5 stars isn’t enough! Staying here was an absolute dream! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by how clean, stylish, and well-stocked the apartment was. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay—and then some! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of downtown Louisville, with easy access to amazing restaurants, live music, and local attractions. But what really sets this place apart are the incredible amenities. The rooftop lounge with skyline views was the perfect place to unwind after a long day. The fitness center was fully equipped, clean, and spacious—way better than your average hotel gym. And having secure parking made everything hassle-free. The hosts were responsive, friendly, and clearly put a lot of thought into creating a welcoming, luxury experience. Whether you’re in town for work, play, or a little of both, you won’t find a better place to stay. I’ll absolutely be booking here again next time I’m in Louisville!

The apartment is located within walking distance of 4th Street Live and many restaurants. It is spacious and comfortable. Tyler sent very detailed instructions on every aspect of our stay. I plan to stay here again on our next visit to Louisville.

The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made everything so easy from check-in to check-out. It was a perfect home base for exploring the area, and we’re already planning our next trip back. Great stay at Bethany’s place, and fantastic location that is close to the action but also very quiet. We loved Bethany’s apartment and would absolutely stay here again if and when we come back to Louisville. Bethany was very easy to communicate with and also has lots of great restaurant recommendations in the area, which was super helpful.

This stay added to our memorable moment. We held a gender reveal for my daughter. Tensions were high as almost everyone wanted a boy. They already have 3 girls and the majority of my grandchildren are girls as well. But this GG knew better and correctly predicted it would be yet another girl. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

What a beautiful home! Super clean and organized. The pictures don’t do it justice- it’s very spacious with big rooms. The bed was comfortable. The decor was very nice. It had everything we needed to feel right at home. I would definitely recommend this home to friends and family. Very close to Louisville too!.

Maximum privacy near fabulous Louisville! My partner and our dog and I loved the whole home with fenced in yard. The home was EXCELLENTLY appointed- think similar quality kitchen items, linens, pillows, mattresses etc that you would buy for your OWN home. Fantastic. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful via message. Don’t miss this great spot!

This house is convenient to Louisville and yet its a private neighborhood - smaller single family homes. This house has been built out and I counted five bedrooms - one bath on main floor and 1/2 bath upstairs. easy off street parking. Kitchen had what we needed. Its a house that still has clothes and other items indicative of private ownership. We had pets and the big yard was easy to walk the dogs in. Neighborhood quiet. great inexpensive tacquieria at end of the street.

Cleanest AirBnB I have ever stayed at. Wish all properties were this immaculate. Loved the space. Location is extremely convenient to stores, to highways, etc. I highly recommend renting from Paul & Bethany.

If you are coming to Louisville and want to focus on The Highlands this property is a perfect spot. Laura's townhouse is located in the heart of the action and is surrounded by several walkable bars and restaurants. Word to the wise: some might not be used to the habit that Louisville folk have, they like to stay out late and if that doesn't bother you then this is your place. Regarding the townhouse, it is clear that Laura sweats the details. It is extremely clean and well appointed. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are wonderful and the kitchen is perfect. The large screen TV in the front room was great! What particularly impressed me was how friendly and helpful Laura is, she really cares and that makes a big difference. I strongly recommend this rental for those who want to experience a true Highland experience as it delivers!

This place looks exactly like the photos! I got ready here on my wedding day and it was perfect for my small bridal party. Vanity in the half bath was perfect for whoever wanted to do their own hair/makeup and still kept the full bath open for others. Everything was clean and styled super cute. Hosts were wonderful! They live upstairs and were available if we needed anything. Would highly recommend!

As it appears! The Mare was a spacious and lovely place to stay for a few days in Louisville. Convenient location for walking and Emily was accommodating with questions and requests.

Great location if you want to walk to bars and restaurants in Louisville. Very comfy loft with lots of space, & plenty of room to relax and visit. Parking was very convenient. David responds very quickly if you have questions.
