It is a lovely apartment and we especially liked the terrace with the overhang so we could could sit outside when it was warm but drizzling. It is a far walk from the center of Florence but a few good cafes and restaurants nearby.

Excelente localização, seja para chegar a pé, que dê ônibus aos pontos turísticos. Carlo foi ótimo anfitrião. Apartamento ótimo.. Vale salientar que há 4 lances de escada. Sugiro iluminar melhor o local da lavadora de roupas e colocar instruções de uso da mesma, já que ela é antiga e não é muito prática.

Our group of six had a wonderful stay at Alessandro’s beautiful apartment. It was the perfect location to explore Florence from. Just steps from the Duomo, we were able to walk everywhere. Alessandro was so helpful with recommendations and was very flexible with our check in and check out times, which we so appreciated. We were very comfortable and loved the apartment! We wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you, Alessandro!

Maurizio's place was an excellent choice for our month in Florence. The house is in the center, yet it's tucked away from the noise of the nightlife and the sounds of rolling suitcases. It's a very comfortable, spacious home with all the amenities and a tranquil little garden - it has a natural vacation feel. Maurizio went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay and even took us on a tour of Florence and the neighboring area, which we greatly enjoyed.

I had the most amazing experience staying at this beautiful villa in Florence. The location was perfect—peaceful, private, and surrounded by stunning views that took my breath away, especially from the parking area. The villa itself was incredibly cozy and charming—so well maintained and full of character. Honestly, I didn’t want to leave. I’d live there if I could! The pool was a dream—relaxing, and the perfect spot to unwind with the Tuscan countryside all around you. Our host, Leonardo, was absolutely fantastic—so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. You can tell he really cares about making guests feel at home. This place was everything I hoped for and more. I would 100% come back again. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at Louise Virginia Anna’s Airbnb! The space was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was convenient and peaceful, and Louise was a kind and responsive host. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay!

Wunderschön gelegen mitten in der Toskana und nicht weit von Florenz. Schönes altes Landhaus. Wunderbare Gastgeber, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Gianluca's place was a highlight of our visit to Italy--incredibly quaint and unique, from the decor, to the tiny metal spiral staircase that leads to the downstairs studio, to the open brick features, hard wood tables, nicely rennovated bathrooms, lemon trees outside...the list goes on and on. Gianluca even left a bottle of local wine for us, and some toast bread/ jam, which was appreciated for breakfast. One of the better stocked airBNBs I've staid at, with many spices, coffee, buillon, oil, vinegar, etc. If you are looking for a place with character, this is definitely for you. If you're mobility impaired, do be aware that it might be a good fit, as there are a couple sets of outstairs stairs leading to the door (very charming), and inside the above noted very narrow and unique spiral stairs down to the studio. Also, Gianluca was pretty generous with heating--it took a little while to cool down the upstairs bedrooms, but was very nice to at least not be too chilly.

Es war eine tolle Unterkunft mit guter Ausstattung. Sehr sauber und genug Platz vorhanden. Parken ist direkt im Innenhof möglich. Sehr gemütlich und freundlicher Vermieter. Gerne wieder.

Ania and husband were attentive and responsive hosts who made sure a faulty lamp was quickly replaced the same day. And if you love dogs, you’re in for a treat - their mastiff/hound and sheepdog are there to welcome you at the start and end of each day.

L’appartamento era molto bello e curato nei minimi dettagli! Ci siamo trovati benissimo e consiglio vivamente la prenotazione. A 20 m a piedi siete in centro e la zona è tranquillissima. Lorenzo è stato disponibilissimo e molto gentile!

It was a great stay, the apartment was clean, large and comfortable, looks exactly like on the photos. Stunning view from the terrace. Location is also great: not so far from the Santa Maria del Fiore, we walked there and it took 20-25 mins. The host was very friendly and responsive. We didn’t face any problems during our stay. Highly recommended

Excelente estadia durante o período que ficamos em Florença. O tamanho do apartamento é muito bom, quartos confortáveis. Localização excelente. Só precisa levar em consideração as muitas escadas pra subir, porém vale muito a pena e super recomendo. Siddik foi atencioso e respondia rápido quando foi necessário.

Très joli appartement décoré avec goût. Il dispose d’une terrasse, un plus. Le quartier est très calme. À 3 minutes du tram pour le centre-ville de Florence. C’est très pratique. Nous avons apprécié également le garage fermé pour la voiture et le magasin bio à côté. Enfin, Daniela a été super réactive dans tous nos messages.

Отличная квартира, Антонио был очень отзывчив. Квартира классная, но больше подойдет для людей без детей, т.к. квартира не сильно приспособлена для детей. Также если у вас много вещей или тяжелые чемоданы, коляска, то от лифта в в квартиру ведет достаточно крутая лестница, т.к. квартира расположена на мансардном этаже.Но имеет 2 очень классные террасы с отличным видом!!! Из минусов лично моих: очень маленькая и не совсем удобная кухня(но это только если вы собираетесь готовить). Не очень хороший напор горячей воды. В остальном квартира понравилась! Stayed 3 nights in Florence and this apartment was beautiful! Great view of the city and so peaceful with a nice private patio area. Plenty of space for my partner and I as well, we felt right at home here! Downside: have to walk up 6 flights of stairs to get to the apartment (still worth it!) and the ceiling in the kitchen is pretty low, bumped my head a few times. Despite this though, the stay was amazing and had pretty much everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again.

I booked it for my parents, the location was good and the flat is great. the only thing to note that it is on the third floor with no lift and for an older couple, it might be challenging to get luggage up and down.
