Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. First floor one-bedroom North OC condo with great view and walking distance to the beach, restaurants, park and mini golf. The size of the bed is king, and we have pull out queen sofa in the living room. Between the bedroom and the living room is the fully equipment kitchen and coffee and tea station. There is one bathroom. We provide free linens, towels and sheets. We have two TVs in the unit one is in the living room and one in the bedroom.

The Beach Cabin, NO WI-FI

This private room is small, basic and rustic. Nestled in the back of the property, it offers a comfy queen bed, AC, small heater, a mini fridge, Keureg style coffee maker, in room toilet, outside shower and sink with hot water, private patio, clean linens and towels. The cottage comes with two beach chairs and an umbrella, an outdoor shower, and a beach parking pass.

It is located 7 miles west of Fenwick Island, DE and North Ocean City, MD. While we are close to the beaches and attractions, we are also close to multiple golf courses, inland bays for kayaking, crabbing, fishing, entertainment at Freeman Stage-Bayside and many other fun vacation activities.

Seaside Villas is a small ocean side community of 22 townhouses located just south of Bethany Beach and north of Fenwick Island State Park. The townhouse is about 75 yards to the beach. The townhouse has unobstructed views of the ocean from two decks. You can watch the sunrise over the ocean while relaxing on the king bed in the master suite.
