Le logement proposé par Gino est très bien ! Fiesole est une charmante petite ville et les accès à Florence se font très bien. Ils nous ont donné toutes les infos nécessaires pour y accéder facilement. Ils sont réactifs, et il est très facile de communiquer avec eux. Le logement est parfait, très propre. J'ai eu de nombreuses expériences avec Airbnb et je dois dire que c'est la première que j'ai un si bon accueil. Un grand merci à Gino et Antonello !

Abbiamo trascorso qualche giorno in famiglia in questa meravigliosa struttura. L’host è stata molto gentile; ci ha consigliato dei posti buonissimi dove mangiare ed è stata sempre accomodante ad ogni richiesta. La struttura era meravigliosa con una vista veramente impagabile. Consiglio vivamente

Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft! Wir würden direkt mit einem kleinen Geschenkkörbchen empfangen. Es war sauber, gab alles was beschrieben war und noch mehr (Spielmöglichkeiten für meinen Sohn) alles zum Wäache waschen, etc. Wir waren an verschiedenen Zielen wie Florenz, Pisa, etc. und das Ferienhaus war ein guter Ausgangspunkt! :) Bei Fragen oder generell haben wir immer sehr schnell eine Antwort erhalten. Das Haus empfehle ich von ganzem Herzen und würde auch nochmal zum Urlaub hin fahren :))

We had an amazing stay at Casa Conte Martini! The space was fantastic and worked very well for our family including our 2 teenage boys. The pool and hot tub were great and the outdoor space was absolutely perfect. I can not say enough good things about this stay! Andrea and Simone were wonderful hosts and it was a pleasure getting to know them. We will be back!

Nous garderons un souvenir inoubliable de notre séjour en Toscane, et c’est en grande partie grâce à Guido. Dès notre arrivée, il a fait preuve d’une bienveillance rare face aux imprévus que nous avons rencontrés. N’ayant pas reçu notre bagage en soute, il a spontanément acheté un câble de téléphone pour nous dépanner, et des produits de première nécessité étaient déjà à disposition dans le logement. Il nous a également accompagnés dans les échanges avec le transporteur, ce qui a grandement facilité les démarches malgré la barrière de la langue. La maison, paisible et pleine de charme, a été un véritable refuge pour nous. Elle restera à jamais associée à ce voyage marquant, comme le symbole d’une continuité précieuse dans notre histoire. We had the most amazing stay at Francesco and Sere’s! The view was even better than the photos. We stayed as a group of 7 adults and a 7 month old baby and there was plenty of space. Francesco met us in Rufina and we followed him in our cars to the castle. The drive up to the castle is narrow and the last part is a gravel road but we got used to it quickly and it was worth it for the views. Nearby Rufina had some great restaurants and a grocery store with everything we needed. Francesco arranged for a chef to come to the castle for a cooking class and also arranged a full day wine tour with pick up and drop off at the Airbnb which were highlights of the trip! The jacuzzi was lovely and the garden area was perfect. The pool wasn’t open yet as it was early April when we travelled but the pool area looked very nice also. Francesco and Sere were very responsive to any questions we had. Overall we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend!

If you want a peaceful, Tuscan stay with panoramic picturesque views, then this is your place! We were welcomed with homemade cakes, bread, and wine! After a long day of travel this perk was so appreciated. Our stay was perfect! After a long day of walking and driving to either Lucca, San Giminagno, Chianti Classico or Florence the hot tub relaxed our achy legs. The beds were comfortable and the showers were hot. We loved this home so much that we hope to return with our families in the future! This home made our visit to Italy PERFECTO!

The house was amazing, perfect fit for our group of 10 people. The main house as well as the additional apartment were very clean, well equipped with everything you need and the highlight was the pool and jacuzzi. Great place to calm down and have private space with some friends or a big family. The check-in was easy and the lady was very friendly, had some suggestions for our stay and is professional. The property was clean, cute tuscany decorations of the rooms and all in all it felt like home.

We spent a week at Il Vichiaccio and I already miss the house. The house was perfect for a family of 5 adults. We felt immediately at home, had all what we needed. The location and views are awsom, even more beautiful than in the pictures. Plenty of great wineries and restaurants in the ares. Beatrice is a great host, answered every question we had, gave us recommendations and even helped us when our daughter didn't feel well. We strongly recommend!

Um lugar maravilhoso, uma verdadeira experiência toscana. A Laura é uma anfitriã impecável, muito gentil e simpática. Eu e meu grupo vivemos momentos muito felizes nessa casa. Recomendo demais!

Fantastic stay, highly recommended to anyone wishing to stay in beautiful Tuscany. Spacious and well equipped with a lovely swimming pool. Irene was the most helpful host I’ve ever had with excellent communication throughout and even helped with ordering us some pizza! Thanks for an amazing stay.

Béatrice est une excellente hote! Elle nous a très bien accueilli et a fait le tour de la maison avec nous. Elle nous a également donné plusieurs recommandations de choses à faire dans les alentours, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. La maison était impeccable et l’aménagement extérieur est époustouflant. Le levé du soleil le matin était incroyable si vous avez la chance de le voir. La maison est un peu loin des grandes villes donc je recommande une auto pour faciliter vos déplacements.

Loved Francesco’s place. Beautiful inside and incredible views outside. He is obviously very artistic - there are lots of creative touches in his home, and it is really nicely decorated . He is very responsive, very helpful and offered perfect recommendations and is very friendly. Really wish we could’ve stayed longer. Very happy with our choice in staying here!

We had the most wonderful stay. Great property and in a great location with easy access to the centre of Florence. It was spacious and quiet and all was very efficient. Our host, Luana was absolutely fantastic and was so responsive, helpful and friendly - organising a special Chef cooked dinner at the property for our group as well as going above and beyond taking us shopping to get essential food. Simply fantastic and we are so grateful! We would recommend this property and would stay again. Thank you!
