We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to others looking for clean, safe and simple accommodation. Everything felt clean and comfortable when we arrived. We loved the fireplace, our daughter loved the table tennis table out the back, and our dog loved the backyard which was safe and secure. Going for a short, local walk at dusk was great for kangaroo, wombat and rabbit spotting also!

Had a great stay. Perfect location. Close to the beach, close to local restaurants and shops. Would 100% recommend and will stay there again for sure!

From booking to check in , Karen was a breeze to talk to. The place was simply perfect and was close to many attractions and the town centre. Very clean house and thoughtful setup, especially the kitchen. VERY kids friendly. Karen responds very fast although you may not have many questions since everything is taken care of. Would happily return and would definitely recommend. Thank you Karen for hosting us at your beautiful home.

Had a wonderful stay at Claire’s place! The property was clean, cozy, and just like the photos. Claire was a great host, always quick to respond and offered helpful tips for the area. The location was perfect. Highly recommend!

Adrians home was well equipped with cooking utensils pots pans plates and platters etc. Plenty of space, board games and everything we needed for a lovely family lunch for Christmas. Thoughtful touches, very clean and comfortable.

We had 3 nights here and enjoyed our stay. It was in a good part of the island, easy accessible. Large home with everything you would need. Amazing water pressure and a comfy firm bed. This would be great for a family as it has a large outdoor area. We were able to get in early and leave a little later which was so convenient.

Matt’s home was a very comfortable stay for a couple of nights for me and my two kids. They absolutely loved the rumpus room and enjoyed playing with all the toys. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only issue we had was with the hot water dropping out at night, but Matt was over in no time to help us resolve the issue. If you’re planning to cook, there is only very sparse supplies of cooking staples (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar) so make sure to bring what you need or go shopping. The heating and cooling worked very well once we got it going. (Make sure you set the temp and then press the power button on the right).

We had a great time at Annes place. Close to the beach for a nice walk or a drink in the evening. Also close to trams to get to the CBD area. We enjoyed the take away cups she provides and had several iced latte from Frankies around the corner. Recommend!

Great apartment close to transport and restaurants and an easy walk to the bustle of St Kilda. Froilan provided great communication and local recommendations.

It was a very clean, quiet and convenient location for my partner and I. Everything was either within walking distance or a short tram ride away. We would stay again!

Recently moved to Australia and this is the perfect place to stay while getting my life sorted out. Yvette was extremely responsive and super friendly! Location is great being super close to Ackland street with grocery stores and cute coffee shops! Highly recommend this place!

We had a fabulous stay at Faye's home in St. Kilda. She was the consumate host being easy to contact and providing heaps of proactive helpful advice about the home and local area. The home was spotless, extremely spacious, private and quiet yet only a short walk to everything that matters in cosmopolitan St. Kilda. Whilst we had initial concern about the third & fourth "bedrooms" being too small, my adult children found it worked really well for our short stay. Next time you're visiting Melbourne, do yourself a favour and get in touch with Faye and book this awesome home!

Great location. Very responsive hosts. Apartment had everything I needed for my stay. Back yard felt very private. Aircon was great. Comfortable bed. Although near lots of shops and bars was very quiet and peaceful.

Hayley was a great host. Communication was clear and instructions easy to follow. We requested an early check in which was no problem. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable with plenty of natural light. Lots of little extras, a lovely selection of fresh fruit, bread and snacks. Great location, directly opposite the beach and easy access to transport. Hayley also provided Myki cards which came in very handy. Definitely recommend Hayley’s place and we will stay again next time we require accommodation in the area.

Great location, walkable to playground, cafes, trains, trams. Very clean apartment that is child friendly.

Had a wonderful stay at this place in Phillip Island! The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Steve, the host, was incredibly helpful and responsive. There was a detailed file with clear instructions and information about nearby attractions and their timings, which made exploring the area so much easier. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!

We loved our stay at Karen's place! it was compact, comfy and had everything we needed. Superb location, just around the corner from shops and cafes, short drive to the beaches (glorious sunsets), and a great place to launch out further afield. We enjoyed a Phillip Island Cruise, and the Peninsula Hot Springs. Karen was a warm and very responsive host, answering a few queries beforehand quickly and checking in that we'd arrived okay. Compact funky one bed unit in historic Windsor neighbourhood. Well equiped and comfortable. Very clean. Short walk to High St and Chapel St. for trams to city or St. Kilda. Loads of cafes, bars and shops on Chapel St., including a small groceries/liquor shop. If you want a leisurely stroll, walk up Chapel to Toorak and check out the shopping and go for a snack. Nice local cafe for breaky or coffees. Off street parking is tight for larger vehicles. If you have a small car it is fine. Local parking can be tricky ( permit zones) but we found a spot nearby every night. Good spot outside the CBD.
