Tammy was an absolute delight to deal with. She was very responsive, friendly and informative. She definitely made us feel at home and provided us with some great information about the area. We had a few minor issues that were addressed immediately. The property was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed to make our 5 week stay very comfortable. The highlight for us was being close to restaurants and the downtown which allowed us to walk to several places. Not to mention, the view of the bay from the balcony is beautiful. We really loved seeing the colorful sunrises and the Pensacola Bay Bridge lit up at night. We would highly recommend!

We’ve staved in a lot of homes and this one is one of our favorite. The views of the sound were amazing. It was a great home for a large group. We will be back.

Terry and Yvette’s place was perfect for my family of 6. We had more than enough space. We really loved the upstairs apartment. A get away within a getaway. The backyard was beautiful and very relaxing. Great location - minutes away from downtown Pensacola and very close to Pensacola Beach. Me and my family had a great time.

Lydia was a wonderful host! She was very responsive and truly cares about every person staying in her home. The location is absolutely perfect, especially with little kids. Unfortunately the beach is mostly privately owned by the beach front properties but the lake was a hit with our family! The shuttle will take you to another beach which was great!

Perfect place ! Exactly what I expected from the listing and photos. Perfect for a quiet getaway with you significant other or as a family. Has everything you need in the condo. And anything you would like to do within walking distance. Felt very safe on and around the property. Security always present at the gated entrance. Very responsive hosts who communicate everything I need to know before I had to even ask. Highly recommended place !

My wife and I stayed here with our four kids and also had our parents stay with us this year, so we had nine people total. There was more than enough room for everyone to spread out and have their own space, yet we could all gather around the kitchen/dining area to hang out together for meals or just to socialize. The house is absolutely stunning and it was exactly as described. Jonathan was responsive with any questions that we had. He provided a list of local restaurants and ice cream shops that came in handy as well. I think we went everywhere on the list at least once. The community is very private with little traffic or noise and the houses are surrounded by nature. We even saw a bald eagle when we were hanging out on one of the three outdoor decks. The kids loved the oceanfront pool with a zero-entry end that is perfect for smaller kids. 100% recommend!

We had a fantastic time at Boyd’s and Eva’s place in Pensacola Beach, Florida, despite the rain. The house was beautiful, cozy, and had stunning views, making it the perfect setting for quality family time. We loved spending time together in the home and taking in the breathtaking views from the balcony.

My family loved our time there! Everything was perfect and the staff were great! We will definitely be returning!

The location was perfect for our family vacation and the golf cart was a great plus to the home.Both the beach and village were only a short golf cart ride away. We enjoyed greeting the turtles in the mornings off the back patio and everything we needed for the beach was provided as well. The resort was clean quiet and full of activities. I highly reccomend Renatas place and we definatley will be back. Both the check in and check out procedure were convienant and easy. Just outside the resort all kinds of shopping dining and activities for all ages were easily accessible. This unit was very clean and well kept.

Coming all the way from Baton Rouge, Louisiana to enjoy a beach vacation while the kids were out of school. I must say the experience was well worth it. Jenna is a wonderful host with a beautiful, clean, spacious home that you can call home for a few days. She communicated with me this entire experience. Any questions you might have she’ll respond pretty fast. My family really enjoyed themselves and my kids want to come back next year. If you are looking for a Airbnb in Destin. Look no further book either 22A or 22B. Hell book them both lol worth every penny and don’t forget to book the golf cart it’s nice lights up

We had a blast during our stay! Great location: distance to restaurants, beach, supermarket, etc. The golf cart was perfect for driving around the complex and to the beach. Very responsive host! Beautiful space- exactly as pictured! Thank you!

The place was great! Close to the pool and fitness center, and a quick bike ride to the beach. On most days we took our own chairs and cooler to the public beach access, but we also enjoyed the beach club amenities. We loved the laid back feel of Perdido Key. Dan was very responsive. Would stay again.

I could not say enough about the place! It is exactly as described and more. Did not realize we were getting the amenities that came with this resort, so that was a huge bonus! It was super clean and I am picky! Beds are comfortable! Beach is super close and you can call a tram to transport you anywhere on the resort property. We loved that! Basketball and tennis literally right beside us. Lagoon pool is close but the pool right around the corner is less busy and relaxing. The communication was great, fast responses. We will be coming back and have already looked at other properties they own to see what else they have to offer bc we know we will get exactly what is described.

This was our second winter in Gulf Shores with first year being out at Ft. Morgan. We felt second year we wanted to stay closer to town so decided on Orange Beach for proximity to restaurants and walking trails. Mary's cottage definitely worked well for that and we found her to be a very accessible and responsive host.

The location is convenient to the beach. It is beautiful and there was room for all of us. I loved that it had 2 living rooms and a balcony on multiple levels. The view is amazing.

Was perfect for what we were down for. Super clean place with a very responsive host! Literally the best spot on the beach with a little cove the kids played in! Will stay again!!

Can say enough about the location! Amazing, quick walk to the beach, walkable restaurants, quick trip to grocery and shopping. Had a small issue with some gnats that the owner quickly responded to and quickly resolved. We would stay again!

Lovely beach house for two families! Our water tank went and communication with the property manager was so seamless and it was replaced quickly. The house had all the amenities needed for a baby and the beach! Close to so many restaurants. Quick walk to the beach. Loved the pool too!

Aaron’s house was close to Navarre Beach, numerous grocery stores, ice cream shops, surf shops, and restaurants. Our teenage grandsons golfed at Hidden Glen, and our 8 year old grandsons enjoyed the beach, pool, and Navarre Fishing Pier. We celebrated a 21st birthday at McGuires in Pensacola, while our dog played at Dog Stop in Gulf Breeze. Families enjoyed movie night, grilling, and a quick dip in Aaron’s pool.

Great place and pools/hot tubs were a plus to relax at the end of each day. The golf cart was awesome to get around to/fr beach area. We’ll rent again when we are back in Destin or recommend to friends and family!
