As described. Great views and very very remote with a prive beach shared with other Oregon House guests. They do have wifi once you check in but it's good to screen shot check in info and numbers before you get there since you won't be able to use the app or have any signal once you arrive.

This little place is a great find. Especially if you need a lovely home base while in Florence. Exactly as described and pictured. Super clean and private. Easy to find, easy parking. Walkable distance to adorable downtown (if weather cooperates) and good food just across the street. Host is a great communicator. Will absolutely stay again when we visit my dad.

The location wasn’t too bad, secluded requiring a short drive if wanting to eat out. Getting in was a bit trying, as codes changed from here is the code to use to , you are able to check in early so here is a new code. Admittedly, part of it was on me for not carefully reading how to operate the lock. The buildings and units could be marked with the name and number a bit differently. When we arrived a lady was trying to get into our unit because she thought it was hers. Once we worked it all out, it was fine.

It was a great place to stay! Very close to the Nye Beach attractions and food. I will stay here again!

Amazing scenery....beautiful home and best bed ever

it was super easy to stay with a baby and dogs! A short walk to the beach was great because we didn't have e to load everyone up. close to lots of restaurants. and a short drive to many tourist spots like the aquarium the science center.

The location is right off the coast highway so it's a little load at time but pretty much unnoticeable when inside. Just something to consider, didn't bother us at all. Only minor complaint is the hot water for the shower was inconsistent, sometimes it was fine and sometimes it just wouldn't warm up. Overall not a big deal for us. All in all, very clean place, easy beach access and a very good deal for what you pay. Host is great and responsive. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for an easy, fair priced, get away on the coast!

We stayed for a month. The property is as pictured and described. Good location and very walkable. There is a large grass area behind the building for pets. Host was communicative and friendly. We felt at home and will return in the future.

This was a amazing place to start for our trip down the coast back to AZ the town was so peaceful and quiet we will for sure come back when we make are way back again

Great location! Very short walking distance to shops and restaurants. And the view from the room is unbeatable. It was very windy when we stayed here so instead of going down on the beach we sat on the balcony and it wasn’t too windy up there. The beach access is right behind the building and very easy to get to.

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying here, and it was an unforgettable experience. Situated right in front of the ocean, the views are simply breathtaking. Each morning, we woke up to the serene sound of waves crashing against the shore, and each evening, we enjoyed the stunning sunsets. The place was very clean and I particularly loved the spaciousness of the room and the large windows that allowed for plenty of natural light and uninterrupted ocean views. I highly recommend staying here.

Overall, my stay was wonderful and very relaxing. The bed was comfortable, and the view was amazing. The rental company was very kind and easy to work with. They let me check in early and when my dog had an accident, they were really understanding I will definitely be back in the future

Absolutely lovely! Very quiet and peaceful, the view from the porch is amazing and the rental group thought of everything. We really appreciated the binoculars and having olive oil, salt and pepper to cook with. The bed was very comfortable. The primary way that the property group communicates is via text and there is zero cell service. For some reason I was able to receive their texts but I wasn’t able to respond to them when prompted. Wifi worked well.

Beautiful old vintage fishing cabin vibes!! The bathroom has a large deep soaking tub that made the stay luxurious and relaxing, the view from the bedroom outside to the lake made for a beautiful awaking even when it was cloudy and rainy. The house is full of kitchen amenities which I loved because most places you have to bring our go and buy items that aren’t In the kitchen, but here they got it all.

Our stay was wonderful! We never wanted to leave and it was exactly what we needed. So close to the ocean and you can walk straight down to the water! It was also the perfect distance to the local towns!

This place was great. A note to mention- bring your own coffee. K cups or ground coffee. Everywhere else I’ve been (which has been at least 20-25 Airbnb’s or VRBO over the years) provided when a coffee maker was present, this one didn’t. Totally OK with that, but something to note so you don’t have to make an early morning grocery run :-) I’d suggest brining a towel for the hot tub as well. This place was quiet and clean and very relaxing. The view was nice and the outdoor area is fantastic!!!

Beautiful view, spacious upstairs unit. Just 10 minutes to the really cute town of Yachats (check out the Styx, Stones, n' Bones shop if you are into rocks!). Across the street from Bob Creek Park where you can climb onto the rocks to go tidepooling at low tide (wear sturdy shoes that can get wet). Jana was immediately helpful when I messaged her for something in the kitchen. The beds did get warm at night and I couldn't quite figure out how to get the thermostat to cool. But I would absolute stay here again. Note: the hot tub is meant for 2 people at a time.

We loved the secluded feeling, was perfect for our stay. Very relaxing as well.

This stay was very nice! Great view, short walk to shops, and nice little balcony that you can hear the seals from while watching the sunset. Will definitely consider this room next time I am in Newport.

Loved this place! Sounds of the harbor and sea lions makes you feel like you are right on the seashore. Love being walking distance to some really great restaurants (Local Ocean and Myrils to name two). Bathroom window into the bedroom is a little weird, but not a deal breaker!
