Best caravan in the park. Really modern, clean, just beautiful. Highly recommend stay there.

We had a lovely weekend away at A’s place. The house was easy to find, had good and private parking and was very spacious (bigger than it looks on the photos!). The beds were really comfortable and the living room was super cosy. The kitchen was also great and had every item you would need for self catering. The cleanliness of some of the glasses, plates and pans was not 100% and we did need to hand-wash a few items - I think this could be due to the dishwasher. The pool was great, we visited in January in the snow and were able to swim every day. A was super friendly and informative at check-in and gave us some local recommendations. Thanks for having us!! :)

I have been to many rentals and trips before, This place was by far the best of the lot. I'm not sure where to start from. The Large spacious house with loads of sitting rooms made everyone feel so comfortable. The Magnificent view literally from every window is something out of this world. The Massive garden was amazing. To top it all off was the private pool where the children and adults alike loved every minute. The House has loads of outdoor furniture, one could sense that the owners put their heart and soul into it. The house is at the end of a small road, so it has all the advantages, it's not in the middle of nowhere when things can feel a little eerie, but with the large front garden and massive backyard you feel all alone on this planet. The hosts were very responsive and assisted with all we needed. We didn't have to go out on trips, as we all wanted to stay in the house as long as possible. Leaving this house was extremely difficult as all we wanted was to stay much longer

We booked Marks place last minute as we had booked a campsite in Barmouth, but the weather was horrendous and our tent was leaking before we had even managed to get it up. We raced to find accommodation, which was difficult during the start of the school holidays, but thankfully we found Marks place and although it was an hour and half away from Barmouth we didnt want to dissapoint the children. Mark was responsive to our urgent plee for help and let us stay. He visited the lodge and ensured it was pristine before our arrival and access was easy with a key box. Its a private section on the winkups site and was very clean with a lovely large deck around the lodge and a nice garden with ample seating. Inside the lodge was immaculate with high spec appliances and comfortable furnishings. Nothing like I had expected, this was 5* and huge. We used the onsite swimming pool and the children enjoyed the theme park, and arcade. The beach is a stones throw away. A great place to stay. Thankyou.

Place is very nice and all required things available for a pleasant stay. Host Yasmin is very friendly and takes care of all the requirements of the guest. Room is big and we enjoyed the stay with family. Local shop and bus stop in walking distance. Cheshire oaks just 15 minutes away. The area surrounding the property is posh and beautiful. We had a great stay at Matt’s place! Matt was very responsive, helpful and friendly. The house was lovely and clean and everything had been thought of! Helpful instructions and great amenities. We stayed over a weekend to attend a wedding and had a wonderful time, Matt’s place was the perfect location and close to some beautiful areas. Thanks again!

Was a great house, and a lovely home from home. We came with my family and our dog, the property was suitable and comfortable with everything we needed. The host was very helpful and answered our queries quickly and effectively. It's a fab location with green spaces, parks, shops and days out near by, whilst also being a quiet and removed neighbourhood. I would definitively recommend this air b'n'b and would love to come back in the future.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Charley and Victoria's. The open plan kitchen / dining / living space is amazing and looks over a beautiful setting of a lake out the back with a full wall of bi folding doors, which we enjoyed looking out over morning and evening. The garden is enclosed which was perfect for our 2 dogs. There was myself, husband, 2 kids and my parents and we all had plenty of space. The walk to the beach is a few minutes and it's a lovely beach with sand dunes and a nice lighthouse. Amusements too which the kids enjoyed. We would definitely book again!

Andrew was very responsive and kept me informed and answered any questions I had. The house is large with a beautiful secluded garden and hot tub. Walking distance to the blue flag beach, shops and train station which meant going out for days was easy. Food can be delivered or restaurants and pubs within walking distance (about 10mins) Great location as a base to visit nearby locations. If we return to Prestatyn I would definitely recommend revisit. Thank you Andrew.

This is our second stay. We stayed last year for one week, this year we stayed for two. The cottage is in a great location for exploring North Wales and Chester. You can see the sea from the cottage as well as farmland and it is very peaceful. Beach walks are a short drive and there is a really nice pub, The Crown Inn, a short drive away. The cottage is clean, well equipped and the hosts are very generous. We highly recommend this spot to anyone considering a vacation or break in North Wales.

The property and garden was stunning and certainly a hidden gem! You were close to amenities but it also fel secluded and private. We certainly wouldn’t hesitate to book again, thank you.

The Gardener’s House was perfect for my wedding weekend. A gorgeous, peaceful setting that really helped with the pre wedding nerves. The setting made for stunning getting ready photos! The only downside we found was we had no luck heating the wood fired hot tub so wish we had tried this sooner in our stay if we had the time. We loved our stay and hope to visit again in future to relive our wedding memories, it will definitely remain a special place for us. Thank you!!

Had a lovely stay here with extended family. lovely quirky house with so much space. The pool table was a hit and the huge dining table was brilliant. Only thing that I would mention is that the carpets need cleaning. If we had kids crawling age I wouldn't have been happy putting them down.

A beautiful home and just what we were looking for. The space at the end of the garden was perfect and Jay had thought of pretty much everything needed for a great stay.

Loved Alison’s little house, very peaceful in a lovely area. Very nice neighbourhood, close to the Merseyrail stations, Spital is 4 minutes drive away and has free parking, trains are very regular into Liverpool, cheap and fast in just 18 minutes you are in Liverpool centre. Alison communicated very quickly. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.
