nous avons passé un très beau séjour .les commentaires précédents sont justifiés.Mes petites filles évoquait un palais cathédral vu la hauteur des plafonds! l'accueil de Youssef est précieux. tout était parfait. Juste un point d'attention: comme dans d'autres riads, les escaliers ne sont pas adaptés aux personnes à mobilité réduite, les marches ne sont pas régulières. Mais une chambre est disponible au rez de chaussé.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour au sein de ce riad. Il est vraiment magnifique et Hicham nous a très bien accueilli, est venu nous chercher au parking et nous a recommandé un super restaurant. Nous reviendrons dans ce riad !

Amazingly beautiful old Moroccan house situated in the Medina - an exceptional experience with incredibly friendly hosts, Karim and Khalid. The house has three bedrooms, each connected to a bathroom. Now, this is not a Riad that has been « modernized » as many others have been. The bathrooms are small in height and some need yo be accessed through an extra stairs. So, for those traveling with older parents, it might not be the right choice. The interior is just stunning: a traditional Riad with beautiful details and illumination. You can access a terrace/roof-top to enjoy a look at the surrounding Medina. Our favorite has been certainly the breakfast served by Khalid: everything is homemade by his wife and prepared with lots of love. Khalid has been so kind to us and helped us to navigate the maze of Fez’s Medina. It’s important to mark the exact location of the Riad in your Maps and maybe download the offline map to avoid to get lost (internet signal can be lost at times).

Stunning Riad with gardens that not only look beautiful but sound and smell beautiful. A great location offering a spot of tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of he city. It was lovely to met Samae who cooked us an absolutely delicious meal, kindly catering for a vegan and children as well. Fully recommend.

The house is just perfect: location is ideal, (in the center of the medina, but quiet nevertheless), super clean and beautiful! Breakfast was top. Zarha is super friendly. She even gave us a birthday cake at breakfast as a surprise for our son who turned 17. I recommend 100%!!

We very much enjoyed our time in Fez and at Mohammed`s place. It is a beautiful traditional old house, with well preserved interior. Right in the middle of the old city. Ideal for our group of 6 visiting the city for several days. It is quite a challenge to find your way through narrow streets, but Mohammed was kind enough and arranged the transport from the train station and a guide for last 10 minutes of the journey, through the maze of the small streets. Mohammed and his sister were very helpful. Greeted us on our arrival and helped to make our time in Fez enjoyable - helping with tips for the places to see, arranging a certified (and knowledgable) guide, sharing the history of the city ... .

De host, Imane, is fantastisch. Ze spreekt vloeiend Engels. We kregen iedere ochtend een zalig en steeds gevarieerd ontbijt. Ze is heel open en toegankelijk. Het huis is prachtig en liefdevol gerestaureerd. En van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijke douche en heerlijke bedden. Het dakterras biedt een schitterend uitzicht over Fez. Fijne plek om tot rust te komen in deze hectische stad. Ook de buitendouche is een leuk detail als het erg warm is. Het huis zit vol met smalle trappen, dus is niet geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn.

Un séjour inoubliable dans un riad superbe, lumineux et idéalement situé. Avant notre arrivée, Nicole a su nous rassurer avec ses réponses claires et bienveillantes. Sur place, Zacharia a fait toute la différence : discret, efficace, profondément attentionné avec nous et nos filles, il a organisé nos excursions et nous a accompagnés avec une vraie gentillesse. Grâce à lui, nous avons découvert la médina à notre rythme, et vécu des moments magiques comme le désert de Merzouga ou Chefchaouen. Le riad est un vrai havre : spacieux, authentique, avec une terrasse magnifique baignée de lumière. Côté cuisine, Zacharia nous a proposé de belles découvertes, entre petites adresses locales pleines de charme et restaurants raffinés. Ce qui nous a le plus touchés, ce sont les échanges sincères avec lui, et les instants de vie qu’il a partagés. En rencontrant d’autres voyageurs, nous avons compris à quel point nous étions bien entourés. Un séjour rare, chaleureux et profondément humain.

Phantastic Riad even more beautiful than the photos, we really enjoyed the terrace. All the staff very kind and helpful. We had a great dinner and breakfast was plentiful. Mr Rachid helped us with all the information we needed and arranged the taxis for us. We found the location very good, very near one of the main Medina streets and not far from an entrance and a parking lot. It was a perfect stay for us!

