Hay Loft Flat

Located near the highest village in Britain, Flash, in the beautiful Peak District National Park, 1540 above sea level, in the winter we do get some snow, the Hay Loft has been designed to create a great base for exploring the countryside. On it’s doorstep are; Dragon’s Back Ridge, Chrome Hill, Axe Edge Moor and Buxton. We are only 30 minutes from Mam Tor, Bakewell and Chatsworth House. Curlews fly around the farm. Within a mile is Flash Bar Stores serving breakfast, lunch, cakes and groceries.

The Barn at Fairthorn Farm

Converted top floor of Barn outbuilding. Filtered natural spring water supplies the Barn. Small patio, gas BBQ and garden Situated on a walking path/bridle way giving immediate access to walking/hiking/cycling routes within the High Peak. Valley views toward Chrome Hill. Sheep graze surrounding fields. 3 miles from historic Buxton market/spa town. International Festival held yearly. Nightlife, culture and good restaurants along with the Opera House and Arts Centre within the Pavilion Gardens

Romantic memorable place is anything but ordinary with panoramic views. Secluded and Set all on its own with private gateway. We are near the Highest village in England situated in the Beautiful Peak District. Just up the road we have are friendly village pub New Inn ( don’t serve food) and we have a Excellent cafe, shop only 1 mile away and Northfields Trekking Centre. Fully equipped kitchen with under floor heating. Log Burning stove and Super Cosy Electric reclining sofa., Free Fibre WiFi.

Delightful Studio House-superb location!

Our studio has been a complete labour of love and now we're finally ready to share this beautiful little spot. You can wake up and hike until your hearts content, take in the sights in town and end your day reclining on the sofa with a cosy pellet burner. We have ample parking, private entrance, walking distance (1.2miles) to town (bars & restaurants), bus stop to Buxton / Macclesfield. Wifi, Sky TV,Netflix. Non smoking. *We do not have a hob or oven* EV Charger (added cost). Sorry no pets.

Black Cat Cottage in lovely Wildboarclough

Lovely stone-built two bedroom cottage in converted barn and piggery, on a 20 acre farm overlooking Shutlingsloe. The farmhouse and cottage were renovated in 2019, but the cottage retains a rustic charm - stone built and with a stone roof, and some barn features. Walks to Shutlingsloe, Grandbach Mill, Lud's Church, the Cat and Fiddle, and Three Shire Head can all be accessed from the farm, as can the local pub and Blaze Farm for ice cream (challenging walks, includes some walking on road).

Cuckoostone Barn is an excellent base to explore the wonders of the Peak District National Park, with amazing walks and cycle routes on the doorstep, or a place to simply relax and unwind in an idyllic part of the world .

Roachside Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Roachside Cottage is situated in the beautiful Roaches Estate, a former private estate and grouse moor, now owned by the Peak District and cared for by the Staffordshire Wildlife Trust. The cottage comfortably sleeps 6 people, comprising of 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed downstairs. The views from every angle of the property are utterly breathtaking. “The Goods Van” at Stoop Farm

Relax in total comfort, in our converted 1950s railway goods van. Once common place on farms around the Peak District this little gem is far removed from the animal shelter it once was! Fitted out to the highest quality, featuring a king sized bed, comfy sofa, kitchen, log burner and smart TV, etc. Something quite special, situated in its own secluded area, a few steps away from the magnificent views of Chrome hill and the Dove valley beyond.

The Brambles is a cozy Self contained accommodation at the back of our house . You have your own access, parking and a large garden to sit and enjoy the spectacular views. We are 2 miles away from the beautiful village of Longnor. Nestled in amongst 5 acres, in a quiet secluded location deep in the heart of the Peak District. You will have the added bonus of a fridge, microwave, air-fryer , toaster and kettle. A bright airy modern en-suite shower.
