Hôte disponible facilement en cas de besoin, même à distance. Logement confortable (sauf peut-être le canapé-lit un peu fatigué) et nickel. A 2 min à pieds d’un arrêt de tram qui emmène au centre-ville en 15 min. Zone résidentielle très calme. C’est idéal. Petit extérieur agréable. Thierry donne de bons conseils pour découvrir Bruxelles et y manger. Chouette quoi!

Wij hebben met 4 personen genoten van ons verblijf bij An in Holsbeek. gezellig verblijf met alles erop en eraan. Mooie tuin die we ook mochten gebruiken Heel lieve vriendelijke gastvrouw. Vandaar konden via verschillende routes naar Leuven fietsen. Ook voor wandelaars goede plek, want je kunt meteen vanuit huis aan verschillende routes beginnen.

hôtes très accueillants et bienveillants. logement en étage dans propriété privée. stationnement dans la cour ou dans la rue facilement et gratuitement. logement parfaitement équipé. lit très confortable. salle de bain et douche spacieuse. emplacement idéal pour rejoindre Bruxelles en tram, bus ou P+R. tout était parfait !

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement ! Il était beau, bien équipé et très confortable. Même si nous n'avons pas eu beaucoup de temps pour profiter pleinement de l'espace en raison de nos activités, nous avons vraiment apprécié notre nuit. Je tiens à remercier Sylvain pour sa compréhension, car j'ai eu un léger retard pour libérer l'appartement en raison du trafic. J'ai bien pris soin de l'informer et j'ai laissé les clés dans la boîte aux lettres comme convenu. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et j'espère avoir l'occasion de revenir à l'avenir. Merci encore pour votre hospitalité !

This is by far one the the best places I’ve been to in 30 years of travelling: the loft is fantastic, it oozes character and Fabrice’s impeccable taste in decor, furniture, art, cinema and design is visible in every little detail. Fabrice is super responsive and he communicates clearly, everything is exactly as you see it in the pictures and the loft is walking distance to the centre and has lots of very good restaurants in a 5 minutes’ walking radius. The building is super safe and the area is quiet and residential; there is a handy supermarket downstairs to cover your needs. I would give it 6 stars if I could, I hope I get the chance to stay here again in the future.

De smaakvol ingerichte loft van Hannah vormde de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor ons weekendje Brussel. Openbaar vervoer is in de buurt maar we hebben vooral veel gelopen via de verschillende buurten naar het centrum. Hannah was zeer behulpzaam via de app en stuurde haar vriendelijke buurman langs om ons even te helpen met het aansluiten van onze laptop op de beamer en Bluetooth.

A casa era exactamente como as fotografias. Era um casa inteligente e, como tal, toda ela funcionava através de uma aplicação o que se tronou, por vezes, complicado quer com luzes quer com o aquecimento. O facto do Filip morar mesmo ao lado facilitou porque esteve sempre disponível para ajudar com a aplicação. Super bem localizada, perto das estação dos comboios e perto do centro a pé.

Tout était parfait, l’accueil, la propreté, la qualité de la literie et des équipements. Un petit havre de paix très fonctionnel et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Transports en commun à 2 pas pour rejoindre le centre de Bruxelles et la possibilité de garer son véhicule gratuitement en toute sécurité devant le logement pour toute la durée du séjour. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation lors de notre prochaine venue sur Bruxelles.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet appartement. L'endroit est tout simplement magnifique, avec une vue à couper le souffle ajoutant à son charme, une vue panoramique à 360 degrés, permettant de profiter pleinement de la beauté environnante sous tous les angles. Une expérience vraiment unique et mémorable ! L'appartement est spacieux, agréable et parfaitement rangé, avec un niveau de propreté impeccable. De plus, l'hôte a été très accueillant et réactif à nos besoins. Le parking était également un atout précieux. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit pour un séjour inoubliable !

logement spacieux avec équipements au top Proche du centre ville, génial pour les séjours touristiques de quelques jours, proximité d'un arrêt de métro pour aller en 20 min a l'Atomium. Seul bémol : l'environnement très moyen au vu de la population qui traine le soir dans le quartier. je vous conseille de rester dans le logement et de profiter du sauna, billard et jacuzzi pour éviter de mauvaise rencontre

Appart très spacieux (le salon est immense!) et conforme aux photos Il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans la cuisine (un vrai air bnb), et même des jeux pour les petits Solenn est très réactive et sympathique

I stayed 5 months in Pieter’s spacious and modern apartment. I felt at home right from the beginning. The apartment is well equipped and I liked its location not being far away from the city center and close to the beautiful Tour&Taxis area. Great place to stay when you are in Brussels.

Dimitri's place was amazing for a holiday in Brussels. It's in the most beautiful neighbourhood - incredible architecture, peaceful, nice cafes and restaurants and a carrefour near by. The apartment is gorgeous inside, so stylishly designed and the space feels comfortable and cosy. It has everything you'd need, including a properly stocked kitchen (pans/plates/utensils etc) which a lot of places seem to leave out these days. It's super easy to find and access. Dimitri was also a really great host - he was really accommodating and checked in on us via message a couple of times to make sure everything was good which was really kind. We loved our stay and would 100% recommend Dimitris place to anyone holidaying in Brussels.

Lovely, spacious accommodation! Clean and easy to get into. Instructions were spot on.

The flat was huge! We had a family of 4 (3 adults 1 child) and we had so much space to spread out. The walk from the station was a little run down but the location of the flat away from the station is amazing. The vibe of the flat was really cool and had lots of nice touches.
