The little house is next to a 2 acre pond(that fluctuates), in a small neighborhood, 15 minutes from Brevard and Rosman. Upstairs is a covered porch with a bench, and down stairs is another covered porch with a swing and laundry room. Inside is a Queen bed, full kitchen, and a three-quarter bathroom. Pet friendly. Fire pit. This is the only house on the pond, and you will have your own dock. DISCLAIMER: THE POND IS LOW & OUT OF MY CONTROL! East Fork River, Dupont, and Pisgah Forest are nearby.

The Artful Dodger Getaway Cabin Charming & Unique

Our cabin is in the gated Riverbend community on a quiet wooded lot and is very cozy and comfortable inside and out. It is perfect for a couple's getaway from city hustle and bustle. Wildlife abounds in the area. Inside are all the comforts of home, including a very comfortable Sealy memory foam king mattress. There is a big Ingles and several restaurants nearby. Chimney Rock and the lake (Lake Lure) are under repair and closed for the season. Our private lake is open and as pretty as ever.

I'm up the hill from a small private lake *as of summer '25 - lake temporarily drained for long term repairs* NO WI-FI, weak cell. Guest pass for lake property provided. NO PETS or SMOKING - strict policy.

Romantic cabin near a mountain lake and overlooking a private pond. Our cozy one bedroom log cabin is built for couples and has a hot tub. For no extra cost we have horse shoes, and private fishing ponds. All set in a natural landscape with diverse flora and fauna. Hurricane Helene update: Our property is in good condition. The construction at our lakefront to remove sediment from the lake has finished! The lake will remain lowered until Spring, but that happens many years anyway.

We also offer two Roku televisions wifi, high speed internet, fire pit, and a full kitchen and bath. Also included are linens and towels, as well as condiments and basic toiletries.