Un excellent Riad et d’excellents hôtes !! L’accueil a été chaleureux et très professionnel, ils sont aux petits soins pour chacune de vos demandes. Leurs recommandations sont excellentes et le lieu est magique, calme et paisible. Nous y sommes allés pendant l’hiver mais les chambres sont bien chauffées, les infrastructures sont neuves et de qualités (hammam, jacuzzi…). La terrasse donne une vue sur toute la médina et est très bien arborée (jasmin, oliviers…) Nous ne voulions plus partir Merci encore Abdelali, Omar et toute l’équipe !! À très vite inchallah !

Ein Traum! Das Riad ist ruhig gelegen und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eigerichtet! Die Schlafzimmer erstrecken sich über drei Etagen, tolles Licht im Haus! Ganz oben: Dachterasse mit phantastischem Blick über Fès. Was man wissen sollte: es ist ein altes Haus, natürlich müffelt es etwas. Die Heizmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend, es bleibt aber kühl im Haus. Das Treppenhaus ist schmal, man sollte mobil sein. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Frühstück war typisch Marokkanisch und sehr sehr lecker! Die Kommunikation mit Zackarias war hervorragend, vor Ort trafen wir Yasin: super Typ! Wir haben jede Sekunde genossen!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au Riad, Akram a été très prévenant avec nous. Nous avons commandé un couscous un soir au Riad, il était excellent et copieux et les petits déjeuners étaient chaque jour différents et très bons ! Merci Akram pour tous ces bons souvenirs et votre aide !

Everything was nice. The space so elegant and huge that it seems enough to invite 30-50 people to make a royal party. But only thing she should clearly inform us or other guests was additional costs. Breakfast fee was additional and it was not informed well. I found it was not free through reviews. In addition, price was different from reviews. She sincerely made efforts to satisfy us. It was great. However most of that was related to money

Our family had a great stay at Fatima’s place. The host was very accomodating and proactive with her communication and went the extra mile to make us feel at home. The location was great in the middle of the Medina. We would recommend to anyone visiting Fez who would like a local experience in the Medina.

This place is Magical,You feel like you have a family in fes with these owners they are helpful, responsible & They care a lot for every detail, the apartment is so clean even they welcome you with a mint tea & dessert’s , Location is in the central of medina souks a lot of things to do and many restaurants ! One of the best experience in my life ! I’m so happy at the same time that there is still pure, & kind people nowadays like youssef the father & the mother that makes the best food, Asia is the best photographer and the best guide that can make for you a very good tour in the medina and zineb iam so thankful for you’re care , attention, and kindness . I have spend a travel experience that I will always remember & at the end I recommend every one searching for the best experience in Fes to stay at this place !!! YOU WILL NEVER REGRET ❤️❤️

Riad muy bonito y acogedor , está apenas 10 minutos de la Medina de fez . Es toda una ventaja que no se encuentre en ella , ya que uno de pierde muy fácilmente . Souad además nos trató genial y con gentileza

Hôte extrêmement accueillant. Le Riad est magnifique, avec une piscine fraîche extrêmement appréciable quand il fait 45°C, paisible, un solarium avec vu sur la Médina (très proche). Les petits déjeuners peuvent être pris à n'importe quelle heure de la matinée et ils sont très copieux. Un vrai cadeau ! Le tout au meilleur prix. Points qui pourraient être améliorés : confort de la literie et sèche cheveux, vraiment secondaires compte tenu de tous les points positifs du riad ! Encore merci.

È un palazzo enorme, che fa rivivere gli antichi fasti del Gran visir di Fes. Per quanto i segni del tempo siano in parte evidenti, le nostre stanze erano straordinarie con una parte di soggiorno enorme e bellissima aperta sul patio con fontana. Stanze enormi e bellissime. La posizione è comodissima per la visita alla città. Ottima la cena e la colazione. Il padrone di casa è stato gentilissimo e molto cordiale. Kamal ci ha servito con grande professionalità e Aziz ci ha fornito tante informazioni utili. Soggiorno indimenticabile.

Our stay at Rachid’s place was great. The entire staff were very nice, helpful, and easy to talk to. Everything smelled good and the building was clean, with the rooms in neat order. The breakfast provided was tasty and left us full in to the afternoon. And finally, both inside the building and outside was always very quiet with the bed being really comfortable! I’d highly recommend staying here if choosing to stay in the Medina.

Palais Houyam was such a good vibe. The staff were all super friendly and helpful and also super respectful. The space is so beautiful with a amazing interior and the bedroom was amazing. The pool was great and the breakfast was excellent. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Fes

Beautiful Riad! Just outside of Fes. Amine arranged a driver for us to take us into Fes Medina late at night without any problem. Had the most amazing tour of the Medina. Our stay was perfect. Big room with entrance to the swimming pool. Definitely recommend to book this AirBnB.
