This house is fantastic! We loved the big open kitchen and comfy living room that was so spacious! Granite countertops, lots of kitchen tools, beverage station…awesome! Every morning we woke up and had coffee on the lanai,birds singing…lush trees. So lovely! And the golf cart was perfect for quiet beach time!!

My family and I had a great time at Paul’s Florida house! The home was perfect and spacious for us to relax and allow our teenagers to have fun. The house is beautifully decorated and had all the essentials that we needed. It says a lot about a place when our teens wanted to stay longer and come back. 10/10 recommend, especially for a large family.

House was immaculate, lots of upgrades. We were able to cook and clean up, use the grill, and the backyard was perfect for the pups. Location is great, there’s a very nice walking trail just around the corner we took the dogs on a couple times. Neighborhood was quiet. Definitely be careful driving at night/early morning, there are plenty of deer, armadillos and even saw a couple native gopher tortoises. Appreciate the clear direction and instructions provided by Rusi for the stay. Hope to stay again in the future!

Johanna was very pleasant and helpful. Drove from CT to see my father who was very sick. She was in communication whole trip down had lights and house ready for my 3am arrival. We chose to get the pool heated and it was nice and warm on arrival. House was very cozy and home like feeling. We cooked in the kitchen grilled outside and were able to enjoy the pool even at night with privacy and colored lighting outside was a great touch. The outside patio was nice for conversation and drinks and being fenced in was a plus with the bugs. Johanna checked with me to see how my father was doing and genuinely cared. Master bedroom and shower was amazing wanna redo my house the same way. All in all my rating is a 15 out of 10 best Airbnb I have stayed yet and will be returning every time I visit my father. All restaurants and stores were only 5-8 minutes away and neighborhood was pleasant for walks and nice and quiet.

The home is equipped with just about anything you could possibly need. We had 2 adults, 3 boys (high school and college ages) and 2 dogs. The boys loved having access to a keyboard and guitar while they were away from home. The dogs loved the large fully fenced in yard and pool (the back yard is larger than it appears). Our Golden Retriever especially was in haven here. Not only did he have access to a pool, but Dory had tons of dog toys inside and tons of balls outside waiting for him. She even has the perfect set up to keep the wet dogs in the laundry room while they dry off. Our 2nd dog with us has dementia and doesn't know what he's doing most of the time. That little guy didn't realize there was a pool and fell in a few times. Dory was prepared (because she has thought of everything) and already had 2 dog life vests in the home. We got to meet Dory, and she is an absolute pleasure. So much so that I wish we lived closer so that we could be friends.

The pictures do no justice. Kathy’s house it’s beautiful! Peaceful and it has everything you need for a great stay! The pool is amazing! Everything was clean and ready for us. Very flexible and communicative. My children did not want to leave the house. We will be back for sure if she is willing to have us. We had an amazing spring break! Thank you Kathy!

This was our first time using Airbnb and these hosts made it a wonderful first time. Very friendly, loved the dog and cat that visited us, and house was very comfortable. We would definitely book with them again!

The reviews were accurate and this place did not disappoint!!! Sooooo clean, serene and just an all around cozy, yet spacious, spot! Super fast response from the host, David… he was also extremely kind! 10 out of 10 recommend if you are looking for peace, quiet and a little hideaway! Loved everything about this spot and will definitely return!!!

Exactly as described, comfortable, fans in living spaces in addition to the ability to reasonably adjust the thermostat. Host was very responsive and friendly.

Had a 3 day layover in Ormond Beach and Katie’s place was the perfect place for it. Very comfortable and accommodating.

We will be back in April, the camp was so clean and well maintained.
