We had a short but wonderful stay, during the half term break. There was so much to do in the local area for the kids, with a good park just at the end of the road as well. We always drove, and the town centre was less than five mins away. Same as the beachfront with all the amusements, restaurants, and Adventure Island which was perfect for the kids. The house itself was very good, with parking. Very spacious with lounge, dining area, and a beautiful kitchen. I also managed to get some work done in the "study area" too. All round a good stay.

We had a lovely stay at this cosy house near the city centre. The location was perfect, and Paul was a fantastic host, really quick to respond and super helpful. Would definitely stay again, thank you!

I moved to London from a country in south Asia. Everything is almost different here from where I lived. Before moving to my rented place, I booked this room for my stay at London for 12 days. I was kinda skeptical specially because I did the booking in a hurry. But, Charmaine with her hospitality changed my views in a 180-degree angle. During my stay there, I fell sick and I was so upset about it as I don’t know anyone in London. But, she helped me recover.She even went out of her way and helped me move in to my place. With doing this, she showed the motherly affection and hospitality that she carries within her. She is a natural hostess. In short, if it wasn’t for her, my move to this buzzy city would not be as smooth as it is now. I can’t say for everyone, but being a solo traveler as a woman, one should feel the luckiest if they get this place in London.

Amazing location just behind a sand dune off amber beach. Perfect place to stay with kids, lots of games and activities if it’s raining and the beach for when it’s not! Great and clean facilities - everything you could need for an escape to the seaside!

Beautiful house in a stunning location with the large airy living room opening up to the lake. 10-15 min drive to Margate, and good location to easily access other areas of Kent. Moya was very helpful and responsive.

Thanks Hannah we had small 5 small children 2 dogs and 10 adults. Perfect sized bedrooms and living space. Kitchen a little cosy but we managed 🤣🤣. Close enough to beach and town to walk plus huge park opposite. thankyou for a perfect weekend.

Logement très bien situé juste à côté du centre pour tout faire à pieds. Le logement est propre et agréable. Parfait.

Super séjour dans la maison sous les pins. Stephanie a une très bonne communication, très fluide. La maison est très propre, bien rangée et dans un environnement calme. Un étage complet avec pleins de jeux et de livres etc pour les enfants. La proximité de la plage et du centre ville est vraiment sympa. Toute la famille a adoré et même le chien était aux anges. Nous l’avons testé hors saison (février) mais le testerons probablement lors des jours plus doux pour profiter de la mer….

A beautiful cottage full of character, perfect for a peaceful getaway. The surroundings are quiet and calming, making it an ideal spot to unwind and recharge. Karen is a wonderful host, warm, responsive and accommodating.

It was amazing had an amazing time and was an extremely easy process would recommend to anyone interested because you will not regret it. Was a very clean and tidy place and for the price it was very good.

Kevin's place was as described and conveniently located. The bedrooms with ensuite were a plus. Kevin responded to any queries promptly. Will definitely stay there again.

Loved the cottage, beautiful and huge jacuzzi , the tennis court was the best part and the scenery is absolutely beautiful and peaceful.

The house is absolutely precious, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The location is fantastic, with a Tesco just around the corner and the railway station within walking distance. It's the perfect base for exploring the area, and Melanie's thoughtful recommendations were spot on. We verbleven met 2 gezinnen (4 volwassenen en 3 kleine kinderen) in het huis. Het was ruim genoeg voor ons allen. De grote tuin was heerlijk en het huisje was mooier dan op de foto’s. We zijn veel naar het strand geweest in Hardelotben naar Boulogne. Er is heel veel te doen op 15 minuten afstand met de auto. We hebben een erg prettig verblijf gehad.

We hebben heel erg genoten van ons verblijf in dit fijne huisje. Wat een fijne ontvangst door de host! Een ruim huisje met grote tuin. Ook fijn dat er binnen speelgoed aanwezig was waarmee onze kinderen konden uitleven. De markt op zondag is echt de moeite en op wandelafstand. Ook de bakker en winkel is zeer dichtbij. We zijn vaak naar zee geweest. Dit huisje is echt ideaal voor rust en zeevakantie.

Nous avons passé un week-end très agréable à Condette. Christian a été très sympathique et très accueillant. Le gîte est idéalement situé : entre le Cap gris nez, Boulogne sur mer, Berck et le festival du cerf-volant, la baie d'Authie,le chateau d'Hardelot, Nausicaa et le sentier des marais, les sorties sont nombreuses. Le gîte est fidèle aux photos et à la description donnée, aucunes surprises. Les draps ,et les serviettes sont fournis. Le logement est au calme et convivial dans une résidence paisible. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse.

Perfect stay. The house was clean and very well appointed. The accommodation was excellent, spacious, welcoming and well appointed. The location was just a short walk from the centre of Sandwich with excellent restaurants and pubs. Sandra was brilliant and very responsive. Thank you so much for our stay.

Thank you so much Jillian your place was exactly what the doctor ordered. Very quiet and peaceful close to the beach with a restaurant just outside the complex. The train station was on site to go to Hythe Dymchurch etc. Thank you so much for all the complimentary items being tea coffee sugar milk orange juice wine beer plenty of fruit biscuits and chocolates such a lovely touch. I was thinking of getting an air fryer but after using yours I’ll definitely get one. I had such a relaxing long weekend would definitely recommend your little nest to friends and family thanks again.🙏🙏🥰

By far one of the best airbnb experiences we've ever had, from start to finish. My wife and I, with our two young kids, stayed here for 8 nights. I had to work in central London for the week, and Maxwell's house was perfect. It's very quick and easy to reach central London, but the house is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood that offered a tranquil home to be in. The house has everything we needed, and was fully comfortable. The kids loved it, and the garden was fantastic. Maxwell went above and beyond to help us have a fantastic time. From the moment we booked, whenever we needed anything, he was happy to help, and solved anything that needed help with. My daughter unfortunately pulled a curtain down, meaning some repairs needed doing, and Maxwell was very accommodating and helpful getting this done once we had left the house. Not only a lovely home to stay in, but one of the best hosts you are every likely to come across.
