought some. The washer and dryer he has are AMAZING! I have never used such an efficient and good-sized w/d. His place really has everything you'd need for an extended stay. I will say, it's maybe not the best decorated or super spotlessly, sparkly clean and updated. However, everything worked out for us during our stay and I would absolutely stay here again. Mike is such a great host!

The spot is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. Do bring so close to the heart of town, it is also peaceful and fairly quiet. A great location. Bonnie was friendly and helpful and we loved our stay.

It was a nice place to stay. The garages are labeled, and yes you are supposed to drive down that steep driveway. It's a nice house. 3 different stories for 3 different units. Even sandwiched in the middle, I had no noise complaints. I would probably stay here again, unless the owner is tired of all my questions and wants me to stay away 😅

David has a good spot, would highly recommend if you want a nice step out walk to Lake Folsom. Has everything you need, and is very comfortable even with the heat during the summer.

We stayed here for almost a month while we did a trial in downtown Sacramento. The location is great: quick, easy route to downtown and just a block away from the shipping mall and several good restaurants. The apartment is comfortable with all amenities. Traci was very easy to work with and was responsive to my emails. There is also a designated covered parking place for the unit.

Always a pleasant stay here. Having laundry in house is a really nice perk as well.
