We love Old Louisville and it was so nice to visit and be able to stay in our old neighborhood! Eric’s place was clearly recently renovated and very modern. Overall it is a good place to stay. The management group was very communicative, lots of emails and check ins via text, and responsive when we encountered a minor issue.

Breathtaking Riverview Getaway

The cabin was great! Very spacious and clean and secluded enough to be private but close enough to go into town to do activities. The river was flooded when we arrived but Kim was helpful with instructions on how to navigate around that and suggestions on what to do since some of our planned activities were closed due to the flooding.

Only stayed for one night wish i could have stayed longer! The pictures don't do this place justice! it's beautiful, very private in a gated community! Brenda was very welcoming, toured us thru the house.. All the beds were super clean and comfy.. All around was just a super peaceful lovely place.. We will definitely be back when we visit Louisville again! Thanks for being the best Brenda!! Crystal 💕

Lovely Hideaway at "Sunnyside" on Main

Loved Ruth’s description of this historic home. Felt like I was part of the history itself. As we got home from great dinner at nearby restaurant, we engaged ourselves to the historic ghost tour that was taking place across the street on Mansion Row. What a treat! Apartment had every amenity. Loved the coffee bar.

Extremely clean and welcoming would 100% stay here again and plan to in the future extremely pet friendly yard was very well kept and nice neighborhood was quiet!! There was lots of cute, fun, restaurants, and local artwork in the community!!

Wonderful place for our 4 day stay. Check-in and check out instructions were easy. Izzy was to easy to communicate with. We were going to be checking in later than we planned due to weather so I let Izzy know just so she was aware. She told us to take our time and travel safe. When we arrived, she had the lights dimmed in the flat with a fireplace crackling on the TV with jazz music playing. It was so lovely to arrive to a welcoming space after a long day of winter weather travelling.

This was a wonderful place to stay! The house was clean and fully stocked with the things we would need. The hot tub was a great bonus, and very clean. The host was super helpful and responded quickly. I would highly recommend staying here if you need a place to stay close to Louisville or just a spot to getaway and hangout.

Historic Escape in Mansion Row - Sleeps 12!

The location is the star of the show. The neighborhood is being renovated and people are restoring the charm of the 19th century. Restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. The front porch is wonderful for reading or watching the neighborhood. Very comfortable porch furniture. There are two tvs in the main floor in two separate sitting areas. For the size of the home, there is only one shower.

We had a WONDERFUL stay, the apartment was gorgeous. The pictures didn’t do it justice. Bruce was very responsive from the beginning of my booking through our complete stay. He went above and beyond with little details to make the stay so personal. We loved the muffins 😊 I highly recommend staying here while in the area. Thank you for being a part of our memorable weekend.

Historic Triple Crown House - Fully Renovated

We came to town to watch college baseball which conveniently is right across the street! The house was perfect for us and very modernly decorated and appointed! Loved having old school games there too! If you are coming to town for anything at the university or the racetrack, this is a perfect location.

If your looking for a location that can hold up to 20 people this is the place to stay. The set up is perfect and the location has so many walkable options. Jen was amazing to deal with and was able to answer all our questions. If we come back we will be staying here again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the charming cottage in Floyd’s Knobs! The communication from the owner was excellent from start to finish, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience. The cottage itself was perfect for us—cozy, beautifully maintained, and situated in a setting with views of Louisville in the distance. It was the ideal spot to relax and recharge. We truly couldn’t have asked for more and are already looking forward to staying here again in the future. Highly recommend!

Perfect stay for our group of 10. The location is in the middle of downtown. Everything we did in Louisville was within walking distance. Inclusive of the Louisville Slugger Museum and numerous distilleries. Would highly recommend Amanda’s place to anyone considering a bourbon trail getaway!

Mr. Keith is a honest person and is very accommodating, the loft is look very spacious and clean, the feeling is unmatched to be downtown you kind of get lost as to where you are because of how cozy and subtle this place is. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend someone here.

What a wonderful stay we had! Such a clean cozy place, our family felt right at home! We were visiting Louisville for a volleyball tournament so after a long day coming home to such comfort was exactly what we needed! The playground in the backyard was an added bonus for our kids so they could go outside and play! The host provided so many snacks which was a great bonus with 4 kids! It was raining, so we weren't able to have a S'mores fire in the backyard but we allowed our kids to enjoy the provided treats anyways! Highly recommend!!!!

Very easy to find, close to the event we were in town for, quiet area, and felt safe during the severe weather that occurred during our stay. Just wish we could’ve had better weather to get to enjoy more of the outdoor space!

This place was PERFECT! I wish we could’ve stayed longer. It was only 10 minutes away from family we came to see. It was very cozy and comfortable. My dog LOVED the backyard. Close to great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

What a fantastic stay! Ronnie’s place is absolutely gorgeous, very comfortable with great attention paid to every single detail. Ronnie was very responsive and gave great recommendations for dinner during our stay. Ronnie’s place knocks it out of the ballpark on all levels. FABULOUS HOST AND APARTMENT!!Needless to say, we hated to leave, but will DEFINITELY return!
