Es una estructura de espacio abierto donde las personas sienten los elementos de la naturaleza en todas sus formas. Para llegar al departamento, deberá subir 37 escalones con 3 áreas de descanso. El entorno cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia prolongada o breve. Para las personas preocupadas por su condición física, hay una espaldera, una banda TRX y un juego de mancuernas y barra. El diseño es deliberadamente minimalista. La cocina cuenta con una placa de inducción.
